Teacher Charged After Filming Himself Playing “Lollipop Game” With Second-Grader

FRESNO, CA – Yeah, it’s as disgusting as you think it is. Neng Yang, a teacher at Freedom Elementary since 2007, has been accused of blindfolding a 7-year-old girl and tricking her into giving him oral sex in what he called “the lollipop game.”
The 43-year-old got busted after the girl’s alert mother arrived at the school early and noticed that neither her daughter nor her teacher, Yang, were outside with the rest of her class participating in PE.
When her daughter got out of school and into the car, her mother asked why she and Yang were not with the rest of the class and her daughter explained that she had been playing the lollipop game. When asked what kind of game this was, the girl explained that Yang would blindfold her in a darkened, locked classroom and have her suck on different lollipops. If she guessed the flavor, then they moved on to the next lollipop. If she didn’t, well then she kept on sucking until she did.

HOUSTON, TX – I swear I’m not hunting down school bus stories, it just seems to be a popular topic in the headlines lately. This one is out of Texas, where police arrested two 10-year-old boys and charged them with raping an 8-year-old boy on a school bus.
To make matters even more complicated, all three boys are special needs students.
The two older boys were arrested last week, but the alleged rape happened back in August of last year. The incident was discovered after a parent asked the school district’s transportation department to review the conditions on the school bus that takes special needs students to an elementary school. No reason is given as to why a parent requested this, but reports are that it was not related to the sexual assault.
After the school’s principal reviewed surveillance video taken on the bus, he observed the three boys involved in some kind of inappropriate activity. Authorities are not giving out the details of this inappropriate activity, but the principal took disciplinary action against all three boys, then turned the video over to CPS and the police .…

Ocala, FL – Police have arrested seven kids, ages 12 to 14, for their part in the brutal beating of a 13-year-old girl who was riding their school bus for the first time Friday.
After the Liberty Middle School student boarded the bus, none of the 70+ students on board would let her sit beside them. So she sat in her sister’s lap. Teasing ensued before someone threw a shoe at the girl, hitting her in the head. When the girl threw the shoe back, all hell broke loose.
The kids were on this girl faster than Jaded on bacon and proceeded to beat the crap out of her. Police say she was punched and kicked at least 15 times during the melee and lost consciousness at some point. It was so bad that the bus driver had to stop at a different school for help after failing to stop the fighting on two occasions.
Police interviewed all the students and reviewed surveillance footage taken on the bus before arresting seven on charges of felony battery and disorderly conduct.…

BROWNSVILLE, TX - Police in Texas had to shoot an kill a 15-year-old boy who was brandishing a firearm inside a Texas middle school.
Not a lot of details yet, but what is being reported is that an 8th-grader brandished a firearm in the main hallway of Cummings Middle School this morning.
School administrators initiated lockdown procedures and contacted the Brownsville Police Department and BISD Police and Security Services.
Responding officers encountered the teen in the hallway outside the principal’s office and ordered him to drop his weapon. The teen reportedly ignored their requests and aimed the gun at police before they shot him three times. He was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
Someone who knew the teen told reporters that the teen played sports and was in the band. They said that shortly before the shooting, he had been in a fight and that both he and his opponent had been sent to the principal’s office.…

LIVINGSTON, TN – If any of you are in Tennessee and would like a job teaching math to elementary kids, Allons Elementary is about to have a job opening after one of their math teachers used a permanent maker to write “stupid” on one of his student’s forehead.
The incident reportedly happened on Dec 6 when a student in Alex Boles’s math class asked a reasonable question about their lesson. Boles answered the student then used a permanent marker to write the word “stupid” on the kid’s forehead. For a bit of added scumbag, he wrote it backwards so the kid could read it when they looked in the mirror.
Reports are the student sat in class with the word on their head for two hours. Another employee told Superintendent Matt Eldridge about what Boles had done, and his reaction was immediate. He suspended Boles and minced no words when he told reporters he will do what he can to ensure the teacher loses his job after the investigation is complete.
When asked why he wrote the word “stupid” on the kid’s forehead in front of his classmates, Boles told Eldridge he was just trying to joke with the student.…

