“I just hear noises and I woke up,” the girl told police. “He was just feeling me and trying to take my clothes off and everything.” The girl tried kicking her friend in an attempt to wake her up, but Robert held her legs. “He whispered in my ear that he was sorry and that not to feel bad and not to tell anybody,” she stated. The girl also believes that Robert may have taken pictures of her during the assault. The freaked out teen later called her mother for a ride home. When her mother arrived to pick her up, the girl exited the house in tears. She looked a bit disheveled and was walking funny. When mom confronted Robert and asked him what the hell happened, he told her that the girl ‘probably rubbed up against his daughter in her sleep’ or had a nightmare. Come to find out, the girl had benzodiazepine, a sedative, in her blood. A search of Robert’s home turned up three Smoothie bags containing prescription drugs. But, there is no information as to whether or not any photographs of the teen were recovered. And, though I wonder if his own daughter had consumed a drugged Smoothie, I haven’t found any information on that either.

At one point in the search, Robert told police that “he should have known that something like this was going to happen. They should never have allowed sleepovers.” Yeah, Robert…hindsight and all that happy crap, right? Asshole. It came as no surprise to learn that Robert is a registered sex offender. He was convicted of a misdemeanor charge of providing obscene materials to a minor while living in Florida in ‘95. The original charge started out as a felony, but was later reduced to a misdemeanor. Robert was on Florida’s list of sex offenders, but, because the charge was a misdemeanor, under Vermont law, he was not required to register in that state. Robert Kolibas, 50, was arrested in Maine this month and returned to Vermont over the weekend. He is being held, without bail, on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child, second degree unlawful restraint, and giving a drug to a minor. Authorities believe he may have been planning on fleeing to Canada. Fucking coward…

Two hours later her broken body was found in a wash by children riding bikes.  Rhia’s face was so battered that identification was hampered.  It takes a lot of rage to destroy someone’s face.  There were other injuries on her small body as well.  That information isn’t being released at this time.  Her death was brutal, her killer vile and inhuman.

Little Loretto was arrested and booked on suspicion of the first-degree murder of Rhia Almeida and is being held in the Pima County Jail.  For all his pissing and moaning  on his MySpace about not getting any sex, I think that’s going to change for the freak with the little penis.  Size doesn’t matter to the boys in cell block D.

Louis Masino

Last Thursday, Masino’s parole officer decided to pay Masino a surprise visit at his home. While in the home, the parole officer noticed that Masino had a 4-year old boy with him and no other adults were present. Both Masino and the child were dressed only in shorts without any shirts on. The parole immediately contacted authorities and Masino was arrested. When detectives interviewed the boy, he said that Masino had handcuffed his hands behind his back and he was afraid of him. He also said that Masino had taken a nap with him without his clothes on. Masino admitted to the detectives that he had sexual urges toward the child. Masino said when he was laying down with the child, he rubbed his groin against the boy’s buttocks and then touched them with his hands.

Louis Masino was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. On Friday, 22-year old Jesse Jay Shores, the legal guardian of the child, was arrested for bringing the boy to Masino’s home and leaving him there when he knew Masino was a convicted sex-offender. Shores was charged with fourth-degree child abuse and is being held on $10,000 bail.

Shawntas And Aiesha Turnage

When his wife Aiesha arrived, she retrieved a pan of boiling water from the stove and gave it to her husband. Shawntas poured the water on the bound woman’s upper thighs as he kicked and stomped her. Later that evening, after his wife left, Shawntas moved the woman to a bed and raped her. The next morning, Aiesha returned. Shawntas held a knife to the woman’s back while Aiesha drove the three of them to a hotel in Roseville. In a room there, Shawntas choked and punched the woman and then raped her again. I have a quite a few different theories that got me scratching my head on this one. One…is that the $100 payment Shawntas received from his brother-in-law was because of a bet on whether Shawntas would really go through with his threats about the woman. Another, is possibly some drug money owed. Those are just my take on the whole traumatic episode, but it does have me wondering what the woman did so bad to make them think she deserved such torture.

Shawntas Turnage was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, second-degree assault and terroristic threats. His wife, Aiesha Turnage, 25, was charged with aiding and abetting kidnapping as well as aiding and abetting third-degree assault.

