Posen, IL- Like many of the stories we see here on the DD, this story has its share of WTF’s. After only a few hours of rest and having sore muscles from moving shit that’s not mine, I’m feeling kind of lazy this morning, so I’ll keep it short and just allow you all to insert the WTF’s where needed. The grandfather of 22-month old Yvette Palacios said his son was always suspicious of the babysitter, Natalia Pineda, and her boyfriend, Juan Melendez-Reynoso, and that his son argued with Yvette’s mom about it, but the mom was the boss. On at least one occasion, Pineda refused to open the door the toddler’s family while the girl was in her care.

On May 24, Yvette’s mother decided to have a night out and went dancing. She left her Yvette and her two older brothers, a 3-year old and a 4-year old, with their long-time babysitter, Natalia Pineda. Sometime that evening, little Yvette soiled her diaper and began to cry. Pineda’s boyfriend, Juan Melendez-Reynoso, got pissed off , removed the soiled diaper from the child, and suffocated her with it. Instead of telling the truth, Pineda first told the police that Yvette bad been jumping on her bed, fell off and hit her head, but there was no evidence of a fatal fall. She also said that Melendez-Reynoso had helped her try to revive the girl in the shower.

At first, authorities believed there was strong evidence that a badly bruised girl was raped before she was killed, but autopsy results revealed no conclusive signs of sexual abuse. Juan Melendez-Reynoso was charged with first-degree murder and because he is an illegal resident from Mexico, which makes him a flight risk, his bail was denied. The DCFS has taken Melendez-Reynoso’s child into care. Oh, and that bitch of a babysitter, Pineda? She has not been charged with anything, yet.

Albuquerque, New Mexico–On March 15, a mother found the body of a boy buried under the swings of Alvarado Park. For days the police asked the public for any information that could help not only identify the boy, but also aid in piecing together the puzzle of how a young boy ends up buried in the sand of a public park. A composite of the boy was released as well as pictures of the clothes he was wearing. Now the identity of the boy has been discovered, as well as his murderer. What happened to that boy was a bit more heinous than I could have imagined.

The boy is 3-year-old is Ty Toribio and his murderer is his own mother, Tiffany Toribio. Police arrested the 23-year-old woman after family members contacted them stating that the description of the boy on the news matched the description of her son. She confessed to killing her son, and the story she told was pretty heartbreaking.

Toribio and her son were kicked out of a friends house in the early morning hours of May 15. She and Ty went to the nearby Alvarado Park where the two lay down in the sand after the sprinkler system shut off. Once Ty fell asleep, police say that Toribio decided that she did not want Ty growing up like she did – unwanted. So using her hands, she covered his mouth and nose and suffocated him. But then she did something absolutely unbelievable. Racked with guilt, she used CPR to revive him. Once he began breathing, she changed her mind and killed him again. She then buried him under the climbing gym’s hanging bridge.

“What makes this story especially sad was when asked the reason why she took Ty’s life, Tiffany said that she did not want him to grow up with no one caring about him the same way that she had grown up with no one caring about her,” said Police Chief Ray Schultz.

It is being reported that she has attempted suicide while in jail. She is a single mother with no record who had recently been kicked out of her mother’s home and her friend’s apartment, reportedly she withheld affection from Ty and did not pay attention to him. Julie Gonzalez, who lives near the park, said the boy’s mother was “always partying”.

Carlos Fernandez and Luis Reyes, Jr.

New Port Richey, FL–Carlos Fernandez, 15, and Luis Reyes, Jr., 14, are a couple of real bad-ass little boys. Not only are they thieving little fuckers, robbing homes and businesses in their neighborhood, they are also rapists. These little assholes beat, raped, and robbed an 89-year-old woman.

Authorities believe Fernandez, Reyes, and their 16-year-old partner in crime, Sean Michael Maus, broke into the woman’s home on April 2nd. Maus had done some odd jobs for the woman in the past, and may have considered her an easy victim. The terrible trio ripped off $84, a flashlight, some snack food, and the woman’s car. The car was later recovered.

Fernandez and Reyes weren’t done with the woman yet. They returned to her home early Wednesday morning, this time wearing masks. They beat the woman as she laid in her bed, raped her, and tried to smother her with a pillow. When she tried to fight back by kicking one of the assailants in the nuts, they beat her even harder. They ransacked her house and took off. The victim was later treated for her injuries at a local hospital and released.

