NIAGARA FALLS — A woman was kicked and beaten late Saturday after walking in on her boyfriend during a romantic interlude with another woman, police said.
The 40-year-old victim told police she used a key he had given her to enter her boyfriend’s LaSalle Avenue apartment shortly before midnight. Upon seeing him with another woman, he became enraged and ordered her to leave, police said.
When the woman dropped her keys as she tried to leave, the man kicked her, knocking her to the floor, then kicked her in the ribs, punched her in the face and pulled her hair. She also was struck on the leg with a table, according to reports.
Thomas J. McDonald, 35, of LaSalle Avenue, was subsequently charged with third-degree assault, harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
