A Jacksonville man arrested Monday after authorities say he shot a man in the face at a Clay County party is being linked to Sunday’s deaths of two brothers outside a Golden Corral.

Jallil Dequan Graves, 19, is the accused triggerman, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said in announcing charges against four men with two counts each of murder and robbery in Sunday’s shooting at the Normandy Boulevard restaurant.

Killed were 24-year-old Andrew Bohannon, and 19-year-old Matthew Bohannon,

Graves was initially charged with attempted murder in a July 7 shooting outside an Orange Park home on Woodbriar Drive. Jon Barrett Milam II, 20, armed himself in confronting a group of people who crashed a party at his home. Milam was shot in the face and was in critical condition.

In Sunday’s double homicide, Avery Damon Wood, 19, is suspected of setting the drug deal and robbery in motion, Lt. Rob Schoovoner said. Wood rode with Graves, George Carter, 21, and Steven Bennett, 18, to rob the Bohannons, Schoovoner said.

He said the robbery happened quickly, lasting no more than seconds. He said Graves is accused of going around the truck the Bohannons were sitting in, shooting Andrew Bohannon first and then Matthew Bohannon outside the truck.

Then he grabbed some of the roughly $600 worth of marijuana brought to the drug transaction, the lieutenant said.

Schoovoner said Graves expressed remorse, saying he’ll “probably get the needle for this.â€￾

While a .40-caliber handgun was recovered, the Sheriff’s Office is waiting on ballistic tests from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement before it can confirm it was used in either case.

That's not remorse, that's self-pity for your own sorry arse!

I was gonna ask I wonder how they linked these guys to the shooting at Golden Corral but more than likely its through cell phone records.
Lazy fuckers. All that planning only to end up in jail. What's that white stuff in the corner of the first guys mouth? Or do I even wanna know.

From 2015:
Man sentenced to 3 life terms in Golden Corral murders

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A man was sentenced Friday to three consecutive life sentences for his involvement in the armed robbery and murders of a man and his brother, state attorneys said.

Avery Damon Wood Jr., 21, was found guilty last month of two counts of first-degree felony murder and one count of armed robbery.

Wood, along with three co-defendants, met in July 2013 with Andrew Bohannon, 24, and his 19-year-old brother, Matthew Bohannon, at the Golden Corral on Normandy Boulevard.

The Bohannons believed Wood and his co-defendants were buying marijuana from them, state attorneys said.

When the brothers arrived in the parking lot, two of Wood's co-defendants approached them. Seconds later, Andrew and Matthew Bohannon were fatally shot in the head, according to state attorneys.
