Queen Bitch From Hell
There had been a search for this woman that finally turned up dead in Adams County [Co] the 2nd 19 years old with her whole life ahead of her

According to authorities, Bollinger’s body was found on Friday, and her body was identified on Tuesday, January 2. Her death is being treated as a homicide.

The woman took out a restraining order on Shawn Schwartz only weeks prior, and professed her concerns about the man via Facebook.

Schwartz continually uploaded videos to social media claiming that he is innocent of any wrongdoing regarding Bollinger, and he had not been named as a suspect in her death at the time of publishing.

Heavy spoke with a woman who said she knew both Bollinger and Schwartz, and stated the victim often “hung out with homeless people,” which included Schwartz.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. Bollinger Took Out a Restraining Order on Schwartz Only Weeks Prior

yikes

Schwartz said he was “still trying to stay out of the way and let the cops do their jobs,” the news site added.

On December 13, the victim posted to Facebook about concerns regarding Schwartz, and said he was continually harassing her, adding that he even “drove across country” to see her. She wrote:

Hey y’all, I have a public announcement…there is a man Shawn Schwartz. I met this man when I was young. I ran into him about 2 years ago. Long story short, I became friends w him. I helped him out w rides and stuff. I moved to VA.

He drove across country to see me.. slept behind my work for weeks. When I told him I didn’t want to see him anymore, he sent me hundreds of texts and calls. He parked his car in front of my house, blocking Military Highway for hours… laying on his horn.. he was arrested.

Since then, I’ve asked him to leave me alone.. and he won’t. He’s sent emails for over a year close to everyday, harassing me. Making numerous account until I block him again. Threatening my family, telling me he’ll kill himself in front of me, and sending my friends and family harassing messages as well.

I’m sharing this because, he’s posting slander about me all over FB. So, if you receive a message… I am sincerely sorry. Please ignore him… it only encourages him when he gets a response (much like a child). He’s mentally ill and I’m trying to fix this.

No suspects have been named in the case, police told reporters January 3 at a press conference.

“We have talked to him, and again not ready to call anyone a suspect. But it is certainly a piece of our investigation, a piece of our timeline,” Adams County Sheriff Michael McIntosh stated.

2. Schwartz Is Adamant of His Innocence, & Is Continually Posting Updates Regarding the Case to Facebook

“I didn’t kill anyone,” he wrote, adding that Bollinger was “nice” to him.

I am stressed the F*ck out. I got ‘friends’ wanting ‘info’ so they can ‘defend’ me on facebook. Stop. F*ck facebook. Go F*cking find Natalie. The cops are doing their jobs, and although I don’t know much except what I am told, the cops made it seem like they were still looking for her, they told me they found a body but that they didn’t know who she was. Natalie has identifying tattoos.

I have had a bunch of folks tell me she is dead then she isn’t then she is then she isnt. Let the cops do their jobs. Help find Natalie. I have severe panic attacks just thinking about facebook, I keep getting on messenger so I am not overwhelmed, but you guys are as***les and it’s not helping.

“If Natalie were an ugly hobo, you wouldn’t give 2 sh*ts about her,” he posted to Facebook. “To you, she would be a ‘junkie’ who ‘wanted, needed, or deserved it or it didn’t happen’ but to me, she was a hero. Not because she was pretty. Because she was nice to me when everyone abandoned me for words on facebook. You are superficial monsters and I hope all the wishes you sent my way are visited upon you by whatever god you pretend to believe in.”

3. He Wrote: ‘I Want to Blow My Head Off in Front of You so Close You Can Feel the Warm Splatter of My Blood on Your Face’ & Stated He Suffers From Asperger’s Syndrome

“Natalie, I only wanted the best for you. Now all I want is for you to go through the hell I have lived,” Schwartz posted to Facebook on September 10. “I want to blow my head off in front of you so close you can feel the warm splatter of my blood on your face…,” he continued.

4. Many Have Expressed That Schwartz Isn’t ‘Capable’ of Killing & Officials Do Not Believe There’s a Danger to the Public

Though police have yet to name any suspects in Bollinger’s death and despite the order of protection, many have expressed they do not believe Schwartz to be capable of killing the woman.

Heavy spoke with a woman who said she knew both Bollinger and Schwartz.

