Cannabis farm Little Hulton. Found when toddler dialed 999​
While speaking to the occupants of the house in Little Hulton, Salford, the officers smelt cannabis and discovered nine drug plants upstairs

The statistics also revealed that Greater Manchester Police removed a gram of cannabis resin from the streets every four minutes.

Could anyone please explain that to me? Is that some kind of tourist bait, insinuating that the streets are made of gooey goodness? Or are they referring to busts? Is most of what is sold in the UK hash instead of buds?