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A 6-year-old girl was ordered to undergo an involuntary mental evaluation after a fight she was involved in at school.
For those of you unaware of the term, the Baker Act is a common term used for the Florida Mental Health Act of 1971, a statute that allows for the involuntary mental examination of an individual. In this case, a 6-year-old girl.
The girl’s mother, Christina Brinson, told reporters her daughter is just having a tough time adjusting at Fairmount Park Elementary and is dealing with a bully. She says she gave her daughter permission to fight back.
So when her daughter returned to school on Thursday morning, after being suspended for two days because of her behavior at school, she got into a fight with her alleged bully.
This fight reportedly escalated into something more than just a fight, but I cannot find out exactly what happened. Whatever it was, it was enough for a social worker to feel the first-grader was so out of control that she was likely to cause serious bodily harm to herself and others if she did not get treatment.…

GASTON COUNTY, N.C. – I don’t know if any of you have been following this story out of my state, but a 9-year-old student at Brookside Elementary called a teacher “fine” and the ensuing knee-jerking it caused has been unbelievable.
First the school suspended Emanyea for sexual harassment. They said they have had issues with the boy calling students bad names before, a claim Emanyea denied to reporters, and that he made the statement about the teacher in a suggestive manner. Emanyea was suspended for three days and served a one-day, in-school suspension and two days out of school.
Understandably, his mother wasn’t happy about the school’s decision to suspend her son for sexual harassment, so she went to the local news. It wasn’t long before sites like CNN and Huffington Post picked up the story and it quickly went viral. Not long after that, all the negative attention had the school district getting involved and then release a statement yesterday that apologized to the family.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – A former teacher at a church school in Colorado Springs has been arrested, accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student. Two pastors at the school and the school’s former principal were also arrested for allegedly failing to report the abuse.
The Hilltop Baptist School teacher, 32-year-old Terah Allyn Rawlings, is accused of having a sexual relationship with the boy during the 2007-2008 school year and the following summer, ending when he broke up with her. They didn’t keep the relationship very discrete, leading to teachers and students reporting the abuse to the principle, the school’s senior pastor as well as the school’s athletic director and associate pastor. These people did not contact police and reportedly tried to covered up the relationship.
Now why would a religious school be so quick to hide the illegal relationship between one of their teachers and one of their students? The fact that the senior pastor, 63-year-old Franklin “Wayne” Knight, is Rawlings’ uncle and the associate pastor, 57-year-old Raymond “Alan” Knight, is Rawlings’ father may have something to do with it.…

Illinois – Last Friday, 10-year-old Ashlynn Conner was found dead inside her closet where she had hanged herself with a scarf. Her family says bullying is to blame.
Her mother told reporters that Ashlynn, an honor roll student at Ridgefarm Elementary, had been bullied relentlessly at school and by kids in the neighborhood. Nothing physical, just emotional bullying consisting mostly of name calling.
“Ashlynn’s ugly, look Ashlynn’s ugly. She’s fat. They’d call her a slut,” her mother said.
Last Thursday Ashlynn told her mother she’d been picked on all day at school by three girls and asked if she could be home-schooled. Her mother told her ‘no’ and that she would speak to the principal about it on Monday. The next day, while most kids were enjoying a day off for Veteran’s Day, Ashlynn went inside her hanging in her closet.
Her older sister found her after the family realized they had not seen or heard from Ashlynn since her mother had overheard her talking with a classmate on the phone a half-hour before, detailing the girls at school picking on her and the fact that her mother would not let her be home-schooled.…

