A Bath man faces a felony assault charge after police say he threw an infant into a chair, causing a serious head injury.

[....]

On May 23, the Steuben County Child Protective Unit received a report involving serious injuries to an infant, including a fractured skull, a subdural hematoma and retinal hemorrhaging.

According to police, Hoose is accused of throwing the child into a chair, which resulted in the child’s head impacting a wall.

[...]

Following an investigation, Hoose was arrested and charged with reckless assault of a child, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

The child is no longer hospitalized but is receiving medical care, said state police Senior Investigator Curt Eaton.

Hoose was arraigned before Village of Bath Justice James Burns and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in Bath Village Court on June

I lived in Bath for years, owned a bar there with an ex-husband. This has been all over my Facebook for days with everyone commenting how they can't believe what they are reading, they've never been to the DD.

For the record, even after seeing the pictures I still have no idea who these two assclowns are.

So the mom is a fukn cunt rag bitch n the dad is a fukn pussy ass bitch, poor baby. Hope he's ok n never has to see those 2 bitches again!

Real piece of shit.

She only got three years!!
And he's been out since June of last year.

A few people are apparently really glad the baby flinger is free.

None of the people commenting on his FB seem to give a single fuck that he gave his own baby a skull fracture among other injuries, and stood by while his cunt girlfriend tortured the child by burning him/her with cigarettes and stoves.

WTF kind of standards do these people have?
