MARIETTA, GA — Mary Pursley, a special education teacher at Mount Bethel Elementary School, was arrested after police say she put an autistic student into a trash can and compared him to Oscar the Grouch.
The incident happened on Thursday during an after-school program when a second-grade student with autism began yelling and screaming in the classroom because he was “angry and upset about returning inside” and because another student was bothering him.
Pursley came into the classroom to talk to the boy and told him that if he continued with his trashy behavior, she would put him in a trash can. The boy did not stop, so Pursley made good on her word.
So, in front of other students with special needs and three adults in the classroom, Pursley picked the boy up and held him upside down by his legs inside a trash can. According to the arrest warrant, the student was crying, screaming and yelling for Pursley to stop.
Pursley was arrested on Monday and is now facing a first degree felony charge of cruelty to children for causing excessive physical or mental pain.…

HEMPSTEAD, NY – A middle school teacher was sent to the hospital after she had the shit kicked out of her by the mother of one of her students.
The incident happened on Wednesday at Alverta B. Gray Schultz Middle School, when 34-year-old Annika McKenzie showed up to the school and waited outside of Catherine Engelhardt’s classroom.
When Engelhadt showed up, the two got into a conversation about an “incident earlier in the day.” According to McKenzie’s attorney, that incident involved the teacher putting her hands on McKenzie’s 12-year-old daughter.
Engelhardt reportedly refused to talk to McKenzie and instructed her to get a security pass. Police say what followed next was the teacher being shoved against the wall, placed in a headlock and thrown to the floor.
She was then kicked and punched by several students, including McKenzie’s 14-year-old niece. McKenzie then allegedly choked the teacher unconscious.
Another teacher was able to break up the melee, and Engelhardt was rushed to the hospital. She has since been released and is recovering at home.…
FRESNO, CA – The mother and stepmother of a 12-year-old boy were arrested after police say they walked into a school cafeteria and assaulted two girls accused of bullying their son.
According to police, three carloads of people showed up to Cooper Academy earlier this month after they got sick of hearing about two girls, ages 12 and 13, bullying the 12-year-old boy.
The boy’s family say they have complained to school officials for months but the bullying has continued. So the family decided to confront the girls, and did so in the school’s cafeteria.
This confrontation turned physical and lead to the boy’s mother, Teri Johnson, and stepmother, Inez Hernandez, getting themselves arrested for assaulting the two girls. Both women were charged with conspiracy and misdemeanor willful cruelty to a child.
The women deny the accusations and are demanding that surveillance video be released.
“You will nowhere in that video see me or Inez anywhere near the little girls. That is against all my morals. The video will speak a thousand words,” Johnson said.…
PORT ORANGE, FL — A 17-year-old student at Spruce Creek High School was taken into custody Monday after selling some hash oil brownies to fellow students that sent some of them to the hospital.
According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, the teen sold seven hash oil brownies at school for five bucks each. He told the buyers that the brownies were potent and shouldn’t be eaten at one time.
At least 10 students ate the brownies, with four of them possibly not heeding the teen’s advice and becoming so sick that they required hospitalization. “One of the students was so impaired on Monday that he could barely speak,” deputies said in a hilarious statement.
The student who allegedly brought the batch of brownies was taken into custody after being chased by a campus official and tossing 11 more brownies into a trash can. He’s been charged with four counts of sale and delivery of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and seven counts of culpable negligence.
Last year, because of our asinine drug laws, a 19-year-old with a spotless record was facing life behind bars in Texas after he got busted selling hash oil brownies.…
LAKE STEVENS, WA – Two third grade girls from Sunnycrest Elementary School have been suspended after they bypassed Internet filtering software on their school supplied laptops and shared explicit pornographic images with other students while in class.
The two girls were in class using the laptops at the time, says Lake Stevens school district spokeswoman Jamie Taylor. According to the district, the school system subscribes to a filtering software that blocks certain content like pornography, gambling, obscenities, etc.
The girls were able to view the porn due to a change in the search engine that had not been updated by the filtering software company. Regardless, the district says they are standing by their decision to suspend the two girls because instead of alerting their teacher, they shared the images with other students.
Austin Maxwell, the stepfather of one of the girls, isn’t happy with their decision. He says they have parental locks on their home computer that work, and that his daughter only saw the images after searching for words on the urging of another student.…
DUMONT, NJ – Students will return to Grant Elementary School this morning following the death of one of their classmates who jumped out of a classroom’s second-story window.
On Friday, around 20 fifth-graders and a lunch aide were in a classroom for lunch when the 10-year-old boy handed a note to a classmate he had been playing chess with.
