BRUSLY, Louisiana – A family began to suspect that someone was peeping into the window of their 16-year-old’s daughter’s bedroom window. They initially thought it may just be kids playing a prank, but to be on the safe side they contacted police. A hidden camera was installed outside the home to hopefully capture the culprit(s) the family felt had been lurking around the home. What they ended up recorded was equal parts disturbing, pathetic and hilarious. Well, hilarious to me. What they captured was 22-year-old Charles Kazmir peeping into the teen’s window. With his pants off. Jacking off. Charles Kazmir later admitted to looking into the girl’s bedroom and bathroom windows on seven different occasions. Kazmir has been charged with seven counts of criminal trespassing, obscenity, voyeurism, peeping tom and criminal mischief. I am sure his parents are extremely proud of their son and any chance he may have had scoring with chicks in his area just fell about a bazillion points.

Something I thought was odd is the fact that Charles felt the need to completely remove his pants. Not sure if there is more of a thrill to doing that or not, but if I were peeping in some chick’s house to toss one off on the bricks while she takes a piss, I’d want to be in a position to bolt if the need arises. I mean, he couldn’t just pull his dick out and masturbate? But kinda glad he decided to go all “free willy” as a dude wearing nothing but a shirt and socks is a funny sight. Chicks can pull that off and look hot as hell. Dudes, well, not so much.

Hopefully Charles has learned his lesson and that if you are gonna do this kinda shit, do it in your car during morning traffic. Prefereably at traffic lights. Get them on your driver side, turn and stare at them while you do it. As an added bonus, be sure to keep your eyes and mouth wide open with your tongue hanging out occasionally licking your window. Bob up and down real quick too. They love when you do that.

Slidell, LA – Over the last couple of months, I have diligently scoured my new home for any signs of peeper activity. I have investigated and caulked every single hole knee-level and up, I have checked for cameras behind my mirrors, I even went as far as poking my head into the attic for a look-see before nailing the damn thing shut. Why, you ask? Because I have this deep fear of being watched and/or videotaped by some skeevy bastard like Aaron Morphis. On October 7, a 28-year-old woman was showering in her grandmother’s shower when she noticed a gap between the ceiling and the shower vent. And, in that gap, she discovered a couple of beady eyes looking back at her.

How she managed to keep her composure and not shove the wooden handle of the toilet plunger into the bastards eye socket is beyond me, but, she kept her cool, covered up, and left the bathroom. She confronted the peeper in the hallway as he was exiting the attic. Still, she kept her wits about her and didn’t go all kung-fu on his chunky butt. Morphis apologized to the woman and said he would leave. The victim’s grandmother told police she saw Morphis exiting the attic and witnessed the confrontation. Both women said they believed Morphis may have been spying on the victim for several months but couldn’t prove it. Authorities say there is a family connection between Morphis and the victim, so his being in the home wouldn’t be out of the ordinary. It’s bad enough to get your jollies by spying on someone in the shower, but fwappin’ to a relative? Umm…eww.

Aaron Morphis, 26, was arrested and charged with voyeurism. He has already been released on $1,000 bond. Skeevy nutjob. I wonder, did he sit up there and fwap when the grandma was in the shower too??

He exits the home upon discovery. He is described as a male somewhere between 30 and 50 years old, of medium build, and sports a head of gray hair. Oh, and he may or may not wear glasses. Though he hasn’t harmed anyone, he has been known to talk dirty. So, just a bit of advice – lock your shit before you go to bed and keep something pokey or stabby next to your bed if you live in the area.

Damascus, OR- For the last year, Jeff and Traci suspected someone was lurking outside their home and peeping into the windows at night because they’ve seen footprints in their flower beds. Traci said she knew someone was coming around because she would rake the dirt and look for tracks the following day. Traci had spent many sleepless nights looking out for the peeping-tom, but never saw anyone until 2 a.m. Thursday morning when she got a feeling that someone was out in front of her 14-year old daughter’s window. Traci’s gut feeling was correct and she called 911 when she seen a man wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt looking into her daughter’s window.

