A West Australian woman who allegedly squirted breast milk at a police officer has been denied bail in Fremantle Magistrate's Court.

Erica Leeder, 26, from Calista in Perth's south, was arrested on a warrant on Tuesday and taken to Rockingham police station.

It is alleged that while she was being strip-searched at the police station the 26-year-old grabbed her breast and squirted milk onto a female officer's forehead, arms and clothing.

Ms Leeder was charged with assaulting a public officer and denied bail by the magistrate because of a previous conviction for assaulting a police officer.

She has been remanded in custody until Tuesday and ordered to undergo a mental health assessment.

.....could face a maximum penalty of 18 months in jail or an $18,000 fine if convicted.

Looks like Fremantle, AU has the same "assault with bodily fluids" laws we do here in my state. I just mentioned a couple of weeks ago I shot my dtr.'s father a good one once when he pissed me off. That stream arc'ed like a rainbow, lol. It was beautiful. It can absolutely go far. :)

Give the woman a ticket for being a nuisance or something; she pays a whopping fine and, hopefully, learns to be an adult. Breast milk is not benzene, acid or sodium hydroxide; you don't die from being squirted with breast milk.

..... and I believe this was the SECOND time the suspect assaulted a police officer. Some people will use what they can to cause harm. Maybe something more dangerous was not available... ? I don't think this chicks intent was to make the police woman laugh.

I'm half way to agreeing with you now, but she's assaulted a cop before (and I'm a cop's wife, so yeah, I'm biased).

And... there's not too much I'm a stickler for, but when it comes to the law, there aren't too many shades of grey for me.. besides she's 26 and a mother.. I'd expect this from a teenager.

It's an erogenous area that in most cultures around the world, including the one this story is from, is viewed as a sexually allurring and sensual part of the female form.
