SAN DIEGO, CA – Two 16-year-old boys have pleaded not guilty to raping two teenage girls at knife-point in a San Diego park.
Leonel Contreras and William Rodriguez, both in the country illegally (Dun Dun DUN!), have been charged with 16 felony charges, including kidnapping, rape, sodomy and oral copulation. They were charged as adults and could face 325 years to life behind bars if convicted.
Police say that two girls, ages 15 and 16, had been attending a family birthday party on Sept 3 and walked to a nearby park at around 8:15 p.m.
Prosecutors claim that after walking by Contreras and Rodriguez, who they did not know, the two boys came up from behind and immediately ordered the girls into a secluded area.
There the two boys sexually assaulted the girls at knife-point for 30 to 40 minutes. ”This included every kind of rape you could imagine,” the prosecutor told the judge.
They only stopped their assault when some of the girls’ family members began calling their names. As the accused rode off on a bicycle, they told the girls not to scream or they would come back and hurt them.…

DUBLIN, Ohio — Let me apologize upfront for the obscene visual of a mother performing sexual acts on her 10-month-old son that I just now put in your head, but that’s exactly what the news is reporting one Ohio woman did — in front of a camera.
Police say that on August 30, 24-year-old Ashley Jessup recorded herself performing sexual acts on her baby, then sent the video to her boyfriend in Michigan.
That man’s former girlfriend found the video and contacted police who arrested Jessup the next day. Police say she did admit to the crime.
She’s now facing life in prison if convicted on two counts of rape, one count of endangering children and one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
Spontaneous applause from strangers broke out in the courtroom after the charges against her were read.
She’ll be back in court on Monday for her arraignment so I’m sure we will have more details then.
Police are also reviewing the information to see if there will be any charges filed against the boyfriend, who already has had some equipment seized from his home.…

Homewood, Ill — The man accused of stabbing his 3-year-old son to death after raping the boy’s mother and tossing her out a window has been ordered held without bond.
Police say that last Friday, 27-year-old Gregory Sandifer raped his girlfriend, 25-year-old Margaret Jefferson, at knifepoint. Afterwards, he stabbed her multiples times in the chest, neck and arms. Sandifer then began beating her, then hit her with her a television before pushing her out a second-floor window.
Still alive, Jefferson began screaming for help.
“There wasn’t any part of her body that wasn’t covered with blood. She was practically naked,” neighbor Kathy Perez told the Tribune. “She kept asking (police) to go get (her) baby. ‘He’s gonna kill my baby.’”
Still inside the apartment, Sandifer allegedly grabbed a carving knife and murdered his 3-year-old son, Jaivon Sandifer, by stabbing him 10 times in the torso, neck and arms as he lay in his bed. One of these wounds was a 14-centimeter stab wound on the back of the boy’s neck.
Witnesses then watched as Sandifer jumped from the second floor porch and landed in the yard of the house next door.…

LAS VEGAS , NV – Police say 19-year-old Javier Righetti admitted to stalking 15-year-old Alyssa Otremba, raping her, then stabbing her over 40 times before setting her body on fire.
Otremba was last heard from on Friday evening while walking home from a friend’s house. She texted her mother, informing her she would be home in 30 minutes and that her phone was dying. When she did not return home, Otremba’s mother began searching the neighborhood for her before calling police.
The next day, Otremba’s charred body was found in a desert area near her home. Autopsy reports show she was stabbed more than 40 times in the face, neck, chest, stomach and thighs.
On Monday, police would get a call from 18-year-old Elizabeth Morales who told them she had some information regarding Otremba’s murder. She told police that on Friday night her boyfriend, 19-year-old Daniel Ortiz, received several phone calls from a very upset Righetti.
“Ortiz told Morales that Righetti wanted Ortiz to come help him,” police wrote in their report.…
North Bend, OH — Marshall Sheldon, 59, is behind bars after police say he raped a 17-year-old girl he caught stealing scrap metal last Wednesday.
According to court documents, Sheldon, who lives in a converted Greyhound bus on the premises of the scrap yard, grabbed the girl by the arm and told her that unless she “did something for him,” he was going to call the police and have her arrested for theft.
The girl told police Sheldon began fumbling at her buttons, but she resisted. Sooo, opportunistic gentleman that he is, Sheldon then reportedly offered her another option – oral sex. The girl said she complied and left the scrap yard afterwards.
A short time later, the girl returned with her mother. Armed with some kind of tools, the teen and her mother went after Sheldon, who promptly locked himself inside his bus/trailer and called 911. The girl and her mother can be heard screaming and beating the bus in the background of that 911 call, police said.
When questioned, Sheldon reportedly admitted to the allegations and was booked on charges of felony rape.…

