In the upper right corner, under the mural of Daniel in the lion's den, hover your mouse over the "Donald". Your signature link is the second item on the left side of the menu that pops up. Click on it and make the changes you want.

You can also make changes to your status -- what type of member you are -- at the bottom of that popup menu.

ETA: I lied.

Your custom title is under "Personal Details" -- the first item in the left column when you hover over your user name in the upper right corner.
