The girl was allegedly assaulted in the toilet block of the primary school that all three students attended.

The ABC has been told the incident took place in early August and police began investigating the allegations when they were alerted about a week later.

Police said the primary school boys were arrested at Chatswood Police Station on Tuesday.

"Detectives from the State Crime Command's Child Abuse Squad were alerted by the Department of Education following incidents at a primary school," a police statement said.

One boy has been charged with four counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 and is expected to face court on September 22.

The other boy was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 and will face court next month.

Both have been released on bail and they have also been suspended from primary school.

Terrible week, another in-school sexual assault (that happen in Nov 2013) was made public this week. The mother launched legal action against the NSW Department of Education on behalf of her daughter who has down syndrome.

six-year-old was allegedly lured to the toilets of an Illawarra school by four boys who asked if she would 'play a game' before they stuffed toilet paper in her mouth to muffle her screams and sexually assaulted her.

Teachers only became aware of the incident once the young victim returned to class after the break with her uniform inside out.

According to police, two of the boys were aged five and nine, while the girl's mother said her daughter had identified four boys aged nine to 11.
The boys involved were deemed too young to press charges.

I can't work out why two 13 y.o boys are still in primary school.

Or how/why they had access to a kindergartner.

They really need to start charging teachers in these cases.

Primary school in Sydney goes until Grade 6 (11-12 year olds). The article lists the ages as 12.

You are correct. On local radio here it was being reported that the boys are 13. I didn't even see 12 in the thread title.

[doublepost=1474536698,1472791766][/doublepost]One of the offenders entered a not guilty plea today.

A 12-year-old boy charged with raping a six-year-old girl at their Sydney northern beaches primary school has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, attended Hornsby Children's Court with his parents, aunt and barrister.

The boy and another 12-year-old boy were accused of sexually and indecently assaulting a six-year old girl at their school during school hours.

Court documents alleged the boy first attacked the little girl between 8:00am and 4:00pm, sometime in the last week of June in the company of the other 12-year-old boy, who was also charged.

Six weeks later, on August 16, he allegedly attacked and raped the six-year-old again, this time on his own.

The pair was arrested and charged on August 30.

Earlier, Children's Court Magistrate Louise McManus expressed concern at the number of media present for the 12-year-old's court appearance, saying it was "an intimidating experience for a 12-year-old"

A 12-year-old boy accused of raping a six-year-old girl has been allowed an adjustment to his bail conditions so he can go on a family holiday.

The boy was also excused from attending his next date in court.

Concern about the presence of the reporters in court was also heard by the magistrate.

Mr Viney mentioned the "delicate age" of the boy and of him encountering a “barrage of media.”

Magistrate McManus expressed concern about the impact of a large media presence and said the court tried to make the legal process as informal as possible for children.

The case has been referred to the Department of Public Prosecutions. and will next go before court on 24 November.

The second boy has also been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10.

He has been granted bail and is due to appear in court on 20.

Oh my yes by all means protect the little precious boys from media pressure and stress.

Who the flaming fuck cares??????

How about the stress and pressure of their rape victim.
Little fuckers SHOULD be stressing out.

A 12-year-old boy charged with raping a six-year-old girl at a primary school on Sydney's northern beaches has appeared in a Children's Court.

The boy, who was supported by his parents during a brief appearance on Thursday, did not enter any pleas to the charges.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of having sexual intercourse with the girl earlier this year.

He is also accused of two counts of aggravated indecency in company.

According to court documents, the alleged offences occurred between 8am and 4pm, between June 24 and July 1.

The case has been referred to the Department of Public Prosecutions, and the matter is next due to go before court in November.

The boy was excused from attending his next court appearance as long as he is legally represented.

The boy's co-accused, also 12, faced court last month and formally entered pleas of not guilty.

I wonder what the ethnicity of these young upstanding boys might be. Could they possibly be Muslim and the judge does not want to appear to be Islamophobic.

Do you have any particular reason to suspect that they are Muslim? Or are you just spreading poison?
Why is it a problem to ask the question. Here in America we had a developmentally delayed five year old raped by a 13, 9, and 8 year old. They video taped the assault as well as urinating in the child's mouth.

Not hateful just don't like them, I tend to not like backward, uneducated and false idol worshipers.

Its a common theme in Australia. We see things like 'gang rape' and 'Sydney' and then eventually it comes out in the wash that it was done by enclaved members of Western Sydney - the Muslim's. Not every single time, but when there's Muslim's involved, the media and the courts and the police go dead silent on background, nationality and heritage of the accused for as long as they can keep it repressed.

Like Bilal Skaf and his shitheap brother and buddies - a bunch of Muslim teens from Sydney who eventually went to jail for gang raping a girl a few years back - and were found to have gang raped multiple WHITE girls around Sydney - the media, the police and the judiciary hid their heritage as long as they could from us. Until Skaf and Co tried to actually use their shitty culture to explain away why they hunted white girls and used them like meat.

Many Australian's hear 'gang rape' and 'Sydney' in particular as a location and we know straightaway - exactly what background culture is involved. Like Rotherham, Rochdale, Oxford, Birmingham and Oldham, all in the UK - let's face it - when you hear of rape crimes being committed against young girls in those areas, you don't start thinking 'Oh those bad Chinese people are behind this'...

Nobody is in any doubt about the background of the perpetrators in the cases you mention, because it is reported at the time of the court case, and often earlier.

Sorry to hear that the press in Australia is so careful to avoid racial terms that suspicion in any rape case immediately falls on Asians.
