True because the system has too many abilities for delays and appeals.
It needs to be tweaked to eliminate some of them.

Seeing cases drag on for years is inexcusable.
There is no need.
Swifter justice can still be justice.
It saddens me victims and survivors of crime get pulled along with it as well.
