These were my thoughts exatcly. There is no justice for child abuse victims.
 
Thank The Flying Spaghetti Monster that this child was found when he was. He won't remember the abuse and with therapy (he will find out what his father did at some point) he'll lead a normal life. Since this man's victim was so young and his own son I imagine that the prison population will be eager to dispense their own form of justice. I hope they desecrate then kill him.

That's one of the inherent problems of publishing the names of people who hurt their own kids. On the one hand, we WANT that shit to follow them for the rest of the lives. On the other hand, unless a child is (1) put up for closed adoption, (2) given a new name, and (3) never seeks out his birth parents, he's almost certain to find out about the abuse sooner or later.

Then the authorities should put him up for a closed adoption in another state, give him a new name and the adoption files should have all identifying and the abuse info blacked out...they can do that, military does it all the time...that way if baby boy goes looking he'll have a hard time finding out...itll suck that he wont get basic answers about where he came from but itll be for his own sanity in the end

Totally agree, but if a relative is interested in adopting him and seems capable of providing a safe (and preferably loving) environment, they're likely to end up with custody.

Robert Dale Schrader, 34, of Littlerock was ordered by U.S. District

Judge Gary A. Feess to serve under supervised release for life after he completes his 250-month prison term.

“These are monstrous acts,’’ the judge said.

“In a statement to the court, a weeping Schrader, who is about 7 feet

tall, recited the Serenity Prayer and told Feess that a 2002 motorcycle

accident left him brain damaged and unable to make “logical decisions.’’

“Somewhere along the way, I got hooked on Internet porn,’’ Schrader told Feess, stating that his quest for ``excitement’’ drove him to seek out “stuff I never dreamed would turn me on.’’



The probe targeting Schrader began Jan. 29 after British authorities alerted Homeland Security Investigations’ attache in London that an individual using a Yahoo email account had sent multiple sexually explicit images of an

infant to an undercover officer in England.

Data in those images indicated they had been taken near Schrader’s Littlerock home. That same day, Schrader’s home was raided, and the baby depicted in the illegal images was found.

The baby boy -- who is related to the defendant -- was turned over to the county Department of Children and Family Services.

Defense attorney Charles Brown, arguing for a 15-year sentence, told the court that brain damage from the motorcycle accident had caused Schrader’s interest in sexual activity with children.

Feess responded that such an argument suggests that Schrader’s compulsion cannot be controlled, “and any child is a potential victim.’’

Feess also pointed out that no medical evidence had been presented to bolster the defense theory.

At a previous hearing, Assistant U.S. Attorney Joey L. Blanch told the judge that a 12-year-old girl and a third child were also molested by Schrader.

The children, according to court papers, belonged to Schrader’s ex- girlfriend, who was addicted to methamphetamine. All three victims are now in foster care, Blanch said.

I remember my Rosie when she was 3 mos old.. She was so dear and small and fragile... She is 11 now. How in the mother of fuck could anyone want to do this to an effing baby? They are tiny humans that just want cuddles and binkies and clean butts and babas. Oh the things I would do to this guy...he will wish for death.

These hellish stories remind me of Bill Zellers suicide letter, and the darkness that followed him every day of every hour due to his childhood rape, and the sadness he felt at feeling less than. These children used for sex or money, I'm so scared for who knows what darkness will follow these small ones, what memories they'll recall, what pain they will live due to the actions of a person who was supposed to protect them

A Littlerock man was sentenced to 35 years to life in state prison for sexually abusing a 3-month-old family member and taking photos and video while doing it, authorities said Wednesday.

Robert Dale Schrader, 26, was sentenced Tuesday.

He’ll begin serving his state prison sentence after finishing a more than 21-year federal prison sentence for child pornography, said the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

On March 3, officials said, Schrader pleaded no contest to one count of sodomy of a child age 10 years or younger and two counts of lewd acts upon a child under age 14. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigated the case.

Schrader sexually abused the child and took video and pictures of the abuse on Jan. 11, 2014, officials said. He then put the images online, which were later seen by law enforcement, leading to his arrest and conviction by federal authorities.

British authorities initially alerted a Homeland Security Investigations’ attache in London about Schrader on Jan. 29, 2014. They found an individual using a Yahoo email account to send multiple sexually explicit images of an infant to an undercover officer in England.

Data in the images indicated they had been taken near Schrader’s home in Littlerock, which is about 12 miles from Palmdale in Los Angeles County.

That same day, Schrader’s home was raided and the baby depicted in the illegal images was found. Authorities seized about 200 child pornography images and videos depicting the baby.