Mauricio Reyes

In the early hours of May 14′th, Reyes broke in through the rear sliding door of a home and slithered into a sleeping 4-year old girl’s bedroom. After Reyes took the child’s blanket and a pair of shorts from her dresser, he carried the child to the garage where he laid her down on the blanket and bound and gagged her with duct tape. Reyes then removed two pairs of the girl’s mother’s high-heeled shoes from a closet near the garage and put them next to the girl. After he locked the garage door, Reyes went back into the home to look for more items. Thankfully, thankfully, thankfully, after Reyes left the garage, the girl was able to remove her binds and scream for her parents. Her parents found Reyes in a hallway, the father chased after him, and Reyes was able to get away. But not for long…

The second best thing to the girl’s escape is that Reyes is a stupid criminal. Reyes must of needed some liquid courage before his attempted abduction, because he left a pile of empty Natural Ice beer cans behind the house. Police were able to get his DNA and fingerprints from the cans, but a check of the statewide database came up empty. So the investigators decided to follow the trail of beer cans to the nearest store, a Publix, where they looked up sales of Natural Ice. Publix pulled up all the names with matching videotape to all the sales. Surveillance footage from a home in the neighborhood showed a 2007 Jeep Patriot roaming the streets around the time of the break-in, so detectives compared owners of that vehicle to Publix surveillance footage and driver’s license photos. Detectives found a match with Reyes, and lab results showed it was Reyes’ DNA on the beer cans and his fingerprints on the window of the home. After he was caught, Reyes admitted to breaking into the home, but denied any intentions to assault the girl. Bull. Fucking. Shit.

Reyes, who is not on the sexual offender or predator database, has a history. Reyes had been charged with loitering and prowling four times in the past 20 years for standing outside people’s windows and masturbating. Court records show he was arrested in 1998, for loitering and prowling, but prosecutors dropped that case because of insufficient evidence. In 2007, a man broke into the bathroom window of a home and gagged an 8-year-old girl. The intruder was chased off by the girl’s mother and police never found the man. Reyes denied involvement in the 2007 incident, but detectives said they have DNA evidence. Reyes will now be charged with that 2007 incident. For this latest attempt, Reyes is charged with kidnapping of a child under 12 and with burglary of an occupied residence. He is being held on no bond.

David Brackett

In fact, Brackett was so pissed off about the break-up that he pushed his girlfriend down and began to beat her head against the arm of the couch. Then the psycho held a pillow over her face. His girlfriend said she couldn’t breathe and at one point lost consciousness. His girlfriend said that Brackett threatened her by saying, “You might die today” and then forced her to write him several checks for past debts he thought she owed him. When the girlfriend tried to leave, Brackett grabbed her hair, pulled her back inside the apartment, and threw her on the couch. After being punched in the mouth, the girlfriend finally was able to escape in her car and contact police. Officers noted the woman had bruising on her arms, and both of her lips were cut open.

Brackett admitted to police that he held his girlfriend down but only “to avoid being struck by her.” He also admitted placing a pillow over her face to keep her from screaming. Brackett admitted to chasing after his girlfriend, but denied forcing her back into the apartment. Brackett was charged with battery, criminal confinement, recklessness, and interfering with reporting a crime. He is being held without bond.

Robert Drawbough & Helen Sun (Friendster)

Fairfield, Connecticut–‘Oooooooow! Oh my god! She’s biting my arms!’ You know, some stories just write themselves…this is one of them. Robert Drawbough and Helen Sun have been married for about 8 years. In that period, she has broken an acoustic guitar over his head, pushed him down a flight of stairs, sicced a private investigator on him to monitor his every move, and argued with him over a Christmas tree. He finally mustered up the courage to leave. He moved to California. After spending a bit of time researching this story, I have come to the conclusion that Helen Sun is one looney bitch. And, she doesn’t take a break-up well.

For reasons known only to Robert, he decided to give the marriage another shot. He returned to Connecticut from California about a week ago in the hopes of reconciling the marriage. The talks must not have went as planned; Helen was displeased.

First, she changed the locks on the bedroom door so that it locked from the outside. She put a gallon of water in the bedroom and took her husband’s wallet and cell phone while he slept. Then, she handcuffed herself to him. Robert was due for a rude awakening.

The sound of handcuffs clicking is enough to get anyone’s attention, and when Robert opened his eyes, there was Helen. ‘You slept all day today. Now this is what we are going to do for the next day.’ She wanted to talk and she wanted his undivided attention. He freaked.

When Robert tried to escape, Helen bit him on his forehead, arms, and chest. Somehow, he got a hold of a cell phone and managed to call 911. ‘My wife has handcuffed me. She’s attacking me. Please come and help me get out of here,’ he tells the dispatcher. When the dispatcher asks him if he can get away from his wife, he screams, ‘No, she’s handcuffed herself to me, please send police.’ He begins to scream in pain. Dispatcher: ‘What is she doing that’s making you…..’ Robert: ‘She’s biting my arm!’ Scuffling and slapping can be heard in the background.