While the officers were responding, Jeff and a neighbor from across the street snuck up on the peeping pervert. They noticed he had a camera around his neck and was holding it up to the window. The two men immediately tackled the peeping-tom to the ground. As the three men scuffled, one of them  was mildly injured, but they were able to detain the creepy clicker until police arrived. The most shocking part of it all, was when Jeff and Traci learned that the peeping-tom was their 43-year old neighbor, Paul Klick who lives less than 200 feet from their home. It gets worse. For the last two years, their daughter had babysat for the father of three.

“The fact that it’s someone in our own neighborhood that’s a family man that’s doing these horrible things to young children, I just want everyone to be aware you have to protect yourself first,”Jeff said. The police cited Klick on one charge of invasion of personal privacy, which is a misdemeanor, and he was later released. The deputies also searched Klick’s home and are still gathering evidence against him. I would not be surprised to hear he also recorded the girl while she was in his own home using his bathroom. Police believe Klick has been peering into windows for as many as 10 years. Jeff and Traci said other neighbors have reported seeing hands and arms reaching into windows and some of them have suspected a peeping tom has even broken into their homes. But the kicker of it all is what Klick’s dear old mother is saying.  She claims her son is innocent (shock) and that it’s totally normal for people in that neighborhood to be out late at night watching for meteor showers. Bwahahaha! Whatever helps you sleep at night, Grandma. The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information concerning this crime to the contact the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office’s confidential Tip Line by phone at (503)723-4949.

Walker, LA – If I had a dime for every time I caught some jackass secretly looking at me while I work out at the gym, I’d be one rich sumbitch, I tell you what. Darrel tried to be slick and waited for the young woman to enter the restroom, before pacing around outside the door, bending down to tie his shoe and placing his cell phone under the door. Another customer walks in and observes him, so Darrel picks up the phone and walks away. After the unknowing woman exits, Darrel returns and enters the same restroom. The witness reported Darrel, and he was apprehended. All of this captured by surveillance video, some of which you can view here.

If this idiot gets convicted on the charges of…you know what, the article doesn’t say what he was charged with. He was charged with videotaping a chick taking a shit, or whatever she was doing in there, obviously. But I am not sure what the name of the actual charge is. In any case, he could do six months in jail if convicted on whatever charge this is, and would have to register as a sex offender. He is currently out on $25,000 bond hopefully being shamed by his family as well as the laughing stock to his friends and acquaintances.

Memphis, TN- Sometimes, it can be very difficult for a guy to impress his girlfriend’s parents. Usually, any guy that treats their daughter with respect, has a good work ethic, and possibly a place of his own is all most parents hope for. Hobbies are good, as long as they are pursued for pleasure or relaxation, but I doubt if the mother of Silvio Lucchesi’s girlfriend is impressed with him at all now, especially after she discovered what the pervy bastard’s hobby is.

The 54-year old mother of Silvio Lucchesi’s live-in girlfriend received quite a shock during a recent visit to her daughter’s home. The woman, who lives in Fort Smith, Arkansas, said when she got out of the shower on May 28 she noticed a video camera placed inside a bedroom closet. She decided to investigate after she realized the camera was on and recording.

The video footage showed Lucchesi setting up the camera and then there was footage of the woman getting dressed after the shower. The video also contained similar nude footage of the woman that had been recorded two days prior. The woman told police that she never gave anyone permission to videotape her. Silvio Lucchesi, 33, was charged with two counts of photographing a person without consent and was released on his own recognizance after his arrest.

Greenhills, Ohio– Family members said Robert L. Johnson, Jr. had been acting strangely in recent months. His wife suspected he may have been cheating on her, so she decided to take a peek at his computer and search for evidence. Sure enough, there were nude images of another adult woman in his files, but the woman was no stranger. It was her 20-year old daughter. Say, what?

