Ahizya Osceola was covered in bruises, stuffed in trash bag and put in a box in the laundry room. :(

The stepmother of a missing Hollywood, Florida, toddler who was found dead inside his father’s home, stuffed the child’s bruised body in garbage bags and put it in a box in the laundry room, according to court documents obtained Tuesday.
...
He was found in a bag, he was stuffed in a trash bag," the boy's maternal grandfather, Kenneth Tommie, said Tuesday.

Analize Osceola said she heard the boy grunting around 4 a.m. and when she touched him he was slightly cold but still warm, the documents said. She put him on the floor and attempted to do CPR but got no pulse.
...
The stepmother didn't tell anyone about his condition including her own mother, who lives in the home and is a nurse, the documents said.

Instead, Analize Osceola waited for the other adults to leave the home then took two garbage bags and put his body inside them then put him in a box in the laundry room, the documents said.

If he was "grunting" how was there no pulse? No heartbeat= no life and dead bodies don't make noises (generally).

I know how that happens... She's a lying sack of shit that's how. That little one was "covered" in bruises and not because he was "clumsy" like they allege but rather because they're abusive fucks who beat him. Now she's saying she tried to do CPR to make herself look less like the complete fucking monster that she is.

Oh and checking herself into the padded party room is a nice touch too. Not like other scumbag murderers haven't tried that one or anything, setting up her ever-so convenient impending insanity defense. Cunt.:rage:

Florida police on Wednesday arrested the stepmother and father of a 3-year-old child, initially reported missing, whose dead body was found inside a box in their home's laundry room.

Police said Ahizya Osceola suffered extensive injuries. He was found in an 8-inch-wide box, wrapped in a garbage bag, Frank Fernandez, the police chief in Hollywood, Florida, told reporters.

"No child should ever, ever endure this life, the life of little Ahizya," he said at a news conference.

His stepmother, Analiz Osceola, 24, was ch
arged with aggravated manslaughter, child neglect and giving false information to law enforcement.

Shocking...:wait:

They need to be facing first degree murder charges though not some bullshit manslaughter and neglect charges. But that's just my opinion on that part.

I agree that if he was making sounds he had a pulse and was breathing. She didn't try to perform CPR on him. He was already dead. She couldn't keep her lies straight. Her mother the nurse should also be charged. She should be a mandated reporter of child abuse. She lived there...had to know the boy was abused...had to see his many injuries...had to hear his cries. This little guy didn't stand a chance. I'm am happy that through his death...his siblings have been saved from the same fate by their hands.

Fuck this guy.

The man whose three-year-old son was found dead, wrapped in garbage bags and stored in the laundry room of their Hollywood home is now accused in a DUI hit-and-run case, according to court records.

Nelson Osceola, 24, was free on a $50,000 bond for child neglect with great bodily harm when arrested Wednesday, records showed.

He's accused of impaired driving, crashing and then bailing out of the vehicle to run from police.

At Osceola's court appearance Thursday, defense attorney Hilliard Moldof suggested that his client's behavior was the result of the death of his child, Ahziya Osceola.

"My client is having real difficulty with what happened to his son," Moldof said. "I'm not making excuses for this but he's in recovery right now."

Broward Judge John Hurley pointed to Nelson Osceola's record of prior arrests and convictions for fleeing police, driving with a suspended license and battery that preceded the child's death.

"On the one hand we can understand that he has some issues as a result of the death of his son," he said. "But to get out of the vehicle and start running away, that tends to make the situation a little suspect."

According to Seminole police reports, an officer saw Nelson Osceola at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday driving through a security gate and breaking off the gate's arm at North 64th Avenue on the Hollywood Seminole Reservation.

The vehicle was spotted nearby but it sped away when a police officer turned on his vehicle's emergency lights. The driver refused to stop for other patrol cars, struck a parked car and continued on, said Gary Bitner, a spokesman for the Seminole tribe.

Nelson Osceola got out of the vehicle, ran off and jumped over a fence into a fenced-in area where he was taken into custody, Bitner said.

The latest charges he is facing include DUI with property damage, leaving the scene of a crash, fleeing and eluding police among others, jail records showed.

"This is news to me that he's drinking but it doesn't shock me," Moldof said. "He's just devastated by the death of his son."

Nelson Osceola's bond for the DUI-related charges was set at $22,625.