“I don’t think he’s capable,” Megan Nicole told Heavy. “I know his Facebook posts and stuff seem crazy, but he’s really a teddy bear…not to mention he’s not a very big guy. 5’7 at best and skinny…I mean she was also very, very tiny but still. This is a guy who had nothing himself but would still give his last of what he did have to another…murder is so far-fetched for him.”

The woman told Heavy that Bollinger first met Schwartz when she was “about 14,” and though she wasn’t homeless herself, the victim hung out with people who were. Nicole stated:

We met at the public library in Boulder. We called it ‘the park’ and a lot of us, including Natalie and her sister, would go down there and just smoke weed with all of the homeless people down there. It was the hangout spot and Shawn was one of the homeless that would be down there. She [Bollinger] was lost. I told her and her sister they needed to go home. Because they would roll around with all of the homeless men and I knew they preyed on them. They were way young, about 14. I was a little older at the time and didn’t think they should be hanging around with them. I would go home at the end of the night but Natalie and her sister would sleep outside with them and stuff.

“I don’t think there is a concern to this community,” the sheriff told reporters at a press conference on Wednesday, not elaborating on the circumstances of why.

Her body was found not far from me so I’ve been following this case. I wasn’t aware of all the Facebook drama though.

Hanging around with homeless people all night at age 14? Either her parents were neglectful or frantic with worry and fear. Their worst nightmare came true.

Fucking pissed that he is setting up some kind of defense by claiming Asperger's.

Because you know that makes one a murderous fuck.

Not saying he isn't crazy af and no doubt killed her, just that Asperger's had nothing to do with it. If it's even true.

Should've killed him when he was sleeping behind her work. Much more effective than a restraining order. Seriously, when they're this deranged your only hope is to get them before they can get you.

Anybody is *capable* of killing another human being. Size and strength aren't always the deciding factors, ffs.

Kind of want to think this guy might actually be innocent in her death, but the evidence is against that.

Its even possible he killed her and forgot, at this point.

RIP, Natalie.:(

how did he get her imformation?

she was nice to me when everyone abandoned me for words on facebook.
Was she nice or was she a fake cunt?

not to mention he’s not a very big guy. 5’7 at best and skinny
What does that have to do with it?

Is it just me, or does his face look like an anus with a beard.

He’s mentally ill and I’m trying to fix this
Well...pussy drives some men crazy.

It really doesn’t help that he stalked her. He’s a goner, he killed her. It’s really offensive that the Aspergers issue is used like it is. Just quit with it already

As per usual, am side eyeing some aspects of this story....

I shall sit and wait....but not on Morbid’s couch...

Some guys even give up all freedoms and get married because of it. Talk about crazy.

“And some men hit the fucking jackpot. ;)

Yeah, he did it. Poor girl, being kind to him got her killed. That’s why I encourage my girls to be nasty bitches and carry a shiv.

Yeah, before you file the restraining order, stop at the gun shop. Then the RO is your license to kill these stalker assholes.

He moved that far to be near her, what did LE think that piece of paper would have done? To bad they didn't put the ankle bracelet on him, might not have kept him away but atleast she would have gotten a phone call letting her know he was in a 2 block radius of any address she was known to frequent, could have saved her life. So sad for her and her loved ones.

@Prettypink513 "how did he get her information?"

She probably put too much personal information on social media.
With just a name and a general location I have found tons of info on people. I helped a friend win a lawsuit that a former employer had filed against him with no info other than their names and address. I've been considering checking up on a few people here, but they would probably think that it was creepy.

So no shit.
I've been quiet for a year about this.
So here goes.
I met my current bf at a local casino.
He was homeless (employed but homeless) we both won the jackpot.
One year later, everything is great.

An arrest has been made.

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — The man arrested in the shooting death of 19-year-old Natalie Bollinger claims Bollinger hired him to kill her after he answered her Craigslist ad titled “I want to put a hit on myself," according to a newly released affidavit.

Joseph Michael Lopez, 22, was arrested Thursday evening and booked into the Adams County Jail on suspicion of first-degree murder in the death of the Broomfield teen.

Adams County Sheriff Michael McIntosh announced the arrest in the Bollinger case during a Friday news conference, calling Lopez the sole suspect.

