Teens Accused Of Beating Baby Alpaca To Death

Madison Township, OH – We get a lot of animal cruelty stories here at the Dreamin’ Demon, but this is a first. Two teen boys are accused of beating a baby alpaca to death. Why? Apparently for shits and giggles. According to authorities, it has been a long standing joke between the teens to beat or “mess with” an alpaca – that act of cruel and utter depravity was carried out on February 5th. On that day, Masterpiece, just 3-months-old, up and disappeared. Her owner didn’t immediately notify police because she believed the animal may have wandered off, but after discovering a trail of blood along a fence line, it was obvious something else was up. It is alleged that Stacie Mullins drove the teens out to the farm. Once there, the boys jumped out of the truck and proceeded to beat the living hell out of Masterpiece with a wooden board. When they realized the animal was still alive after the initial beating, they tossed her in the back of Stacie’s truck and sped off to Stacie’s home where they continued to beat the animal until it was dead. They then abandoned the body in an empty barn. At some point, the teens allegedly snapped a photo of themselves beating the defenseless critter, but it wasn’t until someone bragged about the incident that the law got involved.

Masterpiece had been beaten so badly she suffered a punctured lung and broken ribs. Authorities state that her eyes were missing, but it is unclear if that was because of the beating or because another animal had eaten them. A necropsy has been scheduled for later this week. Arrested last week were two 17-year-old high school dropouts and 22-year-old Stacie. Police don’t believe Stacie participated in the beating, but she did provide the transportation. The two teens have been charged with animal cruelty, breaking and entering, and tampering with evidence. For her part, Stacie has been charged with complicity to animal cruelty and complicity to tampering with evidence. She has already been released on bond. All three submitted written statements admitting to their part in the animal’s death. The maximum sentence in this case? 90 days.

Pair Accidentally Call 911 While Burglarizing Vehicle

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla – Whenever I’m having one of those days where everyone’s on my case from my teacher all the way down to my best girlfriend, I just check out news from Florida. You can always be guaranteed a laugh or two. For example, Stefanie Vargas, 19, and her 13-year-old partner in crime, Kristian Amezquita who were recently arrested and charged with burglary to a conveyance. They broke into a car and while inside it, inadvertently called 911. So for about 6 minutes dispatchers got to listen to the two as they looted the vehicle and argued over what to steal. They also listened to words of wisdom such as “You got to break the SIM card. Take that SIM card out. They can trace it. If there’s nothing there, leave it. Trust me, God always works in mysterious ways. If you be greedy, that’s when you get caught up, alright?” The pair had no clue that police where on their way so when officers arrived to arrest them, the two idiots still had the stolen items in their hands. Adults Use Kids To Steal Purse At Chuck E. Cheese

Indianapolis – On Valentine’s Day, Mandie Harrington was celebrating her son’s birthday at an Indianapolis Chuck E. Cheese when she noticed her purse was missing. She notified the manager who immediately reviewed the surveillance tape. On the tape they witnessed an adult woman in red instructing a little girl to grab Harrington’s purse. The little girl does so and then takes the purse to a man sitting nearby. The woman in red then puts the purse under her coat and leaves the store. “It’s disgusting that somebody would teach a little girl to steal like that,” Harrington said. “It just really makes me angry.” Police believe that this little operation went too smoothly and feel that the individuals involved have been up to this type of thing for awhile. They would like to talk to them.

Najie Walker Held Scrappy for Ransom

Silver Spring, MD – Last weekend, Gloria Chicas probably was a little worried and/or irritated with her two canine companions Scooby and Scrappy, as they had gotten out and run away. Luckily, both dogs were wearing tags, but the call she got didn’t lead to the happy reunification of which she was no doubt dreaming. Instead, the man on the other end of the line said she could have her dogs back–once she gave him money. Chicas agreed to meet the man at a local restaurant, but once she arrived there, she found neither the man nor her dogs, so she called police. A convoluted series of phone calls, a cop posing as Chicas’s nephew, a meeting at McDonald’s, and one attempt to flee later, Scrappy is home, Scooby is dead, and 21-year-old Najie S. Walker is in jail.

Once police were notified, one posing as Chicas’s nephew called Walker’s number to ask about him not showing up to return the dogs, and the man claiming to be “Matt” said the dogs had run away. However, “Matt” called Chicas again, saying he now had one dog and expected $200 for its return, but later told Officer Nephew it would require $300. After negotiating the price to $250, the officer scheduled the ransom drop at a McDonald’s, where Walker fled upon seeing police. He was found in the bathroom of another restaurant and arrested, while Scrappy was located unharmed in a car parked nearby.

