"GAINESVILLE, Ga. - An Army wife accused of setting her apartment on fire botched an attempt to collect on her husband's $400,000 insurance policy when he survived and her two children died instead, a federal prosecutor said.

Billi Jo Smallwood, 35, was denied bond at a Friday hearing in northeast Georgia, where she appeared on federal charges of damaging government property by fire.

"She set fire to her own home in hopes of killing her husband and wound up killing her kids," Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephanie Gabay-Smith said."

They are both goofier than a shit house rat!!!! He supports his wife???? She tried to KILL him!!!! DEAD!!!! In the process, she ends up killing two of their three children, and he's going to SUPPORT HER?? She was concerned about his alcohol and drug abuse. Now I know that the alcohol abuse may go undetected in the Army, but I have a more difficult time believing that he was a drug abuser and not being caught by random piss tests. Either way, they are both fucking nutso!

What a tragic, very sad turn of events. The mother gambled with that fire and lost 2 of her children. I bet she keeps saying "if only...". too late stupid bitch. Nothing, especially money is worth putting your kids lives at risk. You lost big time and now you have the remainder of your sorry life and eternity to think about that.
And if that wasn't bad enough, your remaining child lost her mother too...you should have just died in the fire, except your life meant saving Nevaeh...for that I am grateful. I'm sure when she is older to understand what you did to her brother and sister, you will be dead to her anyway.