About three minutes in to the call, police arrived and kicked in the door. Officers freed Robert from the handcuffs and arrested Helen. Robert was treated at a local hospital for bite marks and scratches to his torso and arms.

Helen Sun, 37, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and first-degree unlawful restraint. Her bail was originally set at $400, but the Assistant State’s Attorney urged the judge to increase the bond to $25,000 because of her history of violent behavior with Robert. Helen’s public defender, countered that her client is being treated for post-traumatic stress caused by a crash in Fairfield last year that left her with a disabled leg. She wanted the bond left at $400.

The judge compromised and set the bond at $15,000 and issued a restraining order that Helen have no further contact with her husband. He also ordered Helen to undergo a mental evaluation and get some kind of treatment. Helen Sun bonded out later that day.

Domestic violence isn’t funny, but the following 911 call is.

Aaron Flynn

On March 13, after a subsequent traffic stop, Aaron Flynn, 26, was stopped in Newton County driving a 1993 Geo Tracker registered to Ricchio. It was found that Flynn had a suspended license. The vehicle was seized and Flynn was arrested. When officers questioned Flynn about why he had Ricchio’s vehicle, he stated he had been living with Ricchio, on and off, and had done some work for her. He said he had not seen her since Monday. Flynn posted bond and was released that same day.

The following day, police were alerted by a family member that another vehicle of Ricchio’s, a Ford Taurus, was seen at a home in Newton County. Officers investigated the car at the residence and discovered both human blood and hair residue in the trunk. Aaron  Flynn was found inside the home. He was taken in for further questioning and during the interview police questioned Flynn about $300 that was missing from the victim’s bank account after her disappearance. Flynn gave the police a false alibi of how he obtained the money and he was arrested for theft.

The next morning Flynn said he wanted to talk to the detectives and said that he believed he knew where Ricchio’s body was. Flynn took police to a wooded area in north Newton County, a private farm in Sumava Resorts, and there Ricchio’s body was discovered in a shallow grave covered with sticks.

Also arrested were two cousins, Chris Henderson, 30, and Matthew Henderson, 23. Flynn was friends with both of them and police believe they were with Flynn on the day of Ricchio’s disappearance. They got in the car knowing that Ricchio was in the trunk.

After the autopsy, officials stated Ricchio died from blunt force trauma to the head and neck.What investigators believe happened is that Ricchio was pushed to the ground and a shovel was placed at her throat. Someone then stepped on the shovel. Investigators are still trying to determine when Ricchio was killed, but believe she was killed on the farm where her remains were found. Just the thought of someone being murdered like that, especially by someone they knew…chills me to the bone.

Aaron Flynn, who was initially charged in Jasper County with theft, forgery, criminal confinement, fraud and kidnapping, is now being charged with felony murder in Newton County with his bond set for $110,000. If convicted, Flynn could get 45 to 65 years in prison and fines of up to $30,000. Christopher and Matthew Henderson are being held in the Newton County Jail on charges of aiding a criminal.

As Flynn was being escorted by officers into court last Friday, he said loudly to the press, “Put in the newspaper that I’m sorry.”After being read the charge and possible punishment in the courtroom that day, Flynn said he would plead not guilty. Before leaving the courtroom, Flynn hugged his mother and told her he loved her. Boo-fucking-hoo baby huey!

R.I.P. Rosalba Silvana Ricchio

Chandler, TX- There’s far too many innocent and defenseless people being mistreated in this world every day by low-life scum-sucking assholes. We see quite a few of the victims and their perpetrators here on the Dreamin’Demon. The two young adults pictured above claim they were set-up by Alyssia’s parents and are not the ones to blame. What do you think?

It all started when Deputy Fire Marshal Danny Wilson responded on a call he received due to a report of illegal dumping at the Johnson residence. He went to the home, took pictures and ran Johnson’s name. He found out the Chandler police were looking for the owner, Roy Johnson, who was wanted on felony theft charges. Sounds like the police were not looking too hard.

On March 4, 2009, Chandler Assistant Police Chief James Lehman and Deputy Fire Marshal Danny Wilson went to the Johnson home to serve a felony warrant on Roy Johnson. When they arrived, Johnson’s 18-year old daughter, Alyssia Johnson, said he was not home.

The officers could smell a strong odor coming from inside the house when Alyssia opened the front door. They asked to search the home and began to make their way through the house. The officers said they had to watch where they were walking because there were holes in the floor everywhere and there were even holes in the ceiling with stuff hanging down. They said despite the home’s dilapidated conditions, there were nice computers and a nice television inside.

As the officers reached the end of the hall, they noticed a bedroom door closed with a latch on the outside. The latch was to lock someone or something in. When they asked Alyssia what was in there, she told them it was just her retarded uncle and they might not want to go inside.