"Just because we have a suspect in custody, doesn’t mean the investigation is over," said McIntosh.

Bollinger was found dead off Riverdale Road in unincorporated Adams County on December 29, 2017, about 26 hours after she was reported missing.

She died from a single gunshot wound to the head and had a “potentially lethal level of heroin" in her system at the time of her death, according to an autopsy.

The police document released Friday details the steps and procedures Adams County investigators took to arrive at Thursday’s arrest. It also detailed the suspect’s claims he killed Bollinger execution style at her own request.

The document further outlines how investigators were led to Lopez after searching the victim’s phone and discovering more than 100 text messages between the two on the night she was reported missing. The content of those messages has not been released.

“As you can imagine, a 19-year-old’s social media or phone, there’s a lot of data there,” said Adams County Sheriff Michael McIntosh. “So, looking through all of that data, conducting numerous interviews, we were able to develop and identify Joseph Lopez.”

Bollinger’s disappearance was first reported on December 28 after the teen’s boyfriend called the police and filed a missing person report. Bollinger’s boyfriend told responding officers that his Glock 9 mm pistol was also missing from his home, according to the affidavit.

After they tied Lopez to the text conversation, investigators with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office approached Lopez Thursday as the suspect was heading into his job at Domino’s Pizza. He agreed to follow detectives to a nearby substation for questioning, the document states.

Before questioning began at the substation, Lopez told detectives that “he was pretty sure that he knew what we were there for,” and that “he was sure it had to do with the girl he talked to on Craigslist,” according to the affidavit.

In the interview room, Lopez began opening up. He told investigators that sometime after Christmas, he came upon a strange ad he claims Bollinger had posted titled “I want to put a hit on myself” while he was perusing the “Woman seeking Men” category on Craigslist, the affidavit said.

Lopez would go on to claim he contacted Bollinger using a fake hit man persona, agreeing to meet her and kill her after a lengthy text conversation, according to the document.

The affidavit goes on to state that Lopez arranged to pick up Bollinger from her Broomfield apartment the morning of December 28. He told detectives they discussed how he would be paid and how Bollinger allegedly wanted to be killed, “on her knees… executed from behind,” according to the police document. Lopez said Bollinger brought her own gun.

Lopez said he tried to talk her out of the arrangement as they drove around looking for a location for the shooting, but she was firm in her decision to end her life because of issues she had with boyfriend, Lopez claims in the affidavit.

Lopez initially told investigators that he did not go through with the alleged plan. Instead, he dropped the victim off back at her apartment. But after he was confronted with GPS data from his phone placing him at the scene where the teen’s body was found, he admitted to pulling the trigger, the document states.

According to the affidavit, Lopez admitted to shooting and killing Bollinger with a single gunshot to the head. He said Bollinger “knelt down on the ground and that he knelt down along her left side and slightly in front of her.” He then claims they both said a prayer, he got up, closed his eyes and shot the teen. He took off with Bollinger’s purse and the gun.

Investigators have located a weapon, but McIntosh said it’s too early in the investigation to tie it to Bollinger’s murder.

The affidavit stops short of providing evidence of Lopez’s claims. During the investigation, deputies talked to several of Bollinger’s friends and family members, and some indicated she had a history of suicidal thoughts, according to police documents. Others said she was very happy and looking forward to attending school.

The autopsy report notes Bollinger had a "history of heroin and methamphetamine use," after revealing she died from gunfire with a “potentially lethal level of heroin" in her system.

McIntosh declined to reveal a motive in the shooting. He said Lopez knew Bollinger for only a short period of time and described their relationship as a friendship based on social media interactions and one that was not one of a romantic nature.

“It’s very difficult in these cases, even if there is a stated motive to really determine long-term what that motive truly is,” he said. “The motive will truly come out in the courtroom.”

Lopez was booked into the Adams County Jail on first-degree murder charges. A bond has not been set.

I'm glad that the part of me that wanted to believe Schwartz was innocent was right!

What a strange case, though... :bored:

Almost makes me want to point out that just because there are messages from her phone, it doesn't mean she was writing them...

Then again, could just be a nineteen year old drama queen wanting to go out with a hell of a fanfare.