Maus gave up the names of his partners after being interrogated for three hours. Detectives are still trying to determine if Maus was involved in the assault and rape of the woman. He was arrested Wednesday and charged with grand theft auto and burglary.

Carlos Fernandez and Luis Reyes, Jr., confessed to the crimes and both are facing charges of attempted first degree murder, sexual battery, grand theft auto and burglary. They are both being charged as adults. The two have also been charged in connection to recent burglaries at Georgia’s Smoke Shop and Jasmine Discount Beverage in Port Richey. Nice kids…your mommas must be so proud!

Timothy Danielson

O’Fallon, MO–Wow…Timothy looks really scared in that mug shot, doesn’t he? Looks like he might bust out bawling at any second. And for good reason. He killed his 5-month-old son, Ayden Harley.

On January 15, Timothy Danielson, 24, called 911 to report that his son wasn’t breathing. Little Ayden was rushed to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, where he was pronounced dead early Friday morning. Doctors noticed injuries consistent with physical abuse and the authorities were brought in.

In an interview with police, Danielson admitted to purposely harming Ayden by ‘restricting his breathing’. A nice way of saying the asshole smothered his child. He admitted to previous abuse of the child as well. In fact, a couple of witnesses came forward and stated that they had witnessed Danielson punching the child in the stomach in the past couple of months. They also said that Danielson would squeeze the baby tightly in anger. Police said that two of the baby’s relatives were present when the baby was injured.

Now…let’s back the fuck up for a minute. It’s bad enough that the child’s father abused and smothered him, no doubt. But, there were witnesses to previous abuse and nobody said a word until now? Nobody did anything after watching Ayden get punched in the gut by his father? Nobody? And these asswipes were related to the baby? Where was Ayden’s mother? Was she one of the witnesses? I do believe that there should be two more mug shots up there with Danielson’s.

Timothy Danielson did say he was sorry though. He realizes that he shouldn’t have taken his anger out on his son. Oooh, well in that case, all is forgiven, right? Wrong! Danielson is being held on $500,000 bond and is facing charges of second-degree murder. The charge doesn’t seem to fit the crime and I’m hoping that they slap a first-degree murder charge on him.

Danielson just completed nearly a year of probation in December, after being arrested for violation of an order of protection. He was arrested on that charge in May of 2007, entered a guilty plea in March of 2008, and placed on probation. There are no other details. On another note, those ears of his are gonna make mighty fine handles in the big house. Enjoy your stay Timothy.

Port St. Lucie, FL–Not only is 31-year-old Eryn Allegra a selfish bitch, she’s a cold-hearted bitch. She planned and carried out the murder of her 8-year-old son, Tristan Allegra. She took away his life in the early morning hours of Christmas day in what authorities are calling a botched murder-suicide.

Eryn was unemployed and broke. She lost her home last year to foreclosure. She’d been struggling financially for quite some time. She had been contemplating suicide for months. She just didn’t feel like living any more. The only problem was, she didn’t want to leave her son behind. So, she started to plan his death.

Eryn made a reservation at a local Holiday Inn a week prior to Christmas. She treated Tristan to one last dinner on Christmas Eve. She somehow managed to convince him to swallow eight Advil tablets. She wasn’t sure whether or not that dosage of pain reliever would kill her son, so she had a back-up plan in place.

A couple hours after Tristan fell asleep, Eryn smothered him. She took a pillow in her right hand, his head in her left hand, and she pushed that pillow into his face. For 15 minutes she had that pillow smashed into his face. Tristan didn’t sleep through the whole attack, survival instinct kicked in and he started to resist. She watched as her son struggled to breathe. She watched his legs kicking and his arms flailing. Eryn ‘wanted to make sure that Tristan was not going to wake up and have some type of disability due to the amount of medications she gave him.’ Oh, how fuckin’ considerate.

After making sure that Tristan was good and dead, Eryn says she made her way into the bathroom where she tried to slit her wrists. The razor blades were too dull. Well shit, so much for murder-suicide! She called 911. Eryn was taken to St. Lucie Medical Center, where she was treated for minor cuts to her wrists and arms. She didn’t put nearly as much energy into her own death as she did her child’s.

After her release from the hospital, Eryn Allegra was booked into St. Lucie County Jail and charged with first-degree murder.

There were many people who would have stepped up to care for Tristan. Eryn’s relatives wanted to spend time with Tristan…they begged her to allow them visits with him. Tristan’s father, Michael Allegra, was scheduled to be released from jail this week. He had been serving time for a probation violation on a  drug charge.

