I guess I'm a little slow, I wasn't really taking this whole thing that seriously. I am probably one of the more wishy-washy types when it comes to how I feel/ what I think I know/ believe. I find pole dancing to be quite a remarkable display of athleticism. Certain forms of stripping, like pole dancing and that ass bouncing thing you mainly see black girls do where it looks like they have a separate joint in their ass allowing it to freely move as if it were a separate limb, are both incredible displays of physicality.

That said, stripping is still a vile act and pole dancing, even with its merits as an impressive and challenging form of exercise and athleticism, is far too suggestive and promotes a harmful and dangerously loose lifestyle. Most women who engage in the pole dance exercise class type bullshit are doing it mainly cuz they think it's hip and cool and sexy, and not cuz they truly believe it's a prime way to get in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

If this woman in the story wanted to showcase her abilities or challenge herself via adding weight to her routine, she could have and should have sought out a weight vest or ankle weights of some sort. Utilizing her child was indeed an absurd publicity stunt meant to show off out of pure vanity or as some irritating, unwanted, unnecessary statement about how moms can be both sexy and in shape too. Sickening either way.

Shame on this woman and shame on the nitwits trying to turn it into some big story.

As i said, pole dancing promotes a dangerous lifestyle and i would venture to guess someone who engages in it is less conservative and will encourage a more open view of the world with their offspring. A child growing up in such an environment will likely deal with far less restrictions and controls in their life and be more likely to engage in dangerous activities themselves as a result.

Or perhaps not everything everybody says on this forum is meant to be taken 100% seriously. Take your pick.
