Oscar Flores Jr., 54, is accused of inappropriately touching several underage guests at his home on July 5, according to Lt. Col. James Yarbrough of the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.
While hosting a pool party, Flores allegedly provided alcohol, took inappropriate pictures and attempted to kiss several of the victims, all under the age of 14, according to Yarbrough.
After one victim reported the incident to her mother, contact was made with investigators at the sheriff’s office. During a search of his home, investigators seized his computer and cell phone.
Flores was arrested on Thursday and charged with five counts of child molestation and two counts of sexual battery. He is currently being held without bond at the Coweta County Jail.
The investigation is considered ongoing, according to Yarbrough, who encourages anyone with additional information about Flores to contact the sheriff’s office at (770) 253-1502.
According to his booking report, Flores is a former law-enforcement officer and lists the Meridian Investigative Group as his current employer.