The officers opened the door and found a 42-year-old man wearing a sweater and an adult diaper sitting on a bare twin bed. His long hair was matted and his beard was shaggy and long. He was covered in feces as was the entire room. The man could only make grunting noises and when he stood, the diaper hung down to his knees. The man was very thin and appeared to be suffering from malnutrition.

When the man realized the door was unlocked, he ran to the kitchen and was so hungry he tried to eat frozen bacon and a TV dinner through the box. Officers said there is no way of knowing how long he had been locked in that room or how long he would have stayed in there if they hadn’t showed up. Allysia Johnson said they kept her uncle confined so he wouldn’t steal their food.

The man was identified as Kerry Cotton. He is a brother to Lea Johnson, who is Allysia’s step-mother. Alyssia’s father, Roy Johnson, and her step-mother were not found in the home at the time and police issued warrants for both of their arrests. It is believed they had prior knowledge that the police were coming and fled leaving their daughter in charge.

Kerry Cotton was treated at East Texas Medical Center in Athens for emaciation and dehydration and is now in the custody of Adult Services. Alyssia Johnson was arrested on site for injury to a mentally ill person, along with her 19-year-old boyfriend, Curtis Durham, who lives next door. Durham was charged of failure to report a felony. Alyssia Johnson remains in the Henderson County Jail with a bond set at $100,000. Durham was released Thursday on a $25,000 bond.

Alyssia’s father Roy Johnson and her stepmother Lea Johnson were arrested by Tyler police at a Tyler fast food restaurant Friday afternoon. They were arrested on charges of injury to the disabled which is a first-degree felony that carries a prison term of five to 99 years.

I agree that there should be two more mugshots up there, but, unfortunately, I was unable to find them. Durham and his mother have spoken out to the news about this. They said they have made previous complaints to the police and APS, which neither were confirmed, and nothing was done. I have witnessed a lot in life to believe in the old adage that the squeaky wheel gets the grease, except at supermarkets, of course. So, why didn’t anyone think of calling 911? I mean, come on! Even the McNugget Queen did it! Were these two fearful of getting blamed or did they really just not care?

Donald Regis Miller

BETHEL PARK, Pa.– Donald Regis Miller,18, lacks restraint and after reading about this, I am having trouble restraining myself as well! Miller, A.K.A. future death-wish recipient, sexually assaulted a 7-year old boy in the bathroom of the Bethel Park Municipal building at knife-point. Please read more, but I warn you. I am not feeling pretty today.

On Saturday, February 21, 2009, surveillance cameras captured Miller following the boy into the bathroom and leaving several minutes later. According to the police, Miller pushed the boy into a stall and locked the door. Miller forcibly covered the boy’s mouth with his hand when he tried to scream which resulted in knocking out a tooth. Then, the scum sucking dog held a knife to the boy’s chest while he sexually assaulted him.

This restroom is located just down the hall from a local library and upstairs from the police department. The motion-activated cameras are only a few months old and the police are now considering adding more cameras and upgrading the existing cameras to color from black and white.

An officer identified Miller from surveillance video after recognizing him from two previous incidents. Police responded last year to a domestic disturbance at the Miller residence.

Miller ran away in September from Bethel Park’s Pathfinder School, which serves children and adolescents with disabilities. The woman who runs the school said federal and state laws prohibit AIU officials from commenting on special-education students. She said she could not confirm nor deny whether Miller was enrolled at Pathfinder.

In my daydreams, I wish I could spend some time with this bastard. With assistance from friends, I would first hog-tie and gag his ass, then drive to a place where the facilities are not monitored. There he would wait while I treated myself and my friends to a day of gorging ourselves with as much food from Taco Bell, KFC, and the local all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant as possible. On our speedy return trip, we would guzzle down several cups up strong black coffee and make it to our destination just as we all began to get a serious case of the trots.

After we all took turns relieving ourselves, I would take out my trusty ball peen hammer so each of his nuts could feel my wrath until they burst open like smashed grapes. Then, wearing some metal cleats, I would proceed to stomp on his man-rod until it resembled a bloody wanker-waffle. His worthless body would be later discovered in the stall suspended upside down from his ankles with his face submerged in the porcelain bowl of our ass-plosion stew. But, hey, that’s just one of the many daydreams I have when I read about these shit stains .

Donald Regis Miller was charged with aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and indecent assault.

Miller has pleaded not guilty to the charges, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, even though the police say he confessed when he was arrested the next day at his home. He was arraigned Sunday and sent to the Allegheny County Jail on $1 million bond.

