Now, a grand jury will hear evidence in his case and an indictment will then be filed. It will be at that point when Hoffman will enter a plea of guilty or not guilty to the charges against him.

It's a crime that has rocked the city of Bucyrus and in the words of the police chief, “one of the worst crimes in the city's history.”

Uhhhhhhh this douchebag's nickname is "Big Don?" :finger:

...he looks more like a "Big Duh" if you ask me..
but after trial he will then be "Big Done":hilarious:

Bwhahahahahahahaaa:whistle:

So is the blood from the "assault" possibly the blood of the other two men and that's why he refused an ambulance? If they were indeed poker buddies, an unpaid debt could certainly make for a logical motive.

Convicted Murderer Donald Hoffman Recounts Brutal Slayings Of Four Friends In Bucyrus

BUCYRUS, Ohio
Donald Hoffman had the right to remain silent on the brutal murders of four acquaintances last year, but he said plenty during than six hours of questioning by police last September.

"I attacked him from behind,” Hoffman recalls in gruesome detail. “He fell down between the bed and the chair going towards the concrete wall. That's where I strangled him."

Chilling detail spoken with equally chilling calm, how he killed four men, including his 65-year-old roommate Jerry Smith during a crack binge.

The punishment was no laughing matter -- Hoffman has received four consecutive life terms without parole. Police held off releasing the confession until now because they wanted to wait until after Hoffman's sentencing.