He then walked over to an open window and, without saying a word to anyone, jumped out. The boy would die at the hospital from injuries he sustained from landing on a concrete sidewalk 25 feet below.
Officials have not released the boy’s name or the details contained in the note he handed his classmate. A law enforcement source did not describe it as a suicide note, but said suicide is one of the motives being investigated.
The boy hasn’t been at the school long, but another student said he fit in well and had lots of friends. Counselors have been made available for any students, parents or staff who need them.…
Jacobson was a popular photography instructor who had taught at the school for the last eight years. When some of her students tried to get inside her classroom they found the door was locked.
This was not normal for that time of day, so the students found another teacher who unlocked the door. That’s when they found Jacobson hanging from the ceiling. The teacher removed Jacobson and 911 was called.
“Paramedics performed life saving measures, however after several minutes the victim was declared deceased at the scene,” a Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District spokesman said in a statement. “The initial investigation indicates the cause of death to be suicide.”
Placentia police Lt. Eric Point said investigators have not located a suicide note. Several students said that Jacobson’s father had also committed suicide and that Jacobson had constantly advised her students against taking their own life.…

The district attorney’s office says that Turner took this opportunity to rape the woman.

Turner tried to run, but the two bikers held him at the scene and called police. He was arrested and later posted $150,000 bail. The woman, who is not a student, was taken to the hospital.
Turner is now looking at a slew of very serious charges. The district attorney’s office plans on filing five felony charges against Turner, including raping an unconscious person, raping an intoxicated person, sexual penetration with a foreign object, and assault while attempting to commit rape.…
SAINT PETERSBURG, FL — Two teenagers have been charged with raping a 15-year-old girl inside a classroom at Dixie Hollins High School.
The victim reported the crime on Monday, telling Pinellas County deputies that 17-year-old Kelvin King and 15-year-old Dontae Cook attacked her inside a classroom at the school. The victim said the attack happened in the daytime, but reports do not specify if it was during school hours.
Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Cristen Rensel did say that the victim “didn’t know either of them” before the assault. Both suspects are students at the school but Rensel would not say whether the victim also attends Dixie Hollins.
King and Cook, both players for the high school’s football team, were arrested and have been charged with one count of sexual battery. They were taken to the Pinellas Juvenile Assessment Center as detectives continue to investigate.
Pinellas County Schools released this statement on the arrests:

ELBA, NY – Police say a group of fourth-graders at Elba Elementary School planned on killing their teacher by exposing her to hand sanitizer.
Three students were involved with the alleged plot that was foiled in December before winter break. Their plan was to coat her personal belongings with anti-bacterial products because they knew she is highly allergic to them.
The plot was uncovered, as the usually are, because one or all of the kids involved talked too much. Word of their plans reached another student who also happens to have a parent on the school board. That parent contacted police.
Youth officers questioned the students the day before they were questioned by Elba School Superintendent Jerome Piwko, School Principal Scott Kapperman and a school counselor. During that meeting, with their parents present, one student stated that her teacher “yells at us and that the class has problems with her.” They also
The principal and school counselor told police the students contradicted themselves because their stories were different than what they said during their meeting with the youth officers.…
SALINA, KS – A judge sentenced 33-year-old Brooke Dinkel to 13 years in jail after the former middle school counselor was convicted of having sex with a 13-year-old student.
Dinkel was a school counselor at Smoky Valley Middle School Counselor where the victim, a relative of a close family friend, was a student. He was later hired to do some work inside her home and this is where the sexual encounters between the two occurred.
Police where tipped off to the relationship after Dinkel shard intimate details of her sexual encounters with colleagues and friends. She was arrested and face a slew of charges, including 8 other counts of rape and 10 counts of aggravated criminal sodomy.
During her trial in June, she told the court that the 13-year-old had raped her, but the sexual encounters continued because she said the boy was blackmailing her. As you can imagine, that defense didn’t go over to well with the jury.
They ended up finding her guilty of two counts of rape.…
FRESNO, CA – The 23-year-old Fresno State student who got busted having sex with a sheep on campus is blaming his behavior on being stressed over exams.
According to reports, a female student heard noises coming from a barn at the Fresno Sheep Unit, which houses about 100 female sheep for breeding.
She contacted University police who, upon investigating, found a fifth year computer engineering student with his pants down on top of one of the ewe’s.
The student first said he was just wrestling with the sheep, then admitted to his crime after police pointed out that it was pretty obvious he’d been fucking the thing.
