If any of the kids resisted or denied their requests, Henry would fire his gun into a kitchen wall. No one knows how much further things would have gone, but after an hour, a third man showed up at the house and lucky for the kids, he was one of the good guys. He knew the other two men and took them outside where they talked for a bit. He then came back alone and told the kids to get dressed and to get out of there as fast as they could.

Henry and Britt have both been charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, sexual battery, promoting the sexual activity of a victim under 16, aggravated assault and armed burglary. Henry has an additional charge of witness tampering for allegedly threatening the teens. Henry’s lawyer says that his client is completely innocent and has an alibi – even though the victims are the ones who recognized him from the neighborhood and directed police to the house he stayed at.

I’ve told this story before, but once when me and my friends were riding bikes in some neighborhood woods, an older guy was there and to make a long story short, he was combing his pubic hairs with a comb. Standing in the woods, he had his pants down to his knees and was combing his pubes. He tried telling us that it felt great and we should do it too. One of our friends – who we never let live it down – obliged. He hopped off his bike, pulled down his pants and began combing his pubes as well. I don’t remember if they shared the comb. Anyway, the rest of us laughed, called them fags and pedaled away – the older kid looking really, really pissed (he later became a cop).

But had that guy pointed a gun at my face and told me to comb my pubes? My pants would have been at my ankles and I would have been combing my pubes so fast it would have looked like I was shearing a sheep. Had he asked my to perform sex acts on one of my friends? Well, guess I would be one of the straight guys who knows what a dick tastes like. So I guess I am saying I hate that it happened to those kids, but at that age most would have done the same damn thing under the threat of dying. The fear of death makes people do all kinds of shit they would never do without it…much worse shit, in fact. I do hope these kids are able to get over what happened to them and don’t beat themselves up over it.

As you can see by the mugshot, the family landed in some pretty good shots. The girl was taken to the Children’s Home Society where her injuries were described as “genital trauma”. McDonald later told investigators that the voices told him to go to that house and ask for a ride out of town. They then told him to sit on the couch beside the sleeping girl but he resisted their demands that he have sex with her. So he left the house, only to return back and assault her. McDonald admitted to molesting the girl as well as performing oral sex. He also told them that he would have had intercourse with her had the aunt not walked in. He was arrested and charged with three counts of Sexual Battery on a Child under 12 and one count of Burglary with a person assaulted.

I feel one of the aunt’s rage over the incident, as she describes  wanting Erik dead. “Kill him, kill him, kill him, because any man who does that to a child in your own home deserves to be freaking murdered,” the child’s aunt said. “The police walked in with a gun to his head and I was praying that they would freaking pull the trigger.” I know we get a lot of comments on our stories where people say that they would have done this, or they would have done that…none them actually knowing what they really would do in a given situation, but rather just spouting what they think they would do in a given situation. But I promise you if I had walked in on Erik molesting a 2-year-old and I had a machete in my hands? Oh man, Erik would be in for a world of pain as I treated his pedophilia and schizophrenia at the same time. I would have him eating his own dick before someone pressed “1″ on the phone the second time. He would experience a Dr. Morbid Machete Ass Fucking before I shoved the shit-covered blade down his fucking throat and used it like a plunger in a clogged toilet.

I know, I know…maybe not the most humane thing to do. But still, it is a cheaper method of treatment and at least my way can 100 percent guarantee the public that McDonald will never again hear voices, or stick his fingers in another sleeping 2-year-old’s vagina.

A drunken Cottingham began wrestling with the victim on the bed, the young woman doing everything she could to inform Cottingham that her advances were not welcome. Cottingham tried to sweeten the pot by bragging: “I know what I’m doing – I’m better than a man.” Prosecutors state that Cottingham got the vicims shorts and underwear off and grabbed her by the throat. Whenever she would try to resist, Cottingham would start choking her. The more the young woman resisted, the more forceful Cottingham got. Finally, Cottingham began performing a sex act on the woman. The court heard that Cottingham eventually said: “If you’re not comfortable with this, I’ll stop.” By this time the victim was subdued and told her it was “too late for that.” Not sure if she was better than a man, but she echoed one when she fell asleep after she was done.

She was arrested shortly afterward and charged with the sexual assault. She told police that what had happened was between two consenting yet very drunk adults. She also admitted that she really wasn’t too clear about what happened that night. On the first day of her trial this past January, she decided to plead guilty to the charges. Her attorney tried to get the judge to suspend a prison sentence, informing the court that Cottingham had suffered enough. She was fired from her job, and because of the publicity she has had trouble keeping employment and may have to file for bankruptcy. But luckily the judge didn’t give a shit. Judge Ian Karsten said that had this been a man who had assulted the woman, everyone would say “he has got to go down”.  He also added that this  was a horrid attack and the victim has suffered long-term serious effects because of the attack.

