Hi - everybody - I stumbled upon the site a while ago and have been lurking but since I've posted my first Reality Bites I thought it'd be a great time to stop by intro and say Hello.

I've been married to DH for 32 yrs. - have a 30 yo son who is a police officer so I hear some crazy and creepy stuff from him and my DIL is a probation/parole officer (with a caseload of sex offenders). Wouldn't want her job - I'd have some of them killed. I live vicariously thru the lives of my kiddos (DS and DIL) and the Demonites, of course. I'm a closet criminologist! :) I watch too damn many TV cop shows!!

There are some very talented peeps here doing write-ups!! Thanks for the great job u do!! Terrific site.

Thanks all 4 the kind welcomes!! I've been addicted to crime stories as far back as I can remember - I remember my Grandmother (now deceased) took me when I was about 9 to visit the locations of where bodies were discovered of a serial killer in our area and that is my defining moment....I've loved this crime stuff ever since. I remember the little girl was stuffed up under a tree (roots exposed) along the bank of a gulley - just stuffed her up in there like a bag of trash. That serial killer would be Lee Roy Martin, The Gaffney Strangler and the victim was Opal Buckson. Yep, that was my Grandma - she was a cool Grandma! Of course, when my Mother found out she had a fit but Grandma didn't care.
