Within a span of three hours, goofboy reporter tells us Toni Anderson was pumping gas and getting stopped by police at the same time. It's easy to see why they liked the 4:40 stop-time. It appears this timeline has her sending the text while still at the station. In the end, it's Toni leaving the station and sending the text less than two minutes later. Toni most likely disappeared from the area where she sent her last text at 4:42am.

Still Missing: Toni Anderson
Toni Anderson was last seen alone on January 15, 2017, at 4:30 a.m. Leaving QuickTrip, 2525 Burlington Street, North Kansas City, MO driving her black 2014 Ford Focus with Kansas plates 989 GAX. She is described as being 5’5, weighs about 120 pounds and has blonde hair with green eyes. She was born on April 5, 1996. We have followed up on leads as far as Wichita and still have not located her. If you see her or her vehicle please call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.

I'm a bit surprised that they haven't located Toni's 2014 Ford Focus at this stage with the multiple BOLO's that are out on it. It's as if the earth opened up and swallowed both vehicle and its owner.

Remember the cop that killed the wife driving the red jeep after leaving her job at a local gentleman's club...when they found the body..they were able to match the cops boot print found on the back of her shirt. Local cops had been put on the alert to watch out for her driving home late at night because she had been harassed. I have to wonder if something like that happened here. Who better to hide a car than a cop...with an evil friend for help.

Toni also has a profile on a "seeking arrangement" site. Might this be a sugar daddy arrangement gone wrong?

Not likely, but ya never know...

The first stop was not alarming, as it resulted in a warning. It's the OMG moment and the use of just twice in a row that screams it was a momentary reaction. Words mean things along with how they are expressed.

adverb
9.
within a brief preceding time; but a moment before:
The sun just came out.
OMG just just pulled over again

http://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/just
now or (almost) at the same time, or very soon, or very recently:
He just left – if you run, you can catch him.

Going to drop this here.

Also he is shown right after her disappearance. With scratches on his face people are saying. There are also picture of this.

Something about this whole thing certainly doesn't make sense.

Toni's two other texts were from an earlier conversation, which received no reply. Her friend replied at 9:19am and got no response. According to the narrowest timeline, Toni sent her last text shortly after leaving the station.

[doublepost=1485636481,1485632622][/doublepost]Sleuthing comes natural for me because I couldn't care less about any fake narratives floating about. Toni left the QT and was pulled over just after or she was trying to make it look like the cops stopped her again. I'm going with the former.

She left the gas station about 4:40 a.m., police said. She then texted her friend to tell her about being stopped by police.

“And no one has seen or heard from her since,” her father, Brian Anderson, told the news station.

Yeah he so sketchy "Get you a girl you talk money schemes with, just pass time on road trip. A1."

That's why there was such an uproar when he started the Go Fund me account, until her parents took over. That may have thrown a monkey wrench in their plans.

I also DO NOT believe she was pulled over twice. She was pulled over, then went to the corner store to get gas and she then texted her friend "Got pulled over again." Just like I would have if I'd been pulled over a bunch of times before.

She didn't text once "I'm getting pulled over!" then "I'm getting pulled over again!" There is no indication that she had been pulled over twice in one night, according to her and police. Even her friends agree she didn't mean she was pulled over twice in one night, just that she has been pulled over multiple times previously.

Just a thought...I think the cop stopped her after seeing her leave the dance club for reasons other than lane change...perhaps to check her out. Not unusual for cops to stop workers from gentleman clubs for this very reason. Then gave her just a "warning". Why would he sit and watch her pump gas??? It doesn't take 15 minutes to pump gas.

He was probably at the window seat of the attached donut shop (where he was headed when he pulled her over) and could see her pumping gas. while he chowed down.

I look at it differently than some do. I think of it as him doing his job. I would be extremely appreciative if a policeman waited until I finished my business all alone at a convenience store, making sure I was safely on my way. After all, she told him she was going there, so it was nice of him to watch out for her. Maybe he enjoyed looking at a pretty girl while he was doing his job? But I don't think if went further than that.