BAKER, LA – A teacher in Louisiana lost it the other day and is now in jail after reportedly choking a 6-year-old student.
The incident happened on the campus playground of an unnamed school where a 6-year-old girl was doing something that really got under 65-year-old Mildred Russ’ skin and had her losing any semblance of patience or control.
First she wrapped her legs around the girl to keep her from moving then tied the girl’s sweater around her neck, squeezing it every time she tried. Russ finally dragged the girl to the principal’s office, pulling her out of her shoes in the process.
For her actions, Russ was arrested on a charge of cruelty to a juvenile and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison. I know some will come in here and back this teacher in some fashion, citing disrespectful kids, lack of parenting, etc, etc. But I don’t choke disrespectful kids in the grocery store or in my neighborhood, whether they deserved it or not. CLOVER, SC – Police have arrested a substitute teacher at Clover Middle School, accusing her of assaulting one of her students.
A resource officer at the school was approached by students on Friday between classes who informed him they had witnessed a substitute teacher assault a 13-year-old student during class.
The officer tracked down the alleged victim who said that he “threw a pen into a trash can [and 49-year-old Elizabeth Robinson] became enraged with anger” and then punched him in the face with her fist.
When Robinson was questioned, she admitted that she had gotten angry after the student misbehaved and that she had slapped him in the face with an open hand. She denied using a closed fist.
Robinson was then escorted from the classroom by the school’s resource officer and school officials and is currently facing simple assault and battery.
Of course I cannot condone a teacher slapping or punching a 13-year-old in the face for misbehaving, but it isn’t like I don’t understand why she may have lost it. Kids are little shits, especially when dealing with substitute teachers.…

Columbus, OH — Police have arrested a a teen after he allegedly used a knife to slit the throat of another student during a school assembly.
The incident happened Thursday morning during a Freshman assembly at West High School. It is during this assembly witnesses say Marco Solis pulled a knife out of his pocket and cut the throat of 14-year-old Tyquan Green-Tucker who was sitting in front of him.
The victim was able to walk out of the assembly and towards the nurse’s office. The nurse deemed his injury as a critical one and paramedics were called, along with the Columbus police.
Tucker was rushed to rushed to Nationwide Children’s Hospital where he immediately underwent surgery. He is still there today, listed in fair condition.
Solis was caught and charged with one count of felonious assault and one count of possession of a dangerous weapon. No word on what prompted the attack, but Solis’ mother hinted that her son was being bullied.
“He said, ‘Mom, if I go there, they’re going to beat me up and they’re going to do stuff to me, so please don’t take me there.’,” she told reporters.…

ARVADA, Colo. – An assistant principal at Arvada High School has been charged with sexual assault after his wife busted him having an affair with one of his 15-year-old students.
Anthony Alvarez, 40, turned himself in to police after his wife caught him on the phone talking dirty to a teenage girl. She then did some snooping and found some sexually charged messages between the pair on Facebook.
According to the arrest affidavit, Alvarez’s wife confronted him with this information and then forced him to turn himself in to police where he admitted to the affair.
He told them that he was not the pursuer and that the teen, who he met when she was in 7th grade, was the one that came on to him first. He assured them that he was not a child predator and while he may have cheated on his wife with other women, unlike this particular girl, they were all over the age of 18.
The victim told cops a slightly different story. She says she was only involved with Alvarez because he was blackmailing her.…

ROWAN COUNTY, NC – An assistant coach is facing some legal troubles after he allegedly choked a student, fought with a parent and then got his ass tased multiple times by police.
It all started on Thursday evening after football practice at Rowan County middle school. Jared Gallagher, a 40-year-old assistant football coach, was walking to the locker room when he pulled a 12-year-old boy aside and allegedly started hitting and choking the boy.
When told to stop by Douglas Pruitt, the school’s coach, Gallagher reportedly began attacking the coach and even put the man’s arm behind his back when he attempted to call 911.
At this point, a concerned parent got involved and began fighting with Gallagher, distracting him long enough for Pruitt to call police.
When police arrived at the scene and approached Gallagher, he allegedly asked the deputies, “Are we going to do this?”
Ignoring repeated demands to put his hands behind his back, one of the officers tased him. Gallagher reportedly removed the prongs from his skin and was subsequently tased a second time in the back.…