As for Scooby, apparently Walker couldn’t control the golden retriever and let him go. Scooby was struck by a car and killed.

Walker told police that it was his sister who found Scrappy and who wanted a reward for returning him. Further, he claimed, “My family flatlined. We got no money.”

Bummer about the fucking financial difficulties, Najie, but no Scooby snacks for you, man.

Man’s Neck Broke After Fight Over A Stolen Tomato

Miami-Dade police are looking for a man that was involved in a roadside fight that left another man with a broken neck. The incident happened on January 28th when 44-year-old Robert Lerner was driving with his daughter and passed a tomato grove on Southwest 288th Street between 172nd and 177th avenues. His daughter asked him if they could pull over so that she could get a tomato, which Lerner did. After his daughter had picked the tomato, a man pulled in front of their vehicle got out and began calling the them thieves. The argument turned physical and Lerner ended up on the ground with a broken neck and later, two Titanium plates in the front and back of his neck. Police would like to talk to the man who left the scene. He was in a blue or green Jeep Wrangler with a flat finish. He was between 40 and 60 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 175 pounds with light-colored salt-and-pepper hair.

I feel bad for the guy…a broke neck is probably not too fun to sport around. His daughter was probably scared shitless as well and probably has some guilt because it was her theft that started it all. But really, I know it was just a tomato, but I have a feeling that the other guy didn’t mean to break Lerner’s neck and that it was just a consequence of a scuffle. I imagine that people with roadside produce must battle this type of behavior constantly, and with today’s economy, weather, farming in general – stealing produce is taking food right out of their family’s mouths.

Teacher Admits To Pocketing Students’ “Charitable Donations”

TRENTON, NJ – Megan Laboy, 30, had worked for the Freehold Regional High School District since 2001. Her employment ended sometime after she admitted to stealing money from her Colts Neck High School students during the 2008-2009 school year. She admitted telling her students that they would receive extra credit for any donations or cash they gave her. These donations were to go to charities but the former social studies teacher kept the money for herself. Police reports put the total donations at more than $1,400, but she admitted to only purposely stealing $200 to $500 from the kids. She pleaded guilty Friday to theft by deception and under her plea deal, will most likely just get probation when sentenced in May. She’ll also be barred from holding public employment or office in New Jersey.

It Puts The Lotion…In Its Pants?

Framingham, MA – Chamil Guadarrama popped into the Eastfield Mall Bath and Body Works Wednesday evening to do a little shopping. On his shopping list? Lotion. And LOTS of it. And by LOTS, I mean about 75 bottles. And he was determined to get that stuff at a discount. A five-finger-discount. A store clerk alerted mall security after spotting Chamil slipping the 8-ounce glass bottles of lotion through his zipper and into his pants. The inventive little scamp had tied string around the legs of his pants to keep all the lotion in. Genius! When Chamil spotted the mall cops and realized they were on to him, the chase was on! Unfortunately for Chamil, the sheer bulk of the lotion bottles made it damn near impossible to run, so the chase didn’t last long. Once he was apprehended and turned over to the police, Chamil had another problem – his pants were so full he couldn’t bend over to get in the patrol car until some of the lotion was removed. Also, due to his brisk, yet complicated, jog through the mall, his legs were extremely chafed. Chamil, 30, pleaded innocent at his district court arraignment and was released on his own recognizance. The value of the pilfered lotion was a hefty $787.50. On another note, Chamil’s mugshot also appears on the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Website – he’s a Level 3 offender.

Ivan Rak: Pervy Landlord From Hell

Lorain, OH – With a landlord like Ivan Rak, the idea of sleeping in a refrigerator box behind a dumpster seems not only doable, but enjoyable. According to authorities, Rak’s 37-year-old tenant/victim tells a tale just loaded with ick and WTF. This isn’t a one-time issue with the pervy weirdo, there have been several strange incidents since November. For instance, the woman says she returned home one day to find that someone had drawn her a bath. Rak, on numerous occasions, has left behind little gifts like condoms and lingerie. (Whether the items had been *gag* used or not hasn’t been reported). On another occasion, Rak left a suitcase filled with his clothing in the woman’s house – he later called and asked where he should put said clothing, to which the woman answered, “At your house.” Just last month, she arrived home to find a nearly nude Rak laying in a sleeping bag on her couch. How the woman let that shit slide for so long is way beyond my comprehension. Especially after seeing that all nekkid and stuff.