She had other avenues, other choices. And I don’t believe for one minute that she was going to commit suicide. If she had the balls to watch her son die, by her own hand, right in front of her eyes, she should have had the balls to keep working those razor blades. Bitch. Tristan didn’t deserve that.

Kimberly Kelley (Myspace) and her son, Nathan Eric Wisniewski

Hobart, IN  - Kimberly Kelley, 30, is charged with murdering her three-month-old son, Nathan Wisniewski, on November 13.   And there is suspicion that Nathan may not be the first of Kelley’s babies to be killed.  Baby Nathan was pronounced dead at 5:30 a.m. last Thursday, after Kelley’s new boyfriend, Kent Kreisher, called police to their home to report that Nathan wasn’t breathing. 

When emergency responders arrived, they found that little Nathan hadn’t been breathing for quite some time.  His tiny body was stiff with rigor.  Nathan Wisniewski had been dead for at least four hours.

Earlier that morning, Kimberly Kelley had drunk-dialed Nathan’s father, Keith Wisniewski.  Keith, a local gym owner and MMA fighter, had evicted Kimberly in early November and had been granted temporary custody of Nathan, who was born July 28.   Kelley had picked up Nathan on Wednesday morning for a visit.  She’d had the baby with her all day.

Kelley reportedly put baby Nathan down in his bassinet to sleep about 7:30 Wednesday evening.  She then began drinking with Kreisher and their roommate David Kish.  The three drank steadily until about 8:30, when the guys went to a bar.  They left Kelley and her baby son at home until around 11:00 that night, when Kreisher and Kish got home.

At about 4:00 in the morning, a very drunk Kimberly Kelley dialed up Keith Wisniewski.  She told him that four years ago, she’d had a baby girl.  Alexis was born prematurely, Kelley said, and had died of a ruptured intestine.  When the doctors realized they couldn’t save Alexis, Kelley withdrew life support.  Her baby girl had died in her arms.  She told Keith that he didn’t know what it was like to lose a child.  She was distraught over the custody ruling, and said, “With no fault of mine, if Nathan died tonight, you don’t know what it would feel like.”  I think that’s drunkspeak for “you’re about to find out.”

Keith Wisniewski said that he talked Kimberly Kelley down and got her to agree to bring Nathan the few blocks back to his place.  An hour later, Kelley hadn’t shown up.  Instead, she woke up Kent Kreishner.  By that time, Nathan was dead.  In fact, the baby was almost certainly dead well before Kimberly Kelley made that phone call to Keith.

An autopsy showed that little Nathan had been in his bassinet, face down.  He’d been pushed into his mattress so hard that it first appeared the baby boy had been squeezed to death.  An embroidered logo on his sleeper imprinted in his tiny chest from the pressure, and left a bruise in the exact shape of the embroidery.  Cause of death was ruled homicide by intentional asphyxiation.  Kimberly Kelley had suffocated her baby.

Authorities are now planning to reopen the case files in the death of Kelley’s daughter Alexis.  After all, a ruptured intestine could very easily have been caused by the same type of pressure that killed Nathan Wisniewski.  I haven’t seen Alexis’ medical reports, so I won’t accuse Kimberly Kelley of murdering her daughter just yet.  But I will be following this case.  It seems quite possible that Kelley may have gotten away with infanticide once – and decided to try it again.

Investigators arrested Kimberly Kelley and have charged her with murder, neglect of a dependent and battery.  She is being held without bond at the Lake County Jail.  Nathan Eric Wisniewski was buried on Monday.  Rest in peace, little guy.

Fountain, FL – Stephanie Collins is 26; she and her 9-year-old son live with her parents. She found out earlier this year that she was pregnant and was unenthused at the notion of having another child. However, she’d had an abortion before and didn’t care to repeat the experience. So Stephanie came up with a plan. And this past weekend, Stephanie’s mother went out behind the house to take out the trash. When she opened the garbage can, she found the dead body of the grandbaby she didn’t even know she had.

What Stephanie Collins did upon discovering the impending arrival of an unwanted child was attempt to hide her pregnancy from everyone around her, a feat she managed successfully. And so, when the time came, she took herself into the bathroom and delivered what seems to be a perfectly healthy baby.

Like other states, Florida has a Safe Haven law. In fact, in comparison to laws in other states, Florida’s is quite generous. In Florida, you have seven days to take a newborn to any hospital, fire station, or EMS station and leave that infant without having any questions asked.

