In August 2008, Kelcay Humphrey was arrested for shooting a man in the back in Cloverdale a subdivision in Brookhaven. The man died from his injuries and Kelcay was sentenced to 15 years + 5 years probation.
While out on earned release time he was shot to dealth in an altercation at, what do you know Cloverdale subdivision. He was even shot in the back precisely the same way his victim was 7 years ago.
The police said, "it made us think" but have no indication the shootings were related.
Sure sounds like revenge to me and couldn't happen to a nicer fellow.