It all came to a head last week when the victim discovered that Rak had once again entered her home. This time, he had the electricity shut off, had boxed up all of her clothing (sans undergarments) and told her she had to move out by Tuesday. Aside from the missing frillies, the woman was also missing a camera from her belongings. She finally decided to get the law involved – and while sharing the above information with the police, she trembled, cried uncontrollably, and vomited. I’m pretty sure the whole vomiting thing stems from getting an eyeful of Rak’s man parts – makes me feel a little queasy just thinking about it. Ivan Rak, 45, was hauled to jail and charged with menacing and petty theft. After pleading not guilty to menacing, Rak signed a protection order agreeing to stay away from the woman. He did indicate that he had no idea the woman was going to come home the night he was sleeping on her couch. The woman says she’s looking for another place to stay.

Woman Accused Of Stealing Donations Meant For Girl Battling Cancer

BALTIMORE – If the accusations are true, Donna Rock is one sad individual worthy of every amount of scorn that is coming her way (if it hasn’t got there already) and then some. Rock lives in the same building as 5-year-old Serena Lambert and her family. Serena has been battling cancer for the last 18-months, having been diagnosed with stage four neuroblastoma when she was 3. The treatment she will require is expensive, costing more than $1 million. The family will be responsible for 10 percent of that and explain that is why they were grateful when their neighbor offered to do a little fund-raising. But Serena’s mother is claiming that Donna Rock raised some money, possibly $2000, and then kept it. “Donna had my own friends walking around collecting money in buckets,” Becky Lambert said. Rock was arrested while she was working at Towson Quizno’s and charged with theft. She is expected to answer to the charges in March.

You know, I admit that I have done things in my life I am not proud of. Picking on people who claim to have Asperger Syndrome and like to wave their dicks around Target, ragging on people who think that the human race came from alien beings, and laughing my ass off at people who thought that Alexandre Aja “Mirrors” was a good film. But man, you have to know you are one Grade A piece of shit if you are stealing money from a little girl battling cancer.

Easton, PA- It seems like this month I have a very long list of things to do and a few items have been on there for quite a while like…take down Xmas tree, adjust all clocks in home for DST, make a doctor appointment for my gimp knee and actually keep it, and clean out the fridge. Some would think due to my recent computer problems this past week, I would have been able to cross some of those things off that list. But, as a self-proclaimed procrastinator, it did not happen. I chose to take care of some of the more important things, like finishing season 2 of Dexter, prank call Morbid, and conquering Halo 3 on Xbox. It would be nice if someone else would come into my home to do all those other things for me, though. I am sure many of us feel that way including Grace Kraus and I completely feel her pain when she came home and found out a strange man had broken into her house and spent that time crossing things off of his own to-do list instead of hers.

After smashing the front door window with a large rock, Jose DeGracia entered Kraus’ residence and proceeded to make himself at-home. While he wandered through each of the rooms, he removed several photos from the walls and turned Kraus’ family photos face down. DeGracia rummaged through the dressers and closets, took a shower, and then cut his hair in the kitchen. Enjoying his new abode, DeGracia cooked himself up some fried chicken and then retreated to another room to relax and watch some television. When Grace Kraus returned home and found DeGracia lounging in her home watching television, she told him to leave and DeGracia refused. DeGracia was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief with bail set at $15,000. I hope there is not a next time, DeGracia, but if so… check for a to-do list on the fridge. If you are able to get a couple of those things crossed off for me, you can cook anything you like, just make sure you beat feet before I get home. I have a permit and I do carry.

School Aide Asked To Resign After Nude Pic Makes Rounds

Bangor, PA – A teacher’s aide at Bangor Area High School is in a bit of a pinch after leaving her cell phone unattended. Seems the woman had taken a nekkid picture of herself and had it stored on her cell. Someone got a hold of that unattended cell phone at a non-school event, scrolled through the picture files, hit pay dirt, and started forwarding said nudie pic to students at the high school. The picture was then forwarded to damn near every one in town. “My sister’s seen it. Actually, my dad came home and said that people were passing it around,” said Bangor Area High School student Adrianna Carpelli. The woman, a six-year employee of the school district, is now being asked to resign from her position. And they ain’t asking her real nice like, either. Bangor Area Superintendent John Reinhart says that if the woman doesn’t resign on her own, she will be terminated. He seems to think her ability to work with district teens “has been compromised.” Why, you ask? The school board feels that the woman has lost all credibility because her students have seen her naked. Not like half the boys in her classes haven’t already imagined her that way.

Let’s look at the facts here. She intended for the picture to remain private and didn’t email it to a bunch of horny teenagers. It wasn’t her intention for half the damn town to see her lady lumps. She is a victim of theft and has had her privacy invaded. Yet, she is the one who is getting pushed around? School officials admit that privacy laws were probably broken by the person who forwarded the photo in the first place, but say “that issue will remain moot” since they don’t know who the responsible party is. I hope they find the little fucker responsible for the whole mess and beat him/her with that damn cell phone. What say you, Demonites? Should this woman be forced to resign from her position?

