Anger about the speed of service and a missing hamburger led to a George Webb restaurant server being shot in the face, records obtained by WISN 12 revealed.

Prosecutors filed criminal charges Monday against two women in the Jan. 30 shooting.

Breanta Johnson and Bryanna Johnson, 20-year-old twins, each face a single count of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

According to the complaint, the Johnsons were among a group of four women who were at the restaurant in Wauwatosa.

The four were in a booth and were described as "impatient and rude," the complaint said.

The group argued with two servers "because their food was not getting served fast enough," prosecutors wrote in the complaint.

The two servers, who are only identified in the complaint by their initials, asked the group to leave the restaurant.

Near the counter, prosecutors said one of the women, Breanta Johnson, left the restaurant and returned with a handgun.

The complaint said she handed the gun to Bryanna Johnson then punched one of the servers.
According to the complaint, Bryanna Johnson pointed the gun at the server as Breanta Johnson wrestled the server to the floor.

"(Bryanna Johnson) attempts to pistol-whip (the victim). (The victim) is lying on the ground when (Bryanna Johnson) extends her hand, aims, and shoots (the victim) in the face. (Breanta Johnson) then stomps (the victim) in the face," prosecutors wrote in the complaint.

The four women then left the restaurant, the complaint said.

The 26-year-old victim survived but was put in a medically-induced coma, according to an additional document obtained by WISN 12.

When the victim woke up the document said he told two detectives the group of four was unhappy with their food order when it arrived.

"The order was missing a hamburger," detectives wrote in the document.

It's a $3 item at George Webb.

According to police a third woman from the group is in the Milwaukee County Jail, awaiting charges.

The fourth person is expected to have charges referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney in the coming days.
Breanta Johnson and Bryanna Johnson appeared in court Monday.

They were ordered held in jail on $100,000 cash bail.

The twins were arrested in 2020 in Green Bay after causing a disturbance and later spitting at police.

They were convicted of disorderly conduct.

A GoFundMe page is helping the victim pay for his medical expenses.

His mother said he lost most of his teeth, half his tongue and has bullet fragments in his sinuses and lungs.

They should have to pay every dime of his medical expenses, lost wages, pay his current bills so nothing is cut off or repossessed, incur any negative credit rating he may receive, on going bills related to teeth and injuries for life, pain and suffering, and counseling for the victim ..

A GoFundMe to help pay for Anthony Rodriguez medical bills and recovery has raised over $76,000.

The latest update on the GoFundMe page was posted in January. It says Rodriguez has returned to work at a new full-time job and has been able to work out at the gym in his free time.

"Anthony also underwent months of therapy for the trauma, and that was not easy either," the page said. "Being shot in the head and stomped in the face isn't something you walk away from without some psychological wounds."