What would a lone policeman do with her car? Think of how difficult it would be for him to get back there and hide her car somewhere successfully, while on the clock.

I'm sure LE have checked his GPS and his whereabouts for that night six ways until Sunday.

I also find it strange that her GPS was turned off at the gas station. WE know now it was only a GPS for speed, but she may not have known or wanted to take a chance. I believe she read a story about Sherri Pappini and disappeared on her own.

I HOPE I am right about this. I may even lean towards this because it's what I want to be true, because then she would be back safely.

If she did come to harm, I don't believe it had anything to do with the policeman who pulled her over.

Where is her car? Everyone is searching for her car, it is either extremely well-hidden (doh) or in a body of water somewhere.

1) Stunt between her and BF.
2) Body of water.
3) Harm from someone other than the policeman.

The more popular car insurance GPS devices:

Progressive: Plug it in to your car's diagnostic port; it's located under the driver's side dashboard of most cars. Every device comes with instructions and pictures to help you.

Allstate: The same as Progressive.

State Farm: A phone app and a Bluetooth beacon they mail to you. You place the small beacon somewhere safe inside your car.

All of these systems are connected and disconnected inside of your car. Toni's GPS was turned off while she was at the convenience store, where she was seen on video driving away alone. Seems like Toni herself turned off the GPS.

Helmuth's latest update tells us that Toni's phone went dead shortly after leaving the station. Sanchez is the boyfriend and sounds legit to me. He's had some drug issues but seems totally innocent in this incident. There's no reason not to release the footage unless they've got something to hide.

Sanchez says based on Anderson's phone records, her last cell phone ping came from a cell phone tower near Parkville shortly after she went missing.
KCPD also confirmed they have searched the area and came up empty.

Pete Sanchez (Anderson's boyfriend), with the help of his father and another avid searcher, started a petition on Sunday, demanding that dashcam footage or any other surveillance obtained by police be released to the public. The petition already has more than 1,200 signatures as of Tuesday afternoon.

"We feel that with the footage released it will lead to clues," said Sanchez. "We all want to see the footage. We feel like this will be the next step to bringing Toni home."

"The North Kansas City Police Department told us as long as its an open investigation they can't release it," said Sanchez.

That's too bad ... It might jar someone's memory.
[doublepost=1485987516,1485987201][/doublepost]I wonder if she was on drugs ... the police pulled me over all the time when i was using.

Would Toni have even known how to turn off her GPS? Most women wouldn't know how to do that. But a cop would. I surely hope they are investigating that cop. If he was keen enough to stop her...check her out...watch her pump gas...and drive away...then my bet is on him pulling her over again shortly after she left the gas station. Curious to know about the area near the gas station. Is it rural...residential...the direction she headed? Easy place to hide a car long enough to come back and get it later to dispose of?? Not accusing but my hinky meter is on the cop.

Funny thing from reading DD, the hinky meter automatically goes up, but for some reason it hasn't happened for me on this case

Yes, it was an insurance company GPS. You just unplug it from your cigarette lighter, underneath your steering wheel, or turn off the app that is on your phone.

Helmuth's latest update tells us that Toni's phone went dead shortly after leaving the station.

Her phone was connected to the T-Mobile network until about 9:30 p.m. Sunday night, when it went dark.

Just updated yesterday. Her phone was last active shortly after she left the gas station. This comes from her boyfriend. http://www.kshb.com/news/local-news/toni-anderson-searchers-petition-police-focus-on-parkville

Sanchez says based on Andersons phone records, her last cell phone ping came from a cell phone tower near Parkville shortly after she went missing.

I understand why they want to see the footage, but citizens can't demand that police release any/all information relevant to their investigation. It doesn't sound like Toni's parents are involved with this sketchy (sorry, I think he's sketchy) BF's push to see the footage, I wonder what they think about him and what he is doing.

I can't find anything other than the BF Sanchez stating that the cell phone was turned off shortly after her disappearance? He doesn't state a day or time?

I did find this article with the parents of Toni stating that her phone was connected to T-mobile until around 9:30 pm Sunday.