Being an upstanding mother and placing the wellbeing of her daughter before any devotion she may have felt to her husband, she immediately contacted the police. Authorities seized the computer and arrested Johnson on February 15, 2009 for the charge of voyeurism. Police said he hid a video camera underneath a towel in the bathroom and videotaped his step-daughter while she was showering. There were other images on his computer, as well, that his wife believed to of been child pornography.

His step-daughter, who wishes not to be identified, wants to know why. Johnson had been a father to her for over twelve years and she was told to trust him because he was her parent. “Sometimes you have to trust your parents because you just can’t trust anyone else,” she said to a reporter. “I realized you just can’t trust anyone.”

Robert L. Jonson, Jr. was expected to appear in court on Tuesday, but decided to hide behind his bars like the perverted coward he is and enter his not guilty plea through his attorney. His step-daughter was there waiting because she wanted to know what he would plead. She said he admitted to it, gave full details of how he did it, but cannot understand why he is now pleading not guilty.

His step-daughter also has concerns for the safety of Johnson’s own children and grandchildren. “He doesn’t need to be out there with kids. If he could do it to me, he could do it to anybody. He was “Dad” to me and he did this. Nobody should trust him.” I completely agree.

DENVER, Co - I know this is a few days old now, but I just had to get his face on the front page. In a nutshell, Wesley Cox was busted peeping in a couple’s home with a video camera back in October. During the investigation, they found that Wesley had been quite busy. Police found a bunch of women’s underwear in his home and video footage Wesley had taken of naked women…including some footage of him masturbating INSIDE people’s bedrooms. 

Wesley was then charged with unlawful sexual contact and trespassing. Police ended up posting pictures of the items they confiscated, as well as some video stills of a particular bedroom he had been inside, in hopes of locating the victims who didn’t even know they were victims. One of the garments was a cheerleader’s outfit from Boulder High School. One woman came forward and stated “Holy shit, that’s MY bedroom on the local news!”  She even gets a double crotch kick. First she sees her bedroom on the news, and second she learns some asshole was in it jacking-off with her underwear.

Now, after six women came forward and identified the photos of their underwear, Wesley Cox was rearrested on Monday and charged with four counts of second-degree burglary and three counts of first-degree trespassing. They are reporting that there are even more possible victims (with more charges for Wesley) and have released even more photos of Wesley’s stash. Guys like Wesley slay me. I know this is serious…I know the fact that he had graduated from looking to actually breaking in and entering people’s homes is a sign of escalation that could have continued ratcheting up to more damaging activities. But I cannot help but chuckle at the absolute pathetic-ness of having to break into a woman’s home so they can lay white stripes across a strangers unoccupied panties. I hate to see what this guy would do if he ever had a chance to do so across a face or back of a super model like I do on a daily basis. Marion, IA – Michael Donehoo, 43, is this morning’s Tard Of The Intarwebz.  For serious.  Why?  Because he uploaded over 200 images of child pornography to his Photobucket account, that’s why.  Come on, now, pervs of the world.  If you’re gonna take nudie pics of jailbait, you don’t load it to Photobucket.  They don’t even like adult nudity, much less 15 and 13 year old nudity.  Idiot.

Within the last week, Photobucket.com found over 200 pictures of child pornography which had been uploaded to their site by Michael Donehoo’s account.  Photobucket sent the photos and accompanying account information to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and NCMEC forwarded the pictures and information to the Marion Police Department.

Marion police were able to get ISP records and trace the pictures to Mike Donehoo.  A 15-year-old girl who was in 12 of the photos was identified, even though her face and the faces of two other children were blurred before the pictures were uploaded.   Police talked to the 15-year-old, who said that Mike Donehoo took the pictures of her.   The mother of that girl also identified a 13-year-old girl in several pictures.   The mother recognized the bed and bedding, and told police that the photos were taken in Donehoo’s bedroom.

