Just before 4 p.m., officers responded to the McDonald’s restaurant located at 798 E. St. George Boulevard after receiving reports of a man threatening employees with a pair of scissors, St. George Police Officer Hector Dominguez wrote in a probable cause statement supporting the arrest.

“According to witnesses, (Westergard) had multiple pictures of nude women on his table while he was eating lunch,” Dominguez said in the statement.

When patrons complained to the restaurant manager about the issue, the manager approached Westergard, who allegedly became upset and disorderly, Dominguez said in the statement. Westergard raised his voice and told the McDonald’s manager and another employee to go outside and fight him.

The McDonald’s employees told Westergard she was not going to fight him, Dominguez said, at which point, Westergard pulled out a pair of scissors and pointed them at the employee and moved them in a forward motion towards her.

Since when is it not okay to look at porn while eating chicken nuggets ?

At which point, he should've gotten a pot of their scalding hot coffee to the face.

If he wanted a free ride to looney house, I guess this was the easiest way to do it! The Grinch is a good comparison though but I can also see a resemblance of a very old skinny Chuck Norris. I wonder if "He's Lovin' It" like the jingle says?:joyful:

Personally, I'm trying to visualize the physical layout in this one. It reeks of little strip malls, pristene, cookie cutter subdivisions, and HOA's. Yeah, I'm a mom and a gram, and I get the whole knee jerk, pearl-clutching, but based on the info. in the article, I don't know that I'm ready to fillet this guy for anything other than pulling the scissors.
