Police Hand Out Christmas Cards Instead Of Tickets

KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- City traffic cops were handing out Kissimmee police Christmas cards instead of tickets in Osceola County Tuesday.

Motorists were asked to sign the cards showing they're aware they broke a rule of the road.

Officers said they have handed out 100 holiday cards.
