A longtime school bus driver could be fired after several members of a cheerleading squad in Lynnfield, Mass., said he offered them $40 to lift up their shirts.
Driver Bill Diamond, 56, was suspended without pay after the allegations surfaced, MyFOXBoston.com reported. Diamond has been at the job for 23 years.
"This clearly goes well beyond any bounds of acceptable behavior," said town administrator William Gustus.

Why do I have this vision in my head of a herd of catty little girls that were made to follow the rules on the bus cooking up a scam to get the driver in trouble?
After 23 years, he just all of a sudden snaps and starts preying on little girls?
I mean really, what are the chances he's been doing this his entire career and no one has reported it?
Something stinks here, and I'm not all together sure it is the driver.

You have a point. That is a possibility, it has happened in the past. A long time ago, in the '60s. I remember reading in my father's Time magazine about a schoolgirl accusing a black male teacher of grabbing her inappropriately, and I think he got into trouble for it. She finally admitted she had lied to "get even" with him for disciplining her in class. SOMETIMES
innocent people are accused and even convicted and in the worst cases executed for crimes they didn't commit.
We'll see how this story unfolds.
