Mark Speer Caught On Video With Naked 3yo Says O M G I've Already Got Her Naked..she's Mine

Mark Speer, a plumber from Lafayette, was arrested in August on suspicion of molesting a 3-year-old girl and creating child pornography videos.

In the course of the investigation into the claims, police received permission to access Speer's private messages on Facebook and the dating site Zoosk exchanged between him and his girlfriend, Rebecca Kaster.

Search warrants released last month state that Kaster had assisted her boyfriend in scheduling his illicit encounters with children.

One Facebook message sent from Kaster's account to Speer December 22, 2013, read: 'i think i have the best chance getting her or the younger [girl]...so far that’s all i got.'

Speer reportedly replied that Kaster's update turned him on.

Kaster, who has not been charged with any crime, told detectives that she and Speer had an open relationship, in which he was allowed to have sex with other women he met online, according to the court documents cited by Indianapolis Star.

Speer was charged last September with child molesting, attempted child molesting and criminal confinement, along with federal child pornography charges,

The charges against the 44-year-old stemmed from the discovery of a half-dozen videos on his cell phone featuring a 3-year-old girl in his house wearing nothing but a pair of socks.

Indiana State Police in August about the videos, Speer claimed he recorded them because the toddler was 'acting goofy' and 'dancing around.'

Court papers released last fall revealed that in one of the clips, Speer is heard saying about the child: 'This pretty little thing's mine ' and, 'Oh my God, I’ve already got her naked.'

@Podargus - If that was for the "maternal instinct" comment, I thought about it and used it deliberately to contrast the sociological majority of females whose instinct it is to nurture. I wanted to say "it was so far against human instinct" to include all people, but I don't believe it's against the instinct of sexually predatory types (M or F). It wasn't to say anything about/against males.

OMGsh, LOL! It showed up as a thumbs down "Dislike," which is cool b/c I really did think about how to say that not just as a normal human being, but as a woman and a mom/gram that disgustingly sicko convo and her intentions to "obtain" children for him go so far against the normal maternal grain (incl. mine) it left me speechless.

Lafayette man facing molestation charges accused of taping 3 year old

TIPPECANOE CO., Ind. (WLFI) — A Lafayette man faces multiple counts of child molestation in two Indiana counties.

Forty-four-year-old Lafayette resident Mark Speer faces three felony charges in Tippecanoe County and another two felony charges in Fountain County.

Speer is accused molesting a three-year-old girl in his Lafayette home back in September of 2013. Court documents said he recorded six separate videos of the incident using his cellphone, and Speer can be seen in several of the videos. A woman who lived with Speer at the time said she was babysitting the child, and said she was outside and unaware of what was happening.

After finding out about the investigation, two more girls came forward in Fountain County and are accusing Speer of molesting them.

Speer faces felony charges of child molesting, attempted child molesting and criminal confinement in Tippecanoe County. He faces two felony counts of child molesting in Fountain County.

Speer also faces two federal charges including production of child pornography and production of child pornography featuring a child under age 12.

Lafayette police told News 18 that Speer is now in federal custody. A hearing is scheduled for April 29 in the U.S. District Court in Hammond.

Prosecutors say Mark Speer, 45, could face up to 50 years in prison after being found guilty by a jury Wednesday.

Mark Speer received a 42-year prison sentence Tuesday in Tippecanoe Superior 2 for child molesting, attempted child molesting and criminal confinement.

Judge Steve Meyer sentenced Speer, who has two child molesting charges pending in Fountain County, to the 42 years but ordered that the sentence runs concurrent to the 20-year federal sentence Speer received last week for producing and possessing child pornography.

At the end of July 2014, police took Speer's cellphone as part of a search warrant at his home in the 200 block of Wildwood Court northeast of Lafayette. On the phone, police found video Speer took of a 3-year-old girl who was naked. Speer is heard on the video making lewd comments to the girl. On one video, Speers is seen inappropriately touching the girl, according to the affidavit.
