11 year old Brendon Foster was terminally ill with Leukemia. He'd been given 2 weeks to live. He was asked what he would with for. This wonderful young man didn't ask for a trip to Disneyworld, new toys, or anything for himself. What he DID ask for was astounding...He wanted to feed the homeless. He wanted to give to them.
Upon hearing of this a few volunteer jumped in and started obtaining and preparing food for the homeless. It spread rapidly and more volunteers and organizationns offered to help out. People donated food, money, clothing, etc.
Due to Brendons last wish thousands have been fed. Tens of thousands of dollars have been collected. When Brendon learned of this..he was VERY happy. Not long afterward, he died in his mothers arms.