Donehoo’s wife was interviewed while police searched the home, and she also identified the 13 year old girl and verified that the photos had been taken in the bedroom.  However, police do not believe that she was involved or knew about the photos being taken.

On Saturday, Donehoo admitted to police that he knew the 13-year-old and that the photo was taken in his bedroom, according to the arrest affidavit.  Donehoo has also admitted posting and sharing the photo on his Photobucket.com account, but has not admitted to actually taking the picture.  Uh huh.  So.. he didn’t take it, he just found it, blurred out the girl’s head, and posted it on the internet.  Okay.  In the world of Pervtard, I’m sure that makes perfect sense.

Michael Donehoo is being charged with, so far, one count of production of child pornography with the 13-year-old girl specified as the victim in that count.  According to the US Attorney’s Office, more charges are likely.  Donehoo is being held without bail pending a Thursday hearing in federal court.

New Bedford, MA – Alfredo A. Moniz, 46, really likes the young stuff.  His preference seems to run toward 14 and 15-year-old boys.  Moniz is accused of molesting or soliciting at least seven boys, all of them friends of his own children, in episodes that appear to range from 2003 to this year.  Moniz, who owns a landscaping business, also has volunteered as a boys’ soccer coach and referee in the New Bedford area for about a decade.

Alfred Moniz was charged back in 2004 with seven counts of child molestation.  Before the case went to trial in 2006, three counts were dismissed for evidentiary reasons.  In November of 2006, Moniz was acquitted of the other four counts of indecent assault and battery.  As a result, Moniz apparently continued to be involved with youth soccer and was also apparently allowed to spend time with his own children and his kids’ friends.  Unfortunately, this is a hallmark example of how hard it is to get a conviction on molestation charges – even with three kids’ testimony, there wasn’t enough physical evidence to convict the guy.

This year, two years after Moniz’ acquittal,  he’s been accused of the same behaviors.  Some of the boys in the latest round of charges allege that Moniz would feel them up in the car while he was driving them places.  Friends of Moniz’ children wouldn’t ride in the front passenger seat because they said it was the “unlucky seat” – Moniz would rub the kids’ legs and inner thighs.  Two of the boys have said that Moniz provided them alcohol at his home, and offered them $40 to let him watch them masturbate.  Eeewwwww!

Alfredo Moniz was arrested in early November after one young boy came forward with new allegations of molestation.  He was initially charged with one count indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 and was released from jail on $3,000 cash bond at his November 2 arraignment on that charge.

During the investigation and after Moniz’ arrest, investigators found several other boys who say that they, too, have been inappropriately touched by this perv.  Despite the new evidence and new charges, Judge James O’Neill on Friday chose not to set higher bond for Moniz.  Instead, the judge let Big Perv Al walk out of the courtroom and go home with a GPS unit and a few limits on his passport.  Um, what?

The failure to set a high bond pissed off New Bedford police so much that several juvenile and sexual assault detectives just closed their file folders and went home early on Friday when they got the news that Moniz was not going back to jail.  As one police spokesman said, “This is not the uncorroborated allegation of one person in question, but it is the testimony of at least seven different people.”

Detectives added that the judge’s decision not to raise Moniz’ bail was a slap in the face to Moniz’ victims and ignored the effects of molestation on the lives of the boys who were victimized.  I agree.  I don’t know what Judge O’Neill is thinking, but it looks to me like justice is secondary to the old boy network in New Bedford.  Alfredo Moniz appears to have been molesting boys without government interference for far too long.  And if he’s done this to his kids’ friends, what has he done to his kids?

Alfredo Moniz is now charged with seven total counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, two counts of paying for sexual conduct, and one count of giving alcohol to a minor. He’s hanging out at home until his next court hearing on January 12.  Happy Holidays!

Rancho Cucamonga, CA – Is David Mitchell Clark your electrician?  Did he ever install electrical outlets in your house?  If you live in Anaheim, Fontana, Corona, or the San Bernardino Mountains in California, you might wanna have a look at your bathroom walls.  David Mitchell Clark may have been watching you.

