Long Island – Last Thursday, the guys from Rescue Ink: Unleashed got a call about a disturbing case of animal cruelty. The cast, a bunch of big, schmexy, tattooed, biker types who strive to save stolen and abused animals, headed out to the home of 43-year-old Sharon McDonough. Upon discovery of five dogs in the home, crammed into cages, malnourished and neglected, the crew put in a call to the SPCA. Further investigation revealed that the five dogs inside the home were just the tip of the iceberg. The SPCA returned to Sharon’s home SaturdaySaturday reviews morning armed with a search warrant and some shovels – they wanted to start digging in her back yard. Sharon, PA – Trumbull County assistant prosecutor Sean O’Brien says, “It’s one of the worst abuse cases I’ve seen.” And he ain’t kidding. The boy had been beaten and tortured by his mother’s husband, Damion Wise, for nearly two years. The kid’s face was swollen, he had a scabbed over, but still bleeding, wound on his head, two black eyes, and was walking with a limp. Pasadena, CA - I know there are about as many ways of parenting as there are parents, but none of them should be stuff banned by the Geneva convention. At around 6 am Tuesday, Maria Palaez, age 29, called 911 and reported that her child was not breathing. Emergency personnel arrived to find 2 year old Rene Torres dead at the scene due to asphyxiation. His parents admitted to duct taping him up as a form of punishment and also said that they had taped his mouth occasionally. Though police are keeping the details of the case quiet, they have arrested both the mother and live-in boyfriend, 32-year-old Gabriel Diaz, due to the “suspicious nature of the call” and other evidence found in the course of the investigation. Phoenix, AZ - Terry Neely, 46, was last seen in his motorized wheelchair leaving his home at an assisted living complex on the evening of AugustAugust reviews 2. The next time anyone laid eyes on Neely, he was a charred and dismembered body left burning in a trash can. (Really folks, what’s with all the fires lately? Damn). Judging by the information being released, Neely didn’t go quickly or quietly – he had been systematically tortured for as many as three days. Lake City, FL- My son nags me every single day to take him to the park. There are not a lot of kids around our home that are his age, so the park is the only place where he can get in some play time with other little guys like him. I don’t mind going once or twice a week, but every day? Let’s just say I am not a Kindergarten teacher for a reason! So, I use the usual excuses like “I don’t have time today” and “Maybe tomorrow if you’re good”, the same thing my parents said to me to get me to stop pestering them. Easton, Pennsylvania–Authorities are calling the allegations horrific. That, my friends, is an understatement. Terrell Scott, 23, is accused of torturing his girlfriend’s three daughters for more than a year. He abused them with lit cigarettes, cable wire, broomsticks, a claw hammer, and nail clippers. Police believe he began his attacks on the girls in September of 2007 and didn’t cease until OctoberOctober reviews 2008. Authorities began the investigation into the allegations in NovemberNovember reviews 2008, after the girls finally found the nerve and the courage to speak up about the abuse. Los Lunas, N.M.–“These innocent children were treated like livestock,” said Valencia County Deputy Sheriff Joe Martinez. Shit…livestock gets treated better than these kids did. The children, three girls and one boy, ages 3, 4, 4, and 6, were removed from their Los Lunas home early FridayFriday reviews evening. Deputies report that the children had been duct taped to a chair, with towels placed over their heads, and shocked repeatedly with an electric battery. They had been beaten with a belt. FargoFargo reviews, ND- A week ago today, a 25-year old woman who was leaving work was approached by the father of one of her children, 23-year old Shawntas Turnage. He told her, “If you don’t get into my car, I’m going to kill you.” The woman got into his car and Shawntas drove her to the home of his his wife, Aiesha Turnage, where he was given $100 by his wife’s brother. Then they traveled to a home in Lexington. When the woman tried to leave, Shawntas punched her in the face, forced her to strip at knife-point and stabbed her in the left arm and shoulder. Bakersfield, California–‘My daddy bit my eyes and hands. My daddy ate my eyes out.’ Those were the words uttered by 4-year-old Angelo Mendoza Jr. when officers found him, naked and bloody, on the floor in his father’s apartment. The child had numerous bite marks on his hands. And OMFG, his eyes–one of them was missing and one was badly damaged.  Neighbors say the child’s father, Angelo Vidal Mendoza Sr., clad in boxers and a sweater, was acting a little ‘off’ on April 28. Ramon Rodriguez said the wheelchair bound Mendoza Sr. wheeled himself into his front yard and asked him to play with him and pet a dog. Rodriguez, probably more than a little freaked out, refused.