Fuck him with something hard and sand papery.

A 24-year old man charged with neglecting his son is back out of jail after being arrested for allegedly driving drunk.

Nelson Osceola, was arrested in March on child neglect charges in connection with the death of his son,Ahziya Osceola, was already free on bond but was brought back on on drunk driving charges.

By Friday evening, Osceola had bonded out of jail.

Before bonding out prosecutors upgraded Osceola’s previous charge of child neglect to child neglect with great bodily harm.

The newly upgraded charge had him back before a judge on Friday. Officials said the new charge is the result of a paperwork glitch and it should have been filed sooner.

Analiz Osceola, the woman who is standing trial for the 2015 murder in Hollywood of her three-year-old stepson Ahziya, was in Broward County court on Monday when prosecutors showed a video of her interrogation.

When Hollywood Detective Sean Keough, Analiz Osceola said that Ahziya “had died during the night” when she reported him missing. The Seminole Tribe of Florida Police Department, the Broward Sheriff’s Office, and the Hollywood Police Department searched for him.

“He was cold and he was bloated,” she told Keough.

The video of the interrogation showed that Analiz Osceola admitted to hiding his little body in the laundry room because “she was scared and didn’t know what to do.” She didn’t admit to killing him.

The medical examiner reported Ahzika suffered blunt trauma.

There was already a documented history of abuse when police officers found Ahziya dead on March 22, 2015, in Hollywood. The crime scene was at the home that he had shared with his siblings, his father Nelson Osceola, and his stepmother, who is also known as Analiz Rodezno.

“This case is about the murder of an innocent child,” Assistant State Attorney Neva Rainford-Smith said in court during her opening statement on Thursday.

Rainford-Smith told the jury that the evidence will show that Analiz Osceola covered up Ahziya’s murder. Attorney William Cone, Jr., who is representing Analiz Osceola, told the jury Thursday during his opening statement that the only thing Ahziya’s stepmother was guilty of was of lying.

The trial’s first witness was Dr. Liora Adler, a pediatric emergency doctor who examined Ahziya after he had suffered a bone fracture. Adler said Analiz Osceola reported that Ahziya had some difficulty walking.
Analiz Osceola first told detectives that Ahziya, a wallet, and cash had vanished from their home on March 19, 2015, and the back door was open. Video of a detective’s interrogation shows she later said Ahziya woke up feeling sick, she took him to the restroom and back to bed, and she later found him cold at 4 a.m.

Ahziya’s body was bruised and battered when detectives found him dead in the home on March 22, 2015. Hollywood police officers reported his body was in a trash bag, and inside a toy box that was covered with laundry near a washer and dryer, according to police.

Analiz Osceola, 32, feigned ignorance when reporting young Ahziya Osceola missing the morning of March 19, 2015.

In March, jurors in Broward County convicted her of aggravated manslaughter of a child. She was sentenced on Oct. 26 to 30 years in prison and entered the Florida prison system on Monday. She received credit for 1,211 days of time served and is set for release on June 25, 2050.
The stepmother said Ahziya had broken his foot a few weeks before by jumping off the grill on the back patio. She took him to the hospital, she said. But the staff there said they did not have a record of this, according to documents.

The medical examiner described wounds all over the child’s body. Ahziya had numerous bruises on his torso, head, face, both arms and legs. He also had numerous gouge marks on his neck. In his left leg, he suffered a spiral fracture to his tibia. There was a large open wound to the top of his foot and shin area. He would have been in extreme pain and unable to walk on his own, authorities said.
The medical examiner found the cause of death to be blunt impact abdominal trauma. Ahizya’s pancreas had been broken into three pieces, and his liver was lacerated.
All told, investigators said Osceola told them shifting stories about what happened amid the child’s disappearance and death. She confessed that she knew his whereabouts the entire time and hid the body. There was no stolen money. She left the door ajar, knowing it would open itself.
According to documents, she claimed to have woken up to find the child cold, and she realized he was dead despite her attempts to save his life.

Asked why she did not tell her husband or her mother, who had medical training and lived at the residence, she said she was scared and did not know what to do. Asked why she did not call 911, she said she was scared of what people would think.
According to authorities, Osceola said that once she was the only adult in the home, she put the boy in a box and covered him with a clear plastic bag. She stuffed two garage bags with clothes to hide him and then called the cops.