The Andersons said their daughter's phone was still connected to the T-Mobile network until around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

HATE MERGED POSTS! Below is new post.

I added Parkville to the map I made. If that information is true, to me it only adds credence in my opinion that she was heading somewhere else on her own, continuing on in the opposite direction from where she was supposed to meet friends, the Shady Lady.

I'm still thinking she left of her volition.

I wonder if she may have had an accident. Drove off the road or into water and no one has noticed yet. Especially since her vehicle hasn't been found yet.

I was thinking about water too, I did notice on the map that she was driving past the Missouri River, but then her phone would have gone dead instantly. If her phone went dead on Sunday, then I would say no she is probably not in water. An isolated accident is a possibility, because then her phone would have just gone dead on its own.

The Gofundme is sketch as well. First it was they needed $3,000.00 to hire a private detective, even though a few have offered to work pro bono. Here is what dirty Sanchez said:

“Private investigators keep reaching out,” Sanchez advised.

He added that he’s waiting for a substantial tip to hire somebody.

Then they upped the ante and said they needed another $5,000.00 for a "private detective and a reward." Has anyone seen any missing posters of Toni offering a reward? Heard about a private detective working on the case? I haven't. When someone asked about it on the site, that post was also vanished. Then they took the cap off and now it simply states it's for "emergencies."

I just feel so skeeved out about all of this.

In the beginning Toni's friend sided with PC nonsense but recently accepted reality. Toni Anderson thought she was being pulled over at 4:42am and most likely was.

http://www.kristv.com/story/34439864/strange-text-message-preceded-kansas-womans-disappearance

That message was sent to Roxy Townsend, a friend of Anderson, who told NBC's Dateline, "There have been many reports of cars in Kansas City impersonating police with lights or sirens so now I'm not sure about what "again" means."

That message was sent to Roxy Townsend, a friend of Anderson, who told NBC's Dateline, "There have been many reports of cars in Kansas City impersonating police with lights or sirens so now I'm not sure about what "again" means."

Let's not forget Roxy also confidently said "It was exactly 4:42 when she texted me and said, 'I just got pulled over again.' She said 'again' because she gets pulled over all the time."

I also find it telling that it was Toni's parents who put the GPS tracker on her car in the first place (which monitors speed), probably for the very reason Roxy stated above, that she gets pulled over a lot. I'm guessing her parents pay her auto insurance? Otherwise I sure wouldn't be letting my folks put an insurance monitor on my car!
Her parents also say for insurance purposes they had a GPS tracker on her car, but her father told FOX 4 on Wednesday that the device is no longer working.

TIMELINE
Sunday, January 15

4:5-10ish am -
Toni left work at Chrome Club shortly after 4am.

4:20am - Toni is pulled over for an illegal lane change by a North Kansas City, Missouri, police officer and is given a warning. Traffic stop lasted seven minutes.

4:33am - Toni's debit card was declined twice at QwikTrip and she puts gas in her car. (I do find it strange that she tried to get cash from an ATM, she should have had cash on hand from her job.)

4:42am - Texted her friend Roxy "omg just got pulled over again."

That's a pretty tight timeline for her to do all of that at the QwikTrip and get pulled over for a second time. It makes more sense that she got gas, tries several times to get money from the ATM, then texted her friend that she wa pulled over again.

She didn't text that same friend when she got pulled over the first time, and she didn't say "omg I just got pulled over twice in 20 minutes!"

I was wondering what Toni's parents thought about that petition her boyfriend started and they are not fans:

Toni's parents say they did not get that petition going and they trust that police are doing the right thing.

"We just don't want to take a chance pressuring them, or putting undue pressure on them to release something if they're not prepared to do that," Toni's father, Brian Anderson says.

There have also been several posts showing up on social media saying Toni's phone has recently "pinged" in an area. However, Brian Anderson says he has not heard of that and believes if it was true, police would have told him.

If it weren't for that disabled GPS at the QwikTrip, I would be thinking foul play. But the more time that passes, I don't know what to think!
