Woman's Body Discovered In Loch Morlich, Near Aviemore

A woman's body has been found in a loch in the Cairngorms.

The discovery, at Loch Morlich near Aviemore, was made by a member of the public at about 11:20.

She was described as being white, aged 40-50, 5ft 6in to 5ft 8in tall, of stocky build. She had brown hair with blonde streaks and distinctive artwork on her nails.

She was wearing a black jacket, jeans, a white blouse and pink high top trainers.

Should be able to get an identification fromthe nails and shoes alone. A 50ish year old woman wearing pink tennis shoes should be memorable. I hope she is identified, really.
