Deborah and Timothy Nicholls had money woes. They owed some motorcyle gang members and they had to support their meth habit. So, they developed a scheme whereby they would kill their 3 children to get the insurance money. So Ma and Pa Nicholls lit the house on fire and all three children died in the blaze.
Kinda stupid though....they didn't HAVE insurance on the kids...
11 y.o. Jay, 5 y.o. Sophia and 3 y.o. Sierra died in the fire. Their funerals were paid for by donations.
Timothy Nicholls was convicted last year of Felony Murder and is currently serving Life Without Parole

I did a search under both names before posting it. However; it may have been posted a LONG time ago BEFORE Timothy Nicholls was arrested. Even when he went to trial and was convicted (last year), Deborah Nicholls was not named a suspect. Later she was also indicted.
These asswipes thought that they had bought life insurance policies ($10,000 each) for the children. Apparently they had either not bought or had not paid for them...you know, meth heads can't remember shit. So, they were willing to kill their 3 children for a total of $30,000
KARMA....No insurance, no money
Much came out at his trial. He poured acclerant on the couch then forced the kids to sit on it so they would burn faster.
Gives you a real warm fucking feeling inside...huh
Sophia actually made it to the hospital. There she went into cardiac arrest. Her "mother" was there and told them NOT to resuscitate her

Within days, Timothy Nicholls disclosed previously unreported details of the crime to his cellmate at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.

One of the more shocking details the jailhouse informant testified that Timothy Nicholls told him was that he had the children sit on the family couch after he had doused it with accelerant. Traces of that accelerant were found on their pajamas.
The meth head mom actually thought there was insurance on the kids when they never had any taken out.

She also tried to file a claim for a car that wasn't damaged in the fire.

She told a babysitter that if a fire started to just let the house burn because it was insured.

Mom was only charged with theft and drug possession. WTF???????

I am utterly horrified! they purposely burned their children for money??? MONEY??? are you fuck'n kidding me? I want these bastards to fry...yes, burn, burn, burn! Bring them here I'll gladly start up a Texas style bbq and feed them to the dogs!

I can barely wrap my mind around this...how do you have your children sit on the couch and flame them up? I can't understand the mentality. And the cunt telling the Dr.'s to not resuscitate her daughter...granted she was likely in terrible, terrible pain but to not even try!
Heartless cold bitch I can't wait for you both to die...worthless pieceofshit!

Little ones...kisses, may the angels take your anguish away...always together sweet ones...
Rest in peace Jay, Sophia, Sierra.

That is absolutely horrendous and would have been extemely physically painful for those sweet children. And for them to have to sit on the couch while dad sets fire to it!!!!! OMG!!!!
RIP beautiful children.
