ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Luke Sanchez, 38, was driving back to his farm when he noticed two men burglarizing a nearby business. Sanchez called police and attempted to follow the vehicle of the men in an attempt to get a license plate number. The two men noticed they were being followed by Sanchez and pulled over, the passenger, Gary Gabaldon, got out and began punching out the windows in Sanchez’s truck. BELLINGHAM, Wash. – On Friday night at Access Comics, owner Lanny Wolf and two friends, Virgil Vanduisen and Jeffrey Chapman, were playing the card game “Magic: The Gathering”. Now some of the details are vague at this point, but from what I can gather, three men who had been drinking nearby, came into the store, and then left after being asked to leave. Once outside, the men dropped their pants and pressed their asses against the storefront window, causing it to break. This aggravated two of the card players more than having your Bösium Strip destroyed and not having a Beacon of Unrest, so they took off after the men, taking a baseball bat with them.

UPDATE 7/03/08 – The investigation into the killing of Ronnie White is focusing on three corrections officers who are now refusing to cooperate in the investigation and are refusing to give statements.

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — Ronnie White, 19, was being held in maximum security in the Prince George’s County Correctional Center. He had been charged with first-degree murder in regards to the dragging death of 39-year-old Richard Finley. Finley was a Prince George’s County police officer. 12 hours after White was booked in jail, officers came to feed White and found him slumped in his cell, unresponsive. Or more specifically, dead. The Maryland Medical Examiner ruled Monday that his death was from asphyxiation and strangulation.

DALLAS (AP) - A 26-year-old man, allegedly forced his way into the apartment of a 22-year-old woman and sexually assaulted her at knifepoint. Five children were in the apartment, some of whom belonged to her. Immediately following the incident, the woman ran out and told her boyfriend. He, along with a crowd of residents, confronted the accused and beat the snot out of him.
