Its sad he got off with a slap on the wrist. I hope he is not allowed any contact with his kids. He is nothing more than a disgusting pathetic pedophile. I hope his income is significantly impacted by this lawsuit...to the point he has to downsize to a little apartment...with no servants and no luxuries. It pisses me off him sitting all fat and happy...not a care in the world for the suffering he put his own kids through.

Just fucking disgusting and looks like a sick pervert! Sadly many very wealthy men have some sick perverted sexual fetishes. For them to have given him a get out of jail free card because of his money and not exposing him in the media they allowed him an opportunity to pray on other unsuspecting children. I wouldn't be surprised if they start coming out of the wood work now. How many girlfriends has he had with young children since 2005 that were so blinded by the money that they probably failed to see anything that should have been a warning sign....Sucks to be these poor kids rich as fuck and fucked up in the head because daddy is a sicko pervert.

I'm sorry to tell you this but he didn't necessarily get a slap on the wrist because he has money. I know of an animal that has been sexually abusing children for many years. He abused his daughters and was ordered into counseling. It was kept quiet. He then abused a friend of his family's child. The judge and DA was going to give him 6 months in county jail. The mother went ballistic and told them that she dared them to give him 6 months. She threatened to go to every news station, radio station, newspaper and magazine that would listen to her and let them know what they were trying to do. They decided that maybe they should re-think things and asked what she felt would be appropriate. She decided that a sentence of a minimum 6-8 years in prison would at least let his girls grow up without being abused. That is the sentence he received. Since he got out of prison he has been caught 2 more times. Guess what the sentence was? 6 months in county jail. She couldn't do anything about it since he has moved from the area. He won't show his face near this mother.

Why is the ex wife suing for money? Why are the police not arresting him for the abuse of the son? I just hate when shit has to boil down to money.

Repressed his memories. Fucking sicko probably still gets off to those same exact memories he "repressed".

And I think she's suing for money to hit him where it hurts since the police didn't do it themselves.

I don't know why but I always find it intriguing when the well-to-do empire-like families have skeletons in their closets. What happened to HIM I wonder in the famous DuPont/Richards family? I think we've come to expect the worst of the trailer park families who cage their kids....but when the rich do it it can throw us for a loop.

What I hate most about this is money is what's being asked for. Not time. Money makes counseling payments easier, sure but...it feels very calculated to me. The next generation are pawns just as much as the last.

No amount of money can wipe the filth out of his soul. Disgusting animal. I'm so sickened by this case. His kids received no justice for what he did to them.

I know if he was deranged enough to abuse his kids, he abused others.

Yes, they have always abused others. Our society doesn't seem to understand that you can't cure pedophilia. The urges escalate and many victims are never even known about. Death is the only logical solution. Personally I'd like to see the rubber tire and fire method used!

What I think is interesting is that drug offenses allow them to seize any property us in furtherance of criminal activity. Wouldn't it be interesting to see that same law applied in some of these child abuse cases? Fat ass here would lose him homes, car used to transport the victims. Etc.

    That probably isn't it.

When I was 10 until the time I was 16, I was sexually abused by a stepfather. When my mom divorced him, she told the police about the abuse (I told her about it years before). After the interview, I told the social worker that I felt that my mom only cared about getting what she wanted in the divorce. I was 17 at the time. Anyway, there was no physical proof as I wasn't ever penetrated, so the only evidence they had was my testimony. Many times, that's all they have when prosecuting child sex crimes. Because they felt I was not a reliable witness (they said I was influenced by my mother and her wanting to get support from my stepfather in the divorce), they couldn't charge him.

It's the same situation for the 19 m/o. Obviously he can't testify. Any physical proof would have healed. And a first year law student could get his comments about something maybe happening thrown out.

In a criminal trial, the prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the crime happened. sadly, I doubt they could do that in this case. In a civil case, i.e. the mother suing, the burden of proof is much lower. The party who is suing only has to prove that it's likely that the even occurred. So it's probably not all about the money. It's probably the only way he will see any type of punishment.

It is disgusting when it boils down to money, but honestly? Sometimes, that is all people like him understand. I am also faced with a similar person as an ex, although not in anyway the same situation. The money the mother receives would ensure that her children get the best counseling and care for what he did to them. That is probably the best she can hope for in this situation and he SHOULD have to pay for it, he should have to pay for every bad dream, psychological issue and any other related problem the children have. He caused it, he should pay for it and then we can all hope and pray that this sick MF dies a horribly painful and torturous death.

How about this then, if money is an issue....sue the fuck out of him, for both children, and place it in a trust fund ( plus ample cheese for counseling on the now) That way mom wont be accused of being trifle, and the kids will have a cushion.

She sentenced him so lightly because his daddy was a big time lawyer in the area, professional courtesy and all that. I hope karma bites that judge in the ass too.

Sooo... what you're saying is that it's more important to protect a pedophile than his victims. I've never understood this. Who pays the cost of "fixing" this asshole? How about we put that money towards helping his victims heal?

And who the hell "fares well" in prison?!

Age limit or family blood does not seem to matter to some kiddy fiddlers, and this story proves it.

He won't fare well in prison?! Isn't that the whole friggin' point of prison? Last I checked, prison is supposed to be punishment, not a day at Disneyland. He should have to live in fear. It would serve the bastard right after the fear he subjected his poor kids to. Fuck him.

Oh, his lawyer says he'll have to be locked up 23 hours a day to protect him from other inmates? Wah. Where was the protection for his kids when he was raping them? Those poor kids were afraid of what was going to happen to them at the hands of their piece of shit father 24 hours a day. Where's the justice for them?

And when this lowlife was first caught, he claimed that raping his daughter was a mistake and he'd never do it again. Yeah, tell that bullshit to his son, whom he raped next.

There is no rehabilitation for this sick fuck. He will always be turned on by little kids. With his trust fund and not having to work, he's got way too much time on his hands. I guarantee he'll do this again to some poor, innocent soul. If he could do that to his own kids, whom he was supposed to protect, I guarantee he'll have no qualms about doing it to someone else's kid.

He deserves to be in prison, living in fear, having nightmares of the abuse the other inmates would deal out to him.

You are probably right. It makes me sick. When this jackass reoffends, and I have no doubt that he will, I hope that judge has lots of sleepless nights thinking about how she's responsible for letting him out to attack his next victim.

Sorry for the length. I'm just disgusted right now. :rage:

This is just the most ridiculous arguement for light sentencing that I have ever heard. By this logic, no pedos could be sent to jail, they'd all have to get probation. Wealth appears to be the only factor at play here

The prosecutor, her supervisor and the judge should all be investigated. I wonder if it is a coincidence that the supervisor, Allison Testes, is now in private practice?
