My local news is reporting that the victim, from the videos, is an almost 3yo girl. The relationship to this pig is unknown.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged two people Monday for allegedly filming themselves performing sex acts on a child under the age of 12.

According to court documents, the incident occurred in December 2013.

Prosecutors allege 47-year-old John Ferguson recorded an adult woman, later identified as Aubrey Costello-Warden, having sex with a minor.

In April 2014, county police found Ferguson in possession of more than 20 images of child pornography, as well as videos of the illicit activity.

Ferguson was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of possession of child pornography. Costello-Warden was charged with first-degree statutory rape, two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Ferguson, who is not yet in police custody, had his bond set at $250,000 cash.

A South County man pleaded guilty Friday to charges involving the recording of his girlfriend having sex with a 3-year-old boy.

John Ferguson, 49, of the 4200 block of Barcelos Drive in the Mehlville area, pleaded guilty in St. Louis County Circuit Court of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of child pornography possession.


The man's girlfriend, Aubrey Costello-Warden, 38, of the 600 block of Waller Avenue in Lemay, pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation and sodomy charges last month and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Authorities said Costello-Warden knew she was being recorded.

Sentencing for Ferguson is set for March 6 before Circuit Judge Joseph Dueker.
