The Walkers' neighbors note that the security gate at the military reservation is not always guarded.

"It's really scary because there's no security on base. So anybody can just come in and out. So it could've been anybody," said resident Shantell Simmons-Agnew.

I wonder if there really was a break-in & a stolen wallet, or was that a not so clever ruse to frame someone else and/or send LE off on a wild goose chase while he destroys evidence?

This is not a good sign. He may not have done anything but then again he may have, especially if they were fighting earlier in the night.

It's interesting that her dad has come out to say he believes his son-in-law to be innocent.

Never say never, Dad! It's happened before and will happen again.

The fuck? What kind of lazy, slack ass base is this?

Anyways, he did it.

I'd like to hear more before I make any judgement calls. I'd like to know where the husband went after they argued and where he was until 6:30 a.m. when he reportedly found her body.

Ailsa "Lisa" Jackson

An Indiana woman will possibly be extradited to Hawaii next month to stand trial for allegedly murdering an Army wife on a military base.

A spokeswoman for the U.S. Marshals Service told the Daily News they would not comment when Ailsa "Lisa" Jackson, 24, would be transported to stand federal charges in the calculated murder of Catherine Walker, 38, who was murdered at the Aliamanu Military Reservation housing complex in Honolulu on Nov. 15.

Tom Brady, an assistant prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Honolulu, told The News the FBI and Marshals will coordinate her extradition, which typically takes one week to a few weeks.

The victim, who is married to Michael Walker, 36, a medic in the U.S. Army who was assigned to the Tripler Army Medical Center, had stab wounds in her torso and neck.

Brady said authorities have determined the murder was premeditated but he declined to comment on a potential motive.

A grand jury in Honolulu indicted Jackson Wednesday on first-degree murder charges. Jackson was arrested Friday by the FBI in her hometown of Fort Wayne Ind.

Jackson appeared at an extradition hearing in Indiana on Monday and will now be transported to Hawaii to stand trial.

I can't wait for the next update on this...that article, while providing good info is light enough of details to make me wonder. How'd they know each other, I'm assuming she is either military or a spouse of an enlisted. Was she fucking hubby? Jealousy? We need to know!

Was he having an affair with this bitch?
Winner winner hot wing dinner!
An indictment filed last week in federal court in Honolulu alleges Jackson, also known as Lisa, "willfully, deliberately, maliciously, and with premeditation and malice aforethought," carried out the killing.

Her relatives couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

Jackson was living in Honolulu on the military base at the time of the murder because one of her parents was in the military, the FBI said, but she had recently moved to Fort Wayne, Ind., according to CBS affiliate WANE.

CBS affiliate KGMB reports that Catherine Walker's husband, Mike, was allegedly having an affair with Jackson at the time of the murder.

According to the station, Mike Walker is not a suspect in his wife's death, but sources say investigators are looking into the possibility that he may have had prior knowledge of the crime.

A spokesperson for the FBI says a date has not been set for Jackson's transport or arraignment in Honolulu, but said it will likely occur in three weeks or so.

A former Army medic has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for arranging to have his mistress stab his wife to death in 2014.

Michael Walker, 40, was sentenced on Monday in Honolulu, Hawaii, after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in September, about a week before his trial was scheduled to begin.
He admitted to hatching the plot to have Alisa Jackson, the woman he was having an affair with, kill his wife Catherine Walker while he was working in the emergency room at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu.

Jackson, who carried out the fatal stabbing at the Walkers' home on the Aliamanu Military Reservation, was also sentenced on Monday.
She received a 30-year sentence after pleading guilty to murder in 2015 under a deal with prosecutors which saw her avoid a life sentence in exchange for helping secure an indictment against Michael Walker.

Jackson, 29, described in court how she stabbed Catherine Walker multiple times with a kitchen knife and then waited half an hour to ensure she was dead.

She also provided prosecutors with information about her coded messages with Michael Walker, in which they discussed having Jackson commit the killing while he was at work so that he would have an alibi.
Catherine Walker's father, Douglas Plotz, said his family supports a lower sentence. 'We wholeheartedly forgive her,' he said. 'I want Ms Jackson to know that.'

Catherine Walker also forgave Jackson, Brady said. 'On the night she was stabbed to death, Jackson asked her if she forgave her,' Brady said. 'As she was being stabbed, Catherine, replied, yes.'

'Ms Jackson wielded the knife that killed your wife,' Mollway said. 'And that was a terrible, terrible deed. But it does appear to me that you were in control. That she did what she did because you wanted her to. And you knew she had mental health problems.'

After meeting through an online dating site in September 2014, Michael Walker told Jackson he was married and that his 'deepest desire' was to have his wife gone, but he couldn't divorce her, prosecutors have said.

Michael Walker told Jackson he couldn't simply divorce his wife because of financial concerns and stood to receive $400,000 in life insurance, Brady said.
They plotted the killing in emails, in person and in text messages where they called each other 'daddycakes' and 'babygirl', according to Walker's plea agreement.

On November 14, 2014, they met in a military reservation's gym parking lot, where Jackson said she would kill Catherine Walker that night, Brady said.

He described how the two came up with a text messaging code to let Jackson know whether she should enter the home through a window or use a key near the back door. If Michael Walker texted, 'good', that would mean use the window and 'bad' would mean the key.

Walker texted 'bad', Brady said, and at about midnight Jackson walked to the Walkers' house at Aliamanu Military Reservation and found the key, Brady said.

Jackson said in court previously she 'went inside and grabbed a knife and went upstairs and stabbed her'.