According to investigators, Stephanie Collins admitted that she was aware of her state’s Safe Haven law, and she admitted that she contemplated making use of the leeway provided by this law. However, when she got right down to it, she decided, nah, she’d go ahead with her original “plan.” So she killed her baby (by smothering it), put it in a plastic bag, and threw it in the trash.

And so, some hours later, Stephanie’s mother found the corpse of the little one and rushed it and her daughter to the hospital. Of course, the baby was pronounced dead on arrival. Stephanie Collins was released from the hospital Monday and was taken into custody. She is being charged with murder.

Allentown, PA–Let’s face it, we’ve all been jealous at one point or another, right? It’s all a part of being human. 21-year-old Ryan Junglas was feeling jealous. He felt slighted when he wasn’t getting the attention he felt he deserved. He reacted in violence and anger toward his rival for affection. The big, bad rival making Junglas feel bad? A 2-month-old baby boy.

Details are sketchy on this one, but it seems Junglas was arrested on Monday for attempting to kill an infant. Junglas admitted to the abuse. He stated to authorities that he wanted to kill the baby because he was jealous of all the attention the child was receiving. Those pesky little babies, always acting all defenseless and demanding attention. How dare they?

Beginning sometime in mid-August and continuing through October 24th, Junglas really worked that baby over. He punched him, head butted him, bit his ankle, tried to suffocate him with a pillow, threw him down in his crib, and twisted his testicles. I think it takes a pretty sick and twisted sub-human to twist a baby’s testes. On top of all that, he also admitted to shaking the baby about five times a week, for three weeks…five minutes at a time. W.T.F.

The infant is said to have fractures and other injuries. One doctor who examined him said he suspects brain damage, but further testing is necessary to make that determination.

Jealous Junglas is now sitting in Lehigh County Jail facing charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and simple assault. He is being held without bond.

Who does this baby belong to? Is Junglas the sperm donor or just the latest penis? How did the abuse go unnoticed for so long? I wish I had the answers to those questions. So far, none of that information has been released. I will update when more information becomes available.

Spokane, WA – Meet Shane Nickerson. He’s a good looking guy with aspirations to be a song writer and rap artist. According to his myspace, he wants to change everyone’s life with his music. Well, at 20 he has achieved that goal for at least one person in the world – but not with his music, and not in a good way. You see, our boy Shane here is an alleged baby raper.

Shane recently broke up with a girlfriend in July, but wasted no time getting a brand new one by August. This new girlfriend also happens to be the mother of a 9 month old baby boy. On Saturday, Shane being the good boyfriend he is, offered to watch the baby so that his girlfriend could sleep in.

Unfortunately, her sleep was interrupted when Shane woke her up to report that the baby was unresponsive. The baby’s mother noticed the child didn’t look well and wanted to take him to the hospital. Shane agreed that he should go, but was reluctant to accompany her. Hmmm…I wonder why…

At the hospital, the doctors noticed the baby had been sexually assaulted as well as had suffered a variety of other abuse related injuries.

So, you might be wondering how this mother could have slept through the rape of her infant? My guess is she probably could not hear his screams since he was also being smothered with a pillow. Yeah, this dickweed raped this tiny baby and smothered him with a pillow.

I’m sure someone will come on here commenting that we should be grateful that this child is still alive and was not murdered by this sick fuck. You’ll have to excuse me if I say fuck that. He is currently in critical condition at Sacred Heart Medical Center and has suffered serious brain damage in addition to the physical damage from the rape. I get very little comfort from that.

Good going Shane, you changed someone’s life forever. I only hope you receive the same life changing experience in prison…over and over again.

And like always, ladies QUIT letting your penis of the week watch your babies. They don’t care about your kid – especially if you have been dating less than a month.

William Reed and Kathryn Turner

Indianapolis, IN – March 19, 2008 was Kimberly Faith Reed’s last day. The seven-month-old baby girl, called “Faith” by her family, was put down for a nap and never woke up again. Two months later, her parents have been arrested in connection with baby Faith’s death. William Reed, 35, and Kathryn Turner, 32, are in jail today pending a court hearing tomorrow.

According to the probable cause affidavit, baby Faith was found dead on the afternoon of March 19 by her four-year-old sister. The little girl had gone to check on the baby, who had been placed on a bed to nap in Reed and Turner’s bedroom. The four-year-old found her baby sister on the floor, a black plastic trash bag over her nose and mouth.

