PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - A Port St. Lucie father is accused of trying to trade his 2-year-old daughter for sex.
Police said Gregory White contacted an undercover detective in an Internet chat room Jan. 21.
According to the arrest report, White said he had a 3-year-old daughter, asked if the detective had a daughter, then wrote, "you want to swap? Or just watch me do yours?"
White offered his daughter to the detective, writing "mines 3 and she likes it." The detective pretended to have an 11-year-old daughter.
During the chat, White repeatedly asked the detective if he could have anal sex with his daughter.
Police said White wrote that he would allow the detective to have oral sex with his daughter and he wanted to have sex with the detective's daughter.
According to the police report, White asked the detective to get a webcam so that he could see him and his daughter. He offered to show the detective his daughter on his webcam, and wrote, "the cam just shows that we are who we are, it's a safety thing, once I see you doing stuff to yours and you see me doing stuff to mine, then everything's cool."
White and the detective exchanged phone numbers during the chat. A few minutes later, the detective said, White called him to arrange a meeting time. During that conversation, White told the detective he was interested in young girls and that he sexually abuses his daughter.
The detective said White told him his wife was a stripper who works nights and that they have a nanny who cares for their daughter and 1-year-old son.
Later that evening, the detective said, White called him and said his wife came home from work sick so he had to cancel their meeting and reschedule for the next day.
White was arrested in his home that night in front of his wife, Teresa, and their two children. Police said she admitted that her husband likes young girls. She also said their daughter is 2 years old, not 3. She know he is a pedophile and still keeps him around. She needs to be arrested too. Bah!
White is in jail, charged with solicitation, attempting to sell or buy a minor into sex trafficking and sexual performance on a child. He could face federal charges.