Samantha Broadhead, 11, and Jack Ault, 15, Set Fire To Mom

Clearwater, FL – Samantha Broadhead, 11, and her boyfriend, 15-year-old Jack Ault, are in a heap ‘o trouble, Demonites. The pair allegedly plotted to kill Samantha’s mother with fire. It is being reported that early Tuesday morning, the day before Nancy Broadhead’s 48th birthday, Samantha and Jack poured gasoline on Nancy’s bed and floor as she slept. After setting the fire, the two fled in Nancy’s car. At about 1:00 a.m., Nancy was awakened by a smoke alarm. She was able to escape the home, but sustained serious burns and suffered from smoke inhalation. The house is now uninhabitable. According to police spokeswoman Beth Watts, a preliminary investigation shows the motive to be “your typical teenage angst.” Watts went on to say that tension escalated “when the mom confronted the daughter about stealing some of her cigarettes.” Teenage angst? Nah – I’ve seen teenage angst and that ain’t fucking it. Samantha later returned to the scene and agreed to be taken in for questioning – her partner in crime was picked up at a friend’s house. Both kids are going to be charged with attempted murder and arson – Jack will be looking at an extra charge of grand theft. Jack was taken to juvie and Samantha is being detained under the Baker Act. But, that’s not the end of this crazy little love story….

Seems Jack has been causing trouble for years – his very first arrest, for battery, was at the ripe old age of 8. He was arrested a total of five times just this year, the charges ranging from domestic battery to probation violations to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Nice kid, huh? And the victim, Nancy Broadhead, has had her share of trouble as well. A spokesperson for DCF stated that there is an “extensive family history” of cases involving both Samantha and Jack, but no open cases. It is being reported that the police have been called to the home at least 7 times in the past year on domestic disturbance complaints. Nancy has been arrested several times and convicted of child neglect, DUI, indecent exposure, and resisting an officer. In 2005, she faced charges of child abuse and battery, but the charges were dropped. Heh…dysfunction at it’s finest. I think there’s a couple of gene pools out there that could have used some serious chlorination a long, long time ago.

Mother Calls Police After Catching Her Kid Shoplifting

CARROLLTON, Ohio – Diane Lyons was inside Discount Drug Mart with her children when one of her daughters informed her that her 6-year-old daughter had stuck a pack of stickers in her shirt. “I went over there to see in her shirt and I found it and I took her right to the manager,” said Lyons. But she wasn’t satisfied with that, and called police. The police came and did the “stick the kid in the car to try and scare her straight” crap, letting her off with a warning. But the police did say that the girl could have had charges pressed against her and let her know if she is caught doing it again, they would. But I’m not posting this story to praise the mother for what she did, because honestly, calling the police on your daughter for a pack of stickers is about 15-miles into the land of ridiculous. No, I am also posting it for something she said. She admitted that she thought of cashing in on a reward the store offers for turning in shoplifters. “There was a sign and I just didn’t know. Then I felt bad so I just didn’t even call,” said Lyons. oO

So here is a quick story of my first shoplifting attempt. One time in Sears, I wandered away from my mother and went to the toy aisle. On one of the shelves I spied a Strolling Bowling toy out of its packaging (basically a wind-up bowling ball with legs). I swiped that shit and put it in my pocket. My mother witnessed me doing that and walked over to me. After smacking me hard enough to make my ears ring for a few hours, she told me to put that where I found it. I did so and learned a valuable lesson in the process. Always make sure no one is looking when you steal something.

Police Find Boy, 4, Wandering Streets Drunk Wearing A Dress

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Early Tuesday morning, 4-year-old Hayden Wright grabbed a 12-ounce beer from his grandfather’s cooler and walked out of his house while his mother slept. He then knocked on a neighbors door with part of the beer consumed. What was discussed between the boy and the people who opened the door is not known, but what is known is that Hayden then snuck into a neighbor’s house through an unlocked front door, and stole five wrapped Christmas gifts. One of the gifts contained a little girl’s dress which Hayden then put on. And that’s how police found the little boy wandering the neighborhood at 2 a.m. – drunk and wearing a dress. His mother, 21-year-old April Wright, has an explanation for her boy’s actions. Wright says Hayden was only out trying to find his dad who is in jail. “He runs away trying to find his father,” she said. “He wants to get in trouble so he can go to jail because that’s where his daddy is.” How fucked up is that?