The judge did acknowledge that he believed had she not been drunk, that she would have never attacked the victim but tough shit – you were, and you did. He then sentenced her to 12-months in jail while her husband, who she just married last week, wept openly in court.

Boyer actually hung around for the police to arrive; I’d like to think the girl’s father was standing there with a baseball bat, but maybe Boyer figured once he offered the old “But-I-thought-she-was-18!” excuse, everyone would laugh about a silly mistake and he’d be on his way. Alas, they put his ass is in the Utah County Jail. He’s facing charges of object rape and forcible sodomy, enticing a minor on the Internet, and lewdness with a child.

According to police, Boyer didn’t offer an explanation for bringing his son along but merely indicated he is the boy’s sole caretaker. Police also suggested that the boy was “extremely emotionally disturbed” by the experience. Ya think?

The Utah Department of Children and Family Services stepped in and is investigating the care the boy has been receiving. In the meantime, the 11-year-old was released to his grandmother.

What kind of humans indeed- as the victim dragged herself from the ground, she even asked a passing pedestrian to use his cell phone to call for help, who kept on walking. To top this horrific story off, the victim is a resident of an Ohio group home, as she is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and Asperger’s syndrome. The police were able to catch Anferney at his house, were he confessed to and was arrested for rape and robbery. Anferney may be the perpetrator of this crime, but every single person who drove or walked by and did nothing as a woman was raped right in front of them is guilty as well!

These women were all sexually assaulted and strangled. The killings took place during the reigns of other serial killers – the Hillside Strangler and the Freeway Killer. At one point, at least one of these murders was thought to belong to the Hillside Strangler. Now, DNA proves that to be mistaken. Police in New York suspect Alcala of killing at least two women there. One body was found in 1977 within feet of a spot where a woman posed for Alcala, an amateur photographer. It appears the only reason Alcala stopped killing was because he got caught when he killed Robin Samsoe.

Samsoe disappeared from a beach in June 1979. She was playing with a friend when a man, later identified as Alcala, approached them and asked to take their picture.  Later, Samsoe left on her friend’s bicycle for ballet class. She was never seen alive again. Samsoe’s mutilated body was found 12 days later in the Angeles National Forest by a forestry worker. It was so badly decomposed that it was impossible to determine cause of death or if she had been sexually assaulted. Another forestry worker had seen a man near a car like Alcala’s pushing a blonde girl toward a stream bed on the day Samsoe disappeared. She did not report this until after the girl’s body was found and she did not testify at the second trial because she claimed to have amnesia!  Thanks, bitch!

The only positive thing in this mess is that Alcala has remained behind bars since his original conviction. In an obvious ploy to drag this out and torture the families as long as possible, Alcala petitioned the court to represent himself in this matter. Some surviving family members believe he is just playing head games, enjoying himself. As it is likely he will never see the outside of prison, he’s just biding his time and entertaining himself.

Prosecutors from Orange and Angeles Counties will try the case. Opening statements in Alcala’s third trial began on January 11, 2010. An eerie fact in all of this …. In 1979, while on parole for raping and beating an 8-year-old girl, Rodney Alcala appeared on “The Dating Game”!!  Little did these ladies know they were flirting with a serial killer. Creepy!!!

Robin Samsoe

I looked for this video everywhere when it was first reported that he had appeared on the Dating Game, to no avail. But now the video is out, so enjoy:

Christine’s sister, Jennifer Tardy, now has custody of the 14-year girl and is glad this is happening to her sister. She states that Christine has always put whatever man she was seeing before her children, and that Christine has a long history of child abuse and neglect regarding her four children. Christine and John met online and since getting married in May, the oldest daughter says she stays drunk and rations their food. Court papers reveal that Christine was investigated for child abuse and neglect in Maine, Rhode Island and now Connecticut. Each time she moved the cases never followed her. Tardy also added that the condition of the one year old is the same in which she found her older niece 13 years ago.

And keep in mind, these current allegations are coming from the 14-year-old daughter and Christine’s sister. But Officer David Radford II said he and a social worker visited the Berkery home in August and found the infant trying to drink from a bottle that contained a moldy substance and wearing a diaper that was “over-full with feces and urine.” The Berkery’s are denying any wrong-doing. Anyone else remembering that old saying about something walking and quacking like something?
