I know that DD usually focuses on US/UK stuff, but this was so depraved and shocking that I felt it needed further attention.

Peter Gerard Scully, an Australian man, has recently been accused of running a heinous snuff pay-per-view porn ring from the Philippines.

smh.com said:
One video seized by police shows a baby convulsing as she was whipped with a belt and who had hot wax from a melting candle put on her body.

Mr Nuqui said the video was the "worst we have seen in our years of campaigning against child pornography".

In addition to torturing infants and young children, Scully is apparently accused of murder, too. The victim was found buried under a house that Scully rented in the Philippines. Why was the teenager killed, you ask?

smh.com said:
Mr Scully's partner allegedly told police where the accused had buried a teenage girl whose remains were found under concrete and tiles in a house he had rented.

She said Mr Scully allegedly killed the girl because she had whip marks on her body that were so severe they could not be concealed.

"Child Torture Porn Ring" are 4 words that I never want to see again together in a sentence like that.
no, but many pervs from the UK US and Europe have tried to turn the Philippines and Thailand into their pedopervert heaven.

I'm just happy that he's incarcerated in The Philippines and not back home in Australia. Regardless of the death penalty, he'll serve much harder time in a Phillipino prison then he would probably anywhere in the western world. I wish him a very long and very tortured life of hell.

Why are the Philippines not cracking down harder this has been a problem for years and by the read of this getting worse! Educate these people on predators and what they will say to get your kids. I just want to know where are these babies now? Were they with him? Are they dead? Were they sold? I honestly would be okay of the world ended right now because the evil is so f****** out of control!

This kind of shit is out of control because no nation anywhere is putting anything like the kind of resources that would be necessary into cracking down on internet paedophilia.

For example, in the UK alone there are thought to be several hundred thousand active paedophiles accessing the internet. Yet it has been stated in the news here recently that there are probably less than 30 police officers in the entire country who spend most of their time investigating paedophile activity on the internet.

Clearly, such small numbers are being swamped by the scale of the problem, and the vast majority of internet paedos are never going to be brought to justice. And since fear of exposure and punishment is the only likely effective deterrent, this is worrying.

The trial of Ellah Joy Pique's alleged killers ended up being dismissed against the female accused, for lack of evidence. The British man Ian Griffiths hasn't had his yet, but it might also be dismissed. I wonder if the pervert above may have anything to do with it. The story was on here, in the foreign crime section, before the site was changed.

I read that this sick fuck made some of his victims dig their own graves. He had other kids working for him, to help him get his hands on fresh victims. He told their parents he was gonna help with their education and the parents believed him. He also looked for vulnerable victims, offering them food and a place to stay :(.

The Philippines are trying to crack down on the foreign paedophiles, they're working with other countries to find and prosecute the pervs who go there to molest kids.

There are a couple of good documentaries on YouTube, saw one where a German man who was caught with kids in his bed asked to go outside for some air while they were lifting his computers, thumb drives and hard drives. He jumped off and only broke his legs lol. I was glad he didn't get away with killing himself, too easy. There are countries that are working with the Philippines to prosecute the pervs when they get home. I can't remember who has signed up to it, but I think Australia is one, and Canada is another.

Too many of them are important people that we're not allowed to know about. Other countries frequently tell our authorities about paedophiles buying/accessing child porn and nothing gets done about it. Only poor and unimportant perverts get punished. They thought they were safe using the tor browser, but it's been monitored from the beginning and they'll be caught eventually.

I've been a little busy and just popped on to see what's new. I'm so fucking sorry I did. FUCK!!!!!!!! My brain is processing this vividly and repeatedly. I'm ready to stick a fucking pencil in my eye and detach my prefrontal cortex. I'm physically ill. I'm not very religious, but if there's a hell on earth, this case is it and this guys the fucking devil.:vomit:

Is there even a question this bag of shit needs to die? The only question should be how and if fire will be involved. These fucks are all gung ho when it comes to lynching someone over drugs but they gotta have a national discussion on killing the pedophile. Crazy. At least they all agree he should die sooner rather than later. Although working him to death as repayment to his victims seems just as fitting.

March 8 2017

Alleged Australian child sex predator Peter Scully will escape the death penalty if convicted despite what police say were the most shocking cases of child murder, torture and abuse they have ever seen in the Philippines.

Lawmakers have excluded Scully's alleged crimes from a death penalty bill that has passed in the country's parliament 216 votes to 54.

The bill reintroduces the death penalty which was abolished in 2006 but only for eight heinous drug-related offences.

Prominent politicians in Manila and prosecutors had argued for the bill to cover offences Scully faces, including directing "dark web" videos that showed horrific acts to children and babies.

Senior police officers and prosecutors wept when they viewed one video called 'Daisy's Destruction' that Scully allegedly sold on the internet showing an 18-month-old girl being sexually assaulted while being tied upside down by the legs.

Scully is also alleged to have sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl before strangling her and burying her body in a grave under a house he was renting.

Lawmakers supporting Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte's deadly crackdown on drugs agreed to drop the crimes of rape, treason and plunder from the list of those punishable by death to allow smoother passage of the bill through parliament.

Capital punishment is strongly opposed by the Catholic Church, the most influential institution in the Philippines.

Pantaleon Alvarez, the speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives, last month cited Scully's case while arguing against watering down the legislation.

"Have you watched the news about the paedophile? If you were in that situation, would you have wanted this kind of person alive … even though they abused a one-year-old child?" he said.

The maximum penalty that 53-year-old Scully can now receive is multiple terms of life imprisonment at the conclusion of his trial in a court in the southern Philippines that is expected to take years before reaching a verdict.

Scully is contesting 75 charges, including human trafficking, putting his alleged victims through the ordeal of testifying in court, despite repeatedly tell Philippine media he was "remorseful" for what he had done to children.

Eight girl victims up to the age of 13 at the time of the offences are being held in witness protection.

Social workers say they are deeply traumatized.
