Sawyer was also charged in this case with a class A misdemeanor for not having a driver’s license or identification card.

Court records show a jury trial for both previous cases is scheduled July 10.

Sawyer is in the Iron County Correctional Facility on a cash-only bail of $50,000.

I absolutly agree. My rapist when he is out of prison for short periods of time is never living where he is suppose to be and stalks me and follows me everytime and I have to get a new OFP and face him in court all over again. I read this stuff and it makes my blood boil because I know all to well. I keep hoping my rapist will die but it hasnt happened. The fucker tried to kill himself and they saved him and put him in the mental prison for a short while

Sadly yes you stated that perfectly. My hell starts again in october. He was suppose to be gone for 60 months this time but his appeal went through and he only had to serve 15 months on a felon possessing weapons charge.

Oh goodness not sure on all of the arrests lots. Convictions to many. Felony theft felony drugs felony weapons violations of parole having under age girls in his house statitory rape unconcentual touching. He is a level 3 registered sex offender those are the convictions off the top of my head.

A total waste of resources on this planet. The amount of money he has cost the taxpayers and the insurmountable grief he has caused his victims, to me, if justification enough to remove him from the species. I truly believe that there are some, in fact many, who simply can never be more than, at the very least, a burden if not a threat, to society. As a Christian, I struggle with knowing that what I feel is necessary to do to protect ourselves, is a mortal sin. But I struggle more with the idea that these perpetrators will continue to victimize until the day they can no longer draw a breath. I know the Lord says that vengeance is his and that he shall be the one to judge. I am not seeking vengeance nor am I judging him for eternity. I feel as if causing his death would only serve to expedite him to stand before the Lord to receive his Holy judgement.

The requirement that he register does not fall away just because he moves out of the state, @Mary Sawyer . As you can see above, it was already touched upon in the original posting from mainstream news sources.

( I only feel for the poor child that is in the middle of the shit show and pray she is able to move past this) Bottom line he was convicted of a sex crime.
