Okay so I figured that perhaps we needed to have a place to reference information-factual information-and grab a dose of focus and reality. As the stories, obscure information, breaking news and media twists and cliffhangers prompt more and more rumers and innuendos...we all need to bath in the truth from time to time....

What is a FACT as defined for this thread?

1. Something that is substantiated by a credible source. OCSO information, discovery released in the court case. Information released by experts. Encyclopedia or valid information (like about LIME).

These are NOT credible sources....for this thread.

News blurbs, Nancy Grace's suggestions, Anything that begins with WHAT IF, SUPPOSE, or LET"S SAY. Not Factual is information gleaned from other websites...personal beliefs...personal ideas.

Okay? Let's try it. If something is listed in this thread, and doesn't appear factual, let's talk about it....

Rhoni, that is what I tried to define...above. If there is Scientific Proof....not hearsay. If there is expert Testimony (ie. Cadaver dog stuff). See my other post here. ALSO BTW your "fact" isn't necessarily a fact...grin, I mean we all believe it to be true, but is it a substantiated FACT????

Cindy went fucking nuts (more so than usual) when they were searching near the house in the woods and suceeded in chasing them away... just on the other side of the woods where Caylee was found.

Early on when everyone supposedly thinks Caylee is missing, Lee asks cuntwart where she thinks they should look for Caylee and she says places familiar to them and their family.

Oh yes, because that's where the nanny, who by the way no one in the family ever even met, that kidnapped her would frequent.

Sounds like they were discussing a body at that point to me.