If I could, I would send a lifetime supply of Viagra to his soon to be new cellmates so he could experience what it’s like to be anally assaulted and his rectum would soon resemble an inverted starfish. Hell, I would even send them my trusty ball peen hammer if I could, so they could knock out as many of his teeth needed to make his oral cavity more comfortable for their needs. I like the thought of him becoming a permanent bobble-head. Don’t you?

Justin Castle

Faribault, MN – I think we at the Demon might be able to help with that! See, Justin Castle is a real winner at the game of life. He’s been charged with assault, terroristic threats and false imprisonment, all pretty serious charges, especially when leveled by a pregnant ex-girlfriend.

It all started with a simple argument, only, Justin Castle was drunk. Which, as most of you readers know, is never a good idea when you’re as dumb as a box of hair like our good friend Justin Castle. Sometime during this argument he got it into his little bean-shaped head to beat the hell out of the woman he was dating and threaten to kill her.

To quote the victim, Alyssa Matson, “The whole time when I was driving (he told me) that I was driving out to my grave site and that he was going to tear me into a thousand pieces and hide me.”

Alyssa, though, is a pretty smart cookie. She called her mother on her GPS-enabled phone, and thankfully, the sheriff was both fast enough and technologically savvy enough to find her through that. After a three hour drive out into the middle of nowhere, Justin Castle beat his (now) ex-girlfriend, tore her clothing from her body, and was generally a horrible bastard, attempting to kill her. Luckily, he did not succeed.

Now the target of his ire has come forward – she wants Justin Castle to show up in Google with his name and picture attached to this crime so that if any other woman should be so unlucky as to meet up with this creep and think “hey, he’s pretty cute, maybe he’s date-worthy!” they can be forewarned that Justin Castle is a repeat offender.   See… Alyssa wasn’t his first victim. When he pulled his bullshit with her, he was on parole from another conviction for… wait for it… Domestic abuse by strangulation!

Bravo, Justin Castle, you shitheel.  It must really suck for you once women get wise to your foolishness.  Hopefully with exposure, and a little time as Bubba’s Bendover Bitch in jail, you’ll learn something about how NOT to act to your fellow man (or woman).

I’m going to borrow a phrase from our beloved ImpQueen here – ladies, repeat after me:  Put Down the Penis And Walk Away.   Alyssa Matson, I commend you for being smart, strong, and above all, aware of the fact that NO man is worth this kind of bullshit.  I’m just sorry it took a night of horror to get to that point.

A note here for future readers – if you’re just stumbling across this article, because you ran into a guy named Justin Castle, double check the picture.  There are a lot of Justin Castles out there, and you should be sure that you’ve found the right one.  This waste of amino acids committed his crimes in Faribault, Minnesota from 2005 to 2009, and spent time in county lockup in at least two counties in that area (Rice County and Dakota County).  While we want a ton of exposure for this loser, we do not want there to be any confusion as to WHICH of the dozens of Justin Castles out there is a girlfriend-kidnapping, pregnant woman beater who also happens to be a mean-ass drunk.

Donquila Butler

Chicago - From what I can gather, Donquila Butler, 29, is (was) a security guard for University of Chicago Hospitals. Also working at this establishment was a 19-year-old chick he had the hots for. Unfortunately for Donquila, this woman didn’t share the same feelings, and routinely snubbed his attempts at conversation. On Sunday, Donquila came up with a GREAT plan to win over the heart of the girl he admired. It started with donning a ski mask and giving her one of the worst pickup lines in history…

See, Donquila got kinda fed up with all of his usual attempts at getting her attention resulting in failure, so he stepped it up a notch. He followed her to her work area, put on the ski mask, grabbed her by the throat and then commanded “Shut the fuck up before I kill you right here!”

Now I have used some pretty bad lines before, but that one there is usually reserved for my kids or Jehovah Witnesses on a Saturday morning. I guess it would work if I didn’t care if the woman was a willing receptacle for my penis or not… but to get a date?

A co-worker happened to pass by and see this and Donquila ran off. Security was called and, for whatever reason, Donquila showed up responding to his own call. I guess he figured that his day had started with a failed rape attempt, might as well try and keep his job.

OR maaaaaaybeee….he is a “lemons into lemonade” type of guy. Maybe he thought he could salvage this botched assault by coming back as the hero security guard who would console her after this traumatic event. She would then fall in love with him, get married, buy a house, have 5 kids, finish a book, finish a senTANCE!…and somewhere in that timeline, he would get laid over and over again until they both grew old and die holding hands in separate lawnchairs overlooking a garden where their grandkids frolicked underneath a sprinkler on a warm, summer day in June.
