It happened late Sunday night at a Peoria home in the area of 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley Road. According to police, four men in a car arrived at the home; two of them went inside.

While it's not clear exactly what happened, investigators believe one of the visiting men got into a fight with a man who lived at the home.

Detectives said the visitor hit the resident in the head with the broken glass bong and then used it to stab him. The resident pulled a gun and shot the visitor twice.

The wounded visitor left in the car in which he arrived and called the police from another location.

Detectives have talked to both men and said neither one was cooperative.

Armed with a search warrant, officers went through the Peoria home and discovered "a large amount of narcotic drugs," according to the Peoria Police Department.

Detectives found the gun used in the shooting at a home in Surprise.

Police have not made any arrests in the case and have not released any information about either man.

The investigation is ongoing. If you have any information, please call the Peoria Police Department at 623-773-8311.

How much and what kind.

Because marijuana is not a narcotic.
Some states have it classified as a narcotic for lack of a better class to label it under.

Yay, nobody is dead/boo, no one qualifies for a Darwin Award.

Need more information before I can decide whether calling the police was a dick move.
