Chef and restaurant owner, Matthew Tivy, 54, has been arrested after police allege he fucked underage boys and shared homemade video of the fuck fests with other online perverts.
According to reports, Tivy fucked an underage boy in the back of his Honda while it was parked in a Best Buy parking lot in May of this year. Reports place the age of his victim at 16.
Now, had Tivy simply done his "thing" and not been insistent on sharing his perversion with others, his crines may have gone undetected for longer, but thankfully sick fucks really like to share their perversions online. I guess these jackasses get off by sharing their sick shit with others.
Tivy recorded his encounters on his handy-dandy Samsung Galaxy phone. Videos which he freely shared online not only with other sick fucks but also with other teenagers he met online.
Tivy's cell phone would prove to be his ultimate undoing.
After his arrest, authorities searched his phone and other electronics and found a treasure trove of sickness.
He had not only recorded his May backseat romp but also another encounter from December of 2014 with another underage boy who authorities believe was 14 or 15 at the time.
Now, that's kind of a big problem for Tivy with age of consent laws and all that. It seems that NY has an age of consent of 17 but NY takes their laws a bit further than some other states. A person under 16 but over 13 can consent to a sexual relationship but only with a person who is no more than 4 years older than them, Tivy is 54, just a few decades shy of meeting that 4 year loophole.
But sick videos were not all that authorities found on Tivy's phone. Tivy also liked to text with his victims after their backseat encounters. The following is an exchange that occurred between Tivy and the 16 year old from May of 2015:
Tivy- "That was really fun. Even though you were very bad not to tell me how young you are haha but I don't mind."
16 year old- "Oh I thought I told you."
Tivy- "I've been with a high school guy before so it's cool."
On Tivy's computer, authorities found more evidence of his twisted activities.
Tivy readily shared the video of his Best Buy encounter online with the message that it was the "one kid" that he "fucked" in his car. He is very quick to also point out, for the enjoyment of the other perverts that the victim in the video is a high school sophomore.
On top of sharing his homemade videos with other perverts and bragging about his December 2014 encounter, Tivy also tried to recruit like-minded perverts to join him for "group sex" with one of his previous victims. He went as far as encouraging the other perverts to contact the boy in hopes of arranging their sick orgy.
Tivy also traded videos with a 16 year old from Florida. Videos that are described as "warped". Given the content I have previously written, I am guessing gang rapes of more underage victims and other back seat videography.
His computer was also said to contain pornographic images of yet another 16 year old who lives in Ohio.
Tivy's activities continued unabated until he was arrested in May of 2015 on charges of sex with a minor and distributing child pornography. Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara says that more victims may come forward now that Tivy's story has hit the media.
Ya think? Motherfucker has 4 "under his belt" that are known right now, no one honestly believes that those are the only ones. If you believe that, you should really get out more, maybe spend a bit more time surfing around this site. You'll quickly see that for every victim that is known there are scores more that don't come forward for quite some time. Case in point: Bill Cosby.
Unfortunately, being a TV, celbrity chef has some perks because Tivy had been released from jail on a piddly $25,000 bail. This was done in spite of the U.S. Attorney arguing that Tivy presents a danger to the community.
After his release on bail, an account was found on Tivy's computer for a site called Chaturbate where he used the name "iluvundies" and was caught discussing his encounters AFTER his arrest. Hmmm, I think the U.S. Attorney knew what she was talking about.
Tivy's pervy-ass was arrested AGAIN and he is now, finally, being held without bail. Finally a judge saw the danger he presented.
Cue Tivy's defense lawyer for some eye-roll inducing comments:
Glenn Hardy, Tivy's bottom-feeded, says that his client isn't guilty and attends "regular therapy sessions".
Hey, Hardy, NEWS FLASH, your client taped himself fucking teenagers, then texted and blogged about it. He's guilty.
As for therapy, I have a suggestion. A little lead therapy delivered by a nice 40-caliber Smith & Wesson, that is all the therapy he'll ever need, ever again.
Hardy also says that his client "understood the gravity of the situation and is doing his best".
So... He understood but still bragged about fucking teenagers online and that bragging and boasting was his "best"? Jail is probably the best place for him if that's the example we get of his understanding and doing his best.