So far, six victims have been identified, but investigators say that there are definitely more.  Clark, 34, got caught red-handed (red-tooled?) in August when he left a power tool next to a toilet while he was working in a client’s home.  Problem was, the tool had a camera attached to the end.

When confronted, Clark said that he had to use the camera attachment so he could lower the tool into the walls and view footage while he works – kind of like microsurgery, only with walls and peeping.  He conveniently didn’t mention that he left the cameras inside the walls.  Or the downloaded video he was obtaining.  Because David Mitchell Clark is a perv like that.In September, a female resident of the home where the tool was discovered (pun intended) still felt uneasy.  So she called police, who came out to search her house.  To everyone’s surprise, officers found a video recorder with an audio receiver installed in the woman’s attic.  There was footage on the camera hard drive of a woman changing clothes in her bathroom in a totally different house.  When police went to the bathroom to check it out, they found a wireless camera installed and hidden in the plate of an electrical socket.

Turns out that Clark, working under the name DMC Electrical Services, was putting the cameras in the homes of women who hired him.  He’d then drive by the homes later and wirelessly download the video and images off the cameras.  When police searched Clark’s home, they found footage of at least six victims.

Clark was arrested and taken in for questioning, where he admitted to the counts they could prove – but also said he’d done this to many women.  His reason?  He thought “they were hot”.  Clark told investigators, “It was an opportunity that I should have never considered, but I did it, and it’s going to ruin my life.”

And your victims will never change clothes, shower, pee or do anything without wondering who’s watching. Thanks for that, David Clark, you heartless bastard.

David Mitchell Clark is charged with two counts of first-degree residential burglary and two counts of disorderly conduct.  He pleaded not guilty last week, and remains in custody at West Valley Detention Center on bonds totaling $285,000.  Clark is scheduled to be in court today.  I think a few years without privacy is a very good idea.

Columbus, OH - Daniel Scott Fowler, 39, is a business analyst with the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System.  He’s a single father of two daughters.  And he is way handy with videocam equipment and the kiddie porn distribution.   Not so handy with avoiding detection by police, though.

Last November, Fowler popped up on the radar of an investigator with the Upper Arlington Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children task force.  It looked like Fowler might be spreading a little pre-teen porn around the internet, but then he didn’t show up again for awhile, but there wasn’t enough to really go get the guy at that point.  Also, the task force was actively working another case and didn’t want to bust Fowler yet in case they needed him.  Even so, Fowler’s IP was red-flagged and officers kept an eye out in case he showed up again.

Sure enough, Fowler tripped the kiddie porn rift again in July, and this time, the officer had what he needed to get a warrant.  On Tuesday morning, police conducted a raid of Fowler’s South Columbus home.  And holy cats, they got an eyeful.

Daniel Fowler had five girls between 12 and 17 in the home with him at the time of the raid, most of whom were relatives – two of the girls were his own daughters.  During the search of the house, officers found multiple hidden cameras.  Ewwwwww!  This perv was spying on – and filming – underage girls in several areas of the house.  Bathroom, bedrooms, you name it.  What a disgusting filthy asshole.

And the child porn – oh, the child porn they found.  Lots of it.  Sexual activity involving pre-teens, mostly, although there is so much evidence investigators say it will take over 100 hours just to skim through it.  Four computers were confiscated, as were over 100 videotapes and a few hundred DVDs.

The investigation into what Fowler might really have been up to is just beginning, but it seems apparent that every young girl who has ever spent time with this man is a likely victim.

Daniel Scott Fowler is currently charged with two counts of possession and dissemination of child pornography and one count of creating sexually oriented content involving a minor, although more charges are likely as the investigation continues.  He was taken to the Franklin County Jail on Tuesday, but is currently out on bond.  I bet he gets to go back in pretty soon.