The student said he was stressed over midterms and had gotten drunk. He claims he went to the barn, not to have sex with a sheep, but to beat them in an effort to blow off steam. But then well, you know, one thing lead to another…
The student has been charged with sexual assault of an animal and has since been released from jail.…
FRESNO, CA – A lot of “debate” going regarding a story out of California where a mother has filed a legal claim against the former teacher of her developmentally disabled girl for putting the girl in an enclosure that the mother calls a cage.
Ledelldra Brooks says when she showed up unannounced to her 7-year-old daughter’s classroom at Viking Elementary School, she found her daughter wearing a dirty diaper inside a makeshift enclosure made from a toddler gate and a crib gate that were attached to bookshelves.
Not happy with the situation, Brooks immediately took her daughter out of the classroom, notified the school’s principal and called police. A teacher’s aide explained to the responding investigators that the girl was one of seven children in the classroom and that the enclosure, which had been there for three years, was not used for punishment.
The aide said students were put in the gated area when they were out of control or posed a risk to themselves and classmates. In the case of Brooks’ daughter, the girl had been disruptive in class and had scratched one of the aides.…
KENNER, LA – Police say two Destrehan High School English teachers decided to throw away their careers, relationships, reputations and possible freedom all so they could take turns sitting on some 16-year-old dick.
Kenner Police Chief Michael Glaser says the two teachers, 32-year-old Shelley Dufresne and 24-year-old Rachel Respess, met with the student after a football game on September 12th, then drove to Respess’ home where they participated in a threesome that lasted until the early morning hours.
Regular readers of DD know we’ve reported on a slew of women having sex with their students, to the point that I get sick of writing them up. The obvious difference with this particular story is that it involves two teachers at the same time.
You are probably wondering, like I was, how in the hell does a scenario like this happen? How do two teachers at the same school end up having sex with the same student at the same time? It’s simple, really; word of mouth combined with a severe lack of judgement.…
WEST MILFORD, NJ — In more “horrifying ways I never want to die” news, 22-year-old Daten Patel was possibly killed by a black bear while hiking with friends in New Jersey’s Apshawa Preserve.
Patel was with a group of five men hiking through the 576-acre wooded area when they were confronted by a 300-pound black bear. When the bear began stalking them, the group scattered in different directions.
Four of the men were able to regroup, but were unable to find Patel. Two hours after calling police, the West Milford Search and Rescue team found Patel’s body being guarded by the bear.
“Evidence at the scene indicated that the victim had been attacked by a bear,” West Milford Police Chief Timothy C. Storbeck said.
Multiple attempts were made to scare the bear away, but the bear had to be euthanized. The bear’s body was taken to a state lab where it will be examined for clues as to why it pursued the group.
Kelcey Burguess, principal biologist and leader of the state Division of Fish and Wildlife’s black bear project, said the bear could have been predisposed to attack but was probably just looking for food.…
Two hours after classes ended on Friday, Nash approached his teacher and put his arm around her. When she rebuked his advances, Nash body-slammed her to the ground, choked her until she was unconscious, then raped her.
By the time the teacher regained consciousness and called police, Nash had already left the scene. He’d also put a used condom in her purse, threw her cell phone in the trash and took her car keys.
Police would locate him five hours later driving the teacher’s car. Once in custody, Nash admitted he sexually assaulted the teacher. Nash has been charged with attempted first degree murder, sexual battery, robbery and grand theft.
Nash’s father, Victor Marshall Nash Sr., said that he was ‘shocked’ to hear his son had been accused of raping his teacher, adding that he and his mother “tried to raise him as both loving parents.” Nash Sr.…
MILWAUKEE, WI — The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee fraternity investigated over sexual assault claims last year, has been suspended after accusations of using a potential date rape drug at a party full of underage kids.
Last Friday, Tau Kappa Epsilon held a party at their off-campus frat house. For $8 you could also receive an access card that would allow you to get free drinks. The catch, according to one girl at the party who ended up at the hospital, “you have to be hot” to get one.
A few hours into the party, campus police responded to reports of people at the party being so drunk that they were unable to walk and were vomiting. Police would find 42 kids under the age of 21 in the basement with either red or black X’s marked on their hands. The fraternity would not explain to police what the X’s meant.
Three women and a male at the party would end up taking a trip to the hospital where, according to a search warrant, one of the girls told police that after consuming some of a drink given to her by a frat member “she had a weird feeling and sensation prior to blacking out which she had never felt before.”
Another girl said she blacked out 30 minutes after someone poured her a drink then moved “the cup under the bar out of sight; after a few moments the male pulled the cup back on top of the bar and gave her the mixed drink.”
The male said he got sick shortly after taking sips from a drink given to one of the girls.…
