Looks like it's deleted now, it went for a longggg time, most of it you can hardly hear and is muffled .if I hadn't of read the transcript I would not have understood any of it. The only part I found worth listening to was her screaming before he puts her on the balcony. Which was actually quite saddening I think the media has had that "no no no no " part for some time. I think you get more from the transcript then the audio. I looked at the case will much less emotion after reading the transcript compared to now hearing the auto....

It all boiled down to the judge saying
"Yes" to the queston of "is the balcony considered removing her from his property".
I disagree with that because, the balcony is his and his alone. It has no entrane and no exit except thru his apartment.
Plus, her asking to leave and his reply "I'm not done with you"
Based on the judge, the jury had no other option.
I'm sad for her family. Of course sending hom to prison would not bring her back to life. It would bring satisfaction. In the end, her family deserved at least that.

The summary of this catastrophe in August 2014 is given here in a factual , objective non emotional way. All verifiable by hearing the recording.
- Girl from NZ contacts Aussie via Tinder
- he texts her "I am a pornstar after 3 drinks" she replies "great"
- she meets him at 9 pm , and is in his apartment for sex within 8 mins
- after midnight after they have had sex, she start acting erratic, so he flips on a recording for protection.
- her behaviour gets progressively worse. She continually hits him, he has fresh wounds as forensic exam shows.
- she throws rocks at him, draws blood.
- he has had enough , tackles her to the floor. Tells her she has to leave.
- She acts all compliant and says "ok.its all good", but when they get up she grabs a heavy metal object and tries to hit him in the head with it.
- he is forced to restrain her and pushes her head down in some way and forces her to drop the object.
- she holds on to the object for almost 2 minutes despite being restrained. She has a lot of fight and defiance in her, contrary to the "she was so drunkenly helpless" argument we hear.
- During this episode she makes gargling sounds. It was suggested that he choked her, but pathology results disproved this.
- Tostee now realises he is in serious danger from a deranged person.
- He admonishes her verbally, but instead of leaving right there, she continues her violent behaviour.. They somehow progress from the living room out to the balcony.
- Some type of altercation occurs on the balcony, furniture is being moved about , this is what attracts the neighbour's attention.
- after admonishing her verbally again , and struggling for nearly a minute, Tostee gives up and retires back inside, locking the door behind him, in an attempt to de-escalate the situation and separate themselves.
-with 12 seconds of that lock clicking, she was fit enough to scale the railing, and hang off the building long enough to be told by the neighbour downstair to go back. Again, contrary to the whole "she was so drunkenly helpless" argument.
- her final scream is then heard . Exactly 12 secs after the lock was clicked.

Three days of jury deliberations. They couldn't decide, because anywhere from one to all of them but one, felt that he deserved a guilty charge.
He won't go to jail for what he's done, which must be horrendous for the Wright family. But this narcissistic little killer has had his life ruined as a result.
Whether he wants to change his name, or move interstate, or stay off Tinder - it won't change anything.
Any woman who heard of this case (and given how hard it was publicized across Australia and even reached internationally) is going to run a mile as soon as she sees that face of his.
