How??????? How????? How could those adults live with themselves? How could they interact with people outside the home as if they were normal people, and not freaks who kept children in conditions that wouldn't be right for animals?

Sinclair and her husband first served as foster parents to the children and later adopted them, Espinosa said. They’ve been with the couple since they were babies.

These two cunts deserve the death penalty.

Bitch can't even get her eyebrows right. I'd say she's an out and out fail. I mean it's not like YouTube costs money to not look like a confused trash panda. Fucking bastards should all be forced to share a cell and one toilet for the duration of their sentences.

Well aren't you in the holiday spirit. all big hearted. I wouldn't give those fuckers even one toilet. just plastic sacks like they gave these kids.

Edit
And a carpeted cell. that way when they missed or the bags had holes, they would have to live in each others shit and piss. just like they did to these kids.

I'm really pissed that they have had them since they were infants and none of them have been to school or other wise taught anything.

They really should be locked up for life.

What makes it really hit me is this...my career was working with kids and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities...many had psychiatric diagnosis also. I worked to help each individual reach their potential and have quality of life doing what it was they enjoyed doing. None of these children was ever since birth provided with the opportunity or taught the simplest joys in life to reach their potential. Its as if life is just beginning for them. That makes me incredibly sad.
[doublepost=1481083323,1481082610][/doublepost]CNN has a video showing the room the 7 teen boys were kept in. What a disgrace of humankind.

Their diet included rice and beans three times a day, a man who lived in the home told CNN- affiliate
I thought the other people in the home didn't know the kids were there.

Rice and beans 3 times a day. didn't the other people in the home wonder what eyebrows was doing with giant pots of rice and beans everyday?

I think they knew more than they are admitting to.

Just to update you...these kids included 5 male teens and 2 females. All are 14-16 yrs old. Is anyone able to snapshot a pic of the room they were kept in...however you all do it lol. The CNN link has video of the closet they were kept in.

The diet they were fed lacked dairy, fruits and vegetables. I wonder if they have rickets. They did every thing in that room. Ate...slept...seven of them no beds except the ones that are in there that are lacking for teens. No blankets for most of them...if not all. No bathroom. Just a bag of diapers in the room as if they were expected to change themselves and clean up without facilities to do so. This woman should have to repay every dime she gets. I'll bet my ass not only did she get adoption subsidies but she was getting social security for each child too based on their disabilities. So she got a very tidy sum...that would be well over a grand a month per child.

A neighbor had seen the children on the balcony. The children may have been restricted in their movements, but they moved around a little bit. How could the residents not know? I'd like to know more about the other adults on the home. Since this woman is a black hearted benefits vampire, I wondered if the other people were disabled foster children who came of age and she still keeps them around to squeeze them for their benefits.

Totally off topic: Is this whiteout eye makeup a new thing? I've seen a few of them lately.

The three other people living in the home were intellectually disabled men and The Adopter started her own group home on the first floor of the home. The men were all informed they were not allowed on the second floor. But they knew the kids were there...the three men did...because on occasion they would see a child peek over the banister. But they weren't allowed to talk to them. She started her own group home so she could become their payee for their monthly benefits and take advantage of some more people unable to defend themselves. This woman is a monster. She better go to prison for life.

@mybum62 , Thanks for the update. Dang, my imagination was correct. It would be nice if I imagined something worse than reality, but nooo, she's an evil bitch who sucks money from the helpless and hopeless. Hey, slave owner.
She's probably blown the money on her eyebrows, cars, fur coats and casinos.

If these kids have apparently lived with this couple since they were infants...I wonder if they were disabled at birth, or if they became that way due to malnutrition, lack of stimulation/education, etc. I'm sure it did nothing to help them thrive, anyway. :(

As for the eyebrows, it seems to me as if she trimmed down a pair of stick-on glare shields (you know, the ones that football and baseball players wear) and applied them upside down where her plucked-off brows used to be.

After they saved the boys they should of placed these two up where they kept the teens at...Just remove the teens and throw these two in that room.. Same exact condition it was when the teens were in there... Give them same exact food
THAT is fitting
Also... Play a nonstop recording of those jgwentworth commercials.. They seriously makes me want to kill someone! Most annoying song ever. So imagine these two bastards losing it and eventually killing themselves
So sad too bad

It appears she adopted those she knew she could lock in a room and get away with it for 16 yrs. I think they were disabled from birth She sure didn't do it to give them a better life. It would be devastating to know that a child you put up for adoption...in belief they will have a better life than u could ever give them for whatever reason and you want the very best for your child...was abused in this manner and had been in the situation for 14-16 yrs. How did she bypass CPS for so damn many years. Thats what I want to know.

Where were the social workers or case workers for these kids Where were the doctors, teachers, community outreach programs and therapists. How did she keep these kids hid and out of special schools where they all should have been enrolled. Where were they're family, acquaintances and friends??? Of the adults and children. How many people that passed through their lives thought that so long as she fed them 3 bowls of rice and beans a day...that this was OK and turned a blind eye.

Apparently the CPS investigation in 2011 when the 7 year old died wasn't thorough enough. More should have been done. Their schools should have been interviewed...their doctors, therapists etc...IMHO. How does a community do this to 8 children for 16 years. Even if the child in 2011 died from what was termed natural causes...a thorough investigation should have been done. OK I've had my rant :p

A Texas woman has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for abusing seven special needs children by locking them up in horrific conditions.

Paula Sinclair, 55, had pleaded guilty to multiple counts of causing serious injuries to a child.

The children found at her Houston-area home ranged in age from 14 to 16 and had been adopted by Sinclair as babies. They were fed only rice and beans twice a day, authorities said. They were found locked in a filthy second story room littered with human feces and were treated for dehydration, malnutrition and bed bug bites.

One of the teens had Down syndrome and was wearing a sopping diaper, investigators said. None of them had access to a bathroom, authorities said, and they never attended school.

Several of the teens testified at Sinclair's sentencing hearing Friday.

"I never thought I would have a normal life again," said one. "I can forgive you, but not forget the pain."
Prosecutors said Sinclair treated the children like animals.

Sinclair will not be eligible for parole until she is 71 years old.
