Grand Island Police Sgt. Stan Steele says the 56-year-old woman of Edgewater in southeast Volusia County was denied access to a flight Friday at the Central Nebraska Regional Airport because of the Doberman puppy's young age and lack of being properly contained.

Cynthia V. Anderson was seen entering a bathroom before another woman reported finding a dead Doberman puppy in the toilet, according to the The Grand Island Independent

Stupid meth head bitch. This is beyond vile. I say we cover her in meat and let a pack of Doberman tear her to shreds.

GRAND ISLAND, NE – Cynthia Anderson is facing animal cruelty charges because the 56-year-old allegedly drowned a 3-week-old puppy in an airport bathroom after being told she could not take it on the plane.

Police say that on Thursday, Anderson tried to board a flight out of the Central Nebraska Regional Airport with two dogs in crates and three young puppies. Because U.S. flight regulations do not allow dogs younger than eight weeks old to fly, airport workers would not allow Anderson to get on the plane.

Anderson really wanted to get one of those puppies to Florida, so her parents came and picked up two of the puppies while she hid the remaining puppy in her carry-on bag. When she tried to get on the plane again, airport security busted her trying to smuggle the puppy and told her she could not board her flight.

That’s when police say Anderson took the Doberman puppy into one of the airport bathrooms and drowned the dog in a toilet.

That is a ROUGH 56. What a fucking moron. Why not just call her parents back and get on the next flight?

Also, how old are her parents, 70's - 80's? Shame they have to deal with this cunt of a daughter.

Considering the way this skanky bitch looks.....

I think a fitting punishment would be to make her spend a couple of years in a cell, whose floor, ceiling and walls are lined with mirrors so that she can see herself every waking moment.

Mind you, the Supreme Court would probably never allow it since that would constitute a cruel and unusual punishment.

This classy biatch just got re-arrested after getting back to Florida, on a theft charge!

lol she didn't even make it back to Florida. They arrested her after she posted bond. I bet the po-po down in Florida saw her mug plastered all over the news and knew exactly where to find her to serve the warrant :hilarious:

After paying $500 to make bond, Grand Island Police arrested 56-year old Anderson again at 11 a.m. for an outstanding Florida warrant.

She was wanted for a felony charge of grand theft.

Because it is an out-of-state warrant, Anderson cannot be released on the charge, and will remain in the Hall County Jail until her next court appearance on Feb. 10.

"Central Florida woman arrived at a Nebraska airport on Friday with three puppies and two dogs but grew desperate when she was told she couldn't fly with the pups because they were too young."

I hope animal welfare where she lives was notified to go check her residence and those other dogs were taken from this deplorable thing and not left with some equally skank kin folk of hers.

I hate public rest rooms. It's bad enough with the amount of troglodytes in the world who don't know how to use a toilet. Imagine finding that drowned puppy.

Convicted.

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — A July sentencing has been scheduled for a 57-year-old Edgewater woman convicted of drowning a puppy in a Nebraska airport restroom.

Cynthia Anderson pleaded no contest on Thursday and was convicted of cruel neglect of an animal, resulting in its death. She faces up to five years in prison on the felony charge. Her sentencing is set for July 30.

On Jan. 23 Anderson was barred from boarding a flight at the Central Nebraska Regional Airport in Grand Island because the 2-week-old Doberman puppy in her carry-on bag was so young and not properly contained.

She had previously been turned away the same day by a TSA agent for this puppy and two others, both Yorkies, in her carry-on bag but her parents came to the airport and took the Yorkie puppies, police said. Two adult Yorkies Anderson also was traveling with were properly crated, police said.

Authorities say Anderson then was seen entering the bathroom. Another woman soon reported finding a dead Doberman puppy in a toilet.

2-week-old Doberman puppy in her carry-on bag was so young
Ya, like too young to be weaned from it's mom & traveling with a hambeast! I wonder if they figured out where she got the puppy or what became of it's mom? Was she running a puppy mill?

Cynthia Anderson, the Edgewater woman convicted of drowning a puppy in a central Nebraska airport, was arrested Thursday and charged with DUI, according to Edgewater police.

Anderson was arrested around 3 p.m. in front of a pet store, by a K-9 officer, police said in a Facebook post.

“Don’t drive intoxicated and definitely don’t kill puppies,” the post said.

Anderson made the news in 2015 when she attempted to board a plane at the Central Nebraska Regional Airport but was denied access to the flight because she was in possession of a 3-week-old Doberman, which airport authorities said was too young and wasn’t housed properly [....]

A witness told police that Anderson entered the women’s restroom with the dog. Police were called after another witness found the puppy dead in the toilet.

Anderson was arrested again last May and charged with violating her probation, which prevented her from owning or living with animals for five years, after photos of her with a black and white dog began circulating on social media.

Anderson was charged Thursday with DUI alcohol or drugs, 1st offense, and released on a $1,000 bond, according to county records.