Toxicology reports released last week show that baby Faith’s bottle had a good-sized shot of alcohol in it, and the baby was drunk when she died. Obviously a seven-month-old infant isn’t coordinated enough to unlock the liquor cabinet on her own, so parental involvement was immediately suspected. Especially since both parents have a history of drug and alcohol problems.

And get this – Kathryn Turner was investigated by the Department of Child Services in 2007 because Faith was born with marijuana and cocaine in her system. And in in April 2007, another report was opened on Kathryn Turner and William Reed because of the nasty living conditions in their home. Obviously it wasn’t cleaned up, since their baby was able to roll off a bed in a drunken stupor and end up with a black trash bag over her head.

If that’s even what happened. What are the odds that an infant, already drunk on her alcohol-laced bottle, would roll off the bed, not thump or make a noise to alert someone, and manage to suffocate herself on a trash bag? I’m having a hard time buying that one. After Kimberly Faith’s death, the other two children in the home were removed by DCS and remain in foster care or with family members.

William Reed and Kathryn Turner are in the Marion County Jail, each charged with felony child neglect. They are each being held on $100,000 bond.

Dravosburg, PA – Joseph Jerome Williams, 35, has a temper control problem.  On Thursday morning, police say, he beat his two-year-old child in front of witnesses, then grabbed the child and ran with him to a back bedroom, where he tried to smother the child with a pillow.   Williams told police he was stressed out, but then told the press  ” I love my son.  I wouldn’t hurt my son.”   Except for the beating part and that pillow you held over his face, you bastard.  

Williams, his wife, a cousin and the baby were in the family’s home at about 2:30 a.m. and his son started crying.  According to the criminal complaint, the cousin told police that Williams picked up his son to calm him down, at which point the baby vomited all over his dad.  Williams did not take well to being vomited on and began slapping the toddler repeatedly on the stomach with an open hand, and then flipped him over and started beating the boy’s back.

The witness said he and the  baby’s mother were trying to get Williams to stop beating the child and calm down, but he wasn’t having any, so the cousin and the baby’s mama followed Williams, who was carrying the child, and his son into the bedroom.  Williams got the door shut and locked on them, and the cousin had to force the door to get inside.   The cousin said he saw the toddler boy on the bed, and Williams holding a pillow over the child’s face.  The mother ran for the phone and called 911.

Joseph Jerome Williams is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child. He remains in custody on $10,000 bond.

Maine Township, IL – Thursday morning started with Elmyr Lawson, 37, dropping his wife Geraldine at work. He kissed her goodbye and wished her a happy seventh wedding anniversary. When Geraldine Lawson talked to her family at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening, everything seemed fine. Geraldine talked to five-year-old Kae Cassandra, called “Kae C”, and the child was happy. Geraldine reminded Elmyr that he needed to leave their condo soon to pick her up from her twelve-hour nursing shift.

When 8 p.m. rolled around, Elmyr Lawson wasn’t there to pick up Geraldine. He wasn’t there at 9 p.m. either. By 10:00 p.m., Geraldine Lawson was sick of waiting and got a ride home, where she found the unthinkable: Kae Cassandra, the couple’s only child was lying alone on the floor, not breathing. Elmyr was gone.

Within the hour, little Kae C. was pronounced dead. And in another hour, police located Elmyr Lawson sitting in his car in a parking lot. During an interview Lawson told authorities he became angry when his daughter “made a mess” with her toys. On video, Lawson demonstrated how he grabbed Kae C. from behind, put a towel over her face and held it there for ten minutes, leaning on the small child, pushing his body weight onto her as he held his hand over her face with the towel.

Elmyr Lawson is a phlebotomist who hasn’t worked in over a year. He was staying home with Kae C. while Geralidne worked two jobs, one as a nurse. Lawson has no previous criminal record, and there is no record of any police or DFS calls to the home. Basically, he was fine one minute, and the next he was killing his daughter. Only one issue seemed to stick out as a reason: that Elmyr Lawson really likes a clean house.

Attorneys in court for a bond hearing on Saturday argued that Lawson needs hospitalization due to myriad mental conditions, some treated, some not. Kae C’s death has been ruled homicide by suffocation, and Elmyr Lawson is being held without bond in the Cook County Jail, where he has been authorized to receive hospital-level treatment while awaiting his next hearing on March 11.
