Jetadia Brown, 23, of Dania Beach, is charged with exposing his sex organs in public and trespassing. Bond was set at $17,500 at his court appearance Tuesday, but the judge ultimately ordered him held without bond because of his criminal history.

"Discussing [these details] outweighs my concern for his embarrassment," Hurley said. "We're dealing with alleged ongoing criminal activity which this court is concerned poses a danger to the community."

Brown has also been convicted of domestic violence by strangulation, FDLE records showed.