Memphis, TN – Eduardo Marmolejo, the 17-year-old student accused of stabbing his teacher to death, has been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation.
On Wednesday, 49-year-old Suzette York was found stabbed to death in a classroom at Memphis Junior Academy, a Seventh-day Adventist school of less than 100 students.
Shortly after, police had Marmolejo in custody and charged with York’s murder. He told police that he did not like York and had planned on killing her since May, ever since he found out he would be the only 11th-grade student at the school.
York had lobbied the school should expand past their current kindergarten through 10th-grades; saying it was important to keep students in a Christian setting. The school board agreed and voted last spring to extend classes through the 11th grade.
Marmolejo was the first and only student to begin his junior year there and he was not happy about it at all. One of his teachers said Marmolejo was left behind because several of his classmates had transferred to another school to finish their junior and senior years.…

Memphis, TN – Not a lot of details on this as it is breaking, but police say they have a 17-year-old student in custody at the Memphis Junior Academy where the Principal was found stabbed to death in a classroom.
The body of 48-year-old Suzette York was discovered by a teacher shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the private school operated by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. York had been with the school for more than three years.
The 17-year-old student was taken into custody at the scene. No motive is known at this time. The school will be out for the rest of the week.
Not a great start for a school whose classes just started on Monday.

New York, NY – According to police, Tara Driscoll, a 33-year-old English teacher at Campus Magnet High School, was arrested after police obtained videotape of her having sex with a 16-year-old student in a motel room.
It’s not being reported that Driscoll ever taught the kid, but he was student at her high school and the tape explicitly shows the two engaged in various sexual activities in a room at the Capri Motel.
Driscoll was arrested after the boy confessed to his mother that he had sex with the teacher. Police seized the tape the pair had made during their session and charged Driscoll with third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act.
Prosecutors allege Driscoll has a history of alcohol abuse and was recently in rehab, but since she is a teacher, she has not been fired and has simply been re-assigned out of the classroom.

Springboro, Ohio – Stacy Schuler, 33, used to be a physical education teacher at Mason High School who once wrote in her Health Education Philosophy portion of her application that she wanted to teach students about major risk factors for teenagers including “sexual behaviors that result in disease, STDs, and unwanted pregnancies.
After receiving an anonymous tip, police would find that her teaching methods included banging members of the high school’s football team.
Schuler would resign from her position shortly after a grand jury indicted her on 16 counts of sexual battery, a third-degree felony; and three misdemeanor counts of providing alcohol to minors. She’s looking at up to 81 years in jail if convicted on all charges, but as we have seen in these types of cases, that’s highly unlikely.
She pleaded not guilty to the charges, denying any of the things she is accused of doing ever happened. Portsmouth, VA – A 14-year-old student at Cradock Middle has been charged with beating his bus driver.
While Reena Mulder was filling in on a bus route the other afternoon, she says some of the students in the back of the bus were being disruptive and becoming mouthy, but it wasn’t until the third stop that she was able to enjoy a couple free knuckle sandwiches courtesy of a pissed off student.
“They were cursing at me, standing up. I kind of rolled through the stop a little bit, and, when I stopped, the students that were standing kind of stumbled forward as they were exiting the bus,” recalled Mulder.
One of these students was not happy about this at all, and threatened Mulder as he was getting off the bus. ”You white [expletive],” Mulder recalls him saying. “You made me hit my face. I’m gonna -F- yours up.” And then he did with a couple of punches to her face.

Hamilton, NZ – Given that New Zealand is a relatively industrialized and advanced culture, it is not necessary to exclude it from the happenings reported on D’D. So, it is with great pleasure that I report to you that the fine artwork of pranksters at Fairfield College in Hamilton, New Zealand – namely, the huge crop-circle-esque penises etched into the college lawns two years ago which were recently discovered to have been immortalized by Google Earth.
A New Zealand local, David McQuoid, discovered the images while scanning the neighbourhood online looking for a property.
“At first I thought it was a large piece of art work,” he said. Well… it is.
Acting principal Gerhard van Dyk (pronounced “dike” ya’ smartasses) is reported to have said that it was hard enough to deal with when the prank was pulled back in 2009. The artwork was done with vegitation killer. As such, it slowly and irreversibly revealed itself.
“There’s not really much we could do about it,” said van Dyk. “The caretaker took some more weedkiller and tried to camouflage it a bit.”
Nobody was caught so no discipline was ever meted out.…
