Police say a suspected burglar called 911 in the middle of a heist after falling from a ladder and breaking his leg.

When emergency personnel arrived, Kenneth Dewhawn Splunge, 34, was found injured

I'm sorry that he lost a child, but being off his meds and going through tough shit is no excuse for burglarizing someone's house, especially so ineptly.