Phoenix, AZ - James Stark, 58, experienced the business end of the Arizona justice system when he was sentenced last week to 7-consecutive life sentences – and an additional 102.5 years in prison – for molesting his granddaughter.
Stark was arrested January 2010 after his 8-year-old granddaughter told a family friend of the abuse and that led to a police investigation. Prosecutors said that Stark had been living in the same home as the victim’s family since November 2008. The Buckeye (Arizona) Police Department investigation led by Det. Joseph Kirby established that Stark molested the girl for more than a year. This means that the molestation must have begun almost immediately.
When the victim’s mother learned of the situation – presumably from the family friend – she took the 8-year-old to the Buckeye Police Department. A statement from the Maricopa County attorney said:
In a subsequent forensic interview the 8-year old disclosed the defendant had performed a variety of sexual acts on her. These acts included showing her pornography, teaching her how to masturbate, digital contact, digital penetration and oral-genital contact.…

Houston, Texas – Police say a woman tried to cover-up the sexual assault of her adopted 12-year-old daughter, allegedly raped by her 18-year-old son, by taking the young girl to get an abortion.
CPS started their investigation regarding the girl’s pregnancy after an anonymous tipster informed them 50-year-old Cynthia Greenwood had taken the special needs girl to an abortion clinic.
The caller said that the 12-year-old was 17-weeks pregnant but was too hysterical for the procedure to be performed. Greenwood refused to say how the girl became pregnant and the girl would only tell a CPS employee that an adult had touched her privates.
Two weeks later, Greenwood tried again and took the girl to the Center for Women’s Health in Cleveland, Ohio where an abortion would be performed two days later.
Police would interview Greenwood a couple weeks after that and while she admitted she had taken the girl to have an abortion, she denied knowing how the girl got pregnant. The 12-year-old and her sister were taken from the home by CPS on that same day.…

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. – The rape trial of Joseph Hyungmin Son has is has started in Orange County. You may not recognize the name, but you may recognize him as “Random Task,” the shoe-throwing villain from the film Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.
But seven years before he would star in that film and four years before he would get have his groin treated like a red-headed stepchild during his UFC 4 match with Keith Hackney, it seems 39-year-old Son was up to no good.
Back in 1990, a 20-year-old woman was walking her dog on Christmas Eve, checking out the Christmas lights when Son, along with a second suspect, allegedly dragged the woman into the back of a car, pistol whipped her and raped her repeatedly. Son is also accused of raping the victim with a gun before she was released in Compton naked with her pants tied around her eyes.
This case would remain unsolved until 2008 when a DNA sample Son gave to authorities following a probation violation linked him to the 18-year-old crime.…

New York, NY – According to police, Tara Driscoll, a 33-year-old English teacher at Campus Magnet High School, was arrested after police obtained videotape of her having sex with a 16-year-old student in a motel room.
It’s not being reported that Driscoll ever taught the kid, but he was student at her high school and the tape explicitly shows the two engaged in various sexual activities in a room at the Capri Motel.
Driscoll was arrested after the boy confessed to his mother that he had sex with the teacher. Police seized the tape the pair had made during their session and charged Driscoll with third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act.
Prosecutors allege Driscoll has a history of alcohol abuse and was recently in rehab, but since she is a teacher, she has not been fired and has simply been re-assigned out of the classroom.

East Lancashire, UK - Stephanie Knight, 19, has been convicted of luring two teenage girls with the promise of a night of clubbing that instead became a gang rape by “her boys.” After the promise of a night out, the two 16-year-olds were driven around, provided alcohol, and then brought to an abandoned house.
Knights “boys” – brothers Amjad, 34, and Shahid Hussain, 37, and their cousin Tanveer Butt, 39, (pictured left to right) reportedly raped one of the girls repeatedly throughtout a night in December 2009 while the other teen was held captive. Amjad Hussain then raped both girls as he drove them home, prosecutors told the court.
As a part of her defense, Knight denied there was any agreement for the sexual assaults to take place. The prosecution countered that Knight, whom the girls had known only for about one week, was heard to say “got them” in a mobile phone conversation naming the girls when discussing the evening.
According to the court, Knight said she first met Amjad Hussain six months earlier when he pulled up beside her in the street and asked for her mobile phone number.…

Bakersfield, CA - Despite entering a not guilty plea, bail was denied for a California man charged with raping and beating his own 8 year-old daughter, then leaving her to die.
The girl was initially reported missing from her home around 4 a.m. Wednesday morning. The 911 call placed by the girl’s frantic step-mother can be heard here. She was found walking through a dirt field, roughly ten miles from her home, at 10:30am the same day. The girl, still in her pajamas and barefoot, had been beaten severely. She had also been sexually assaulted, and the extent of those wounds would require surgery. Barf.
“The injuries to the child were such that we believe that he may have been trying to kill her,” said Sheriff Donny Youngblood, “and (he) may have, in fact, thought she was dead when he left.”
When he initially spoke to police, Ray Corriell stated he was on his way to work in West Bakersfield when his daughter went missing. However, police pulled his cellphone records which showed he was in fact in the area where the girl was found.…

Cincinnati, OH — Lenny Love Jr., 29, was arrested for the rape of his six-month-old son earlier this year.

According to authorities, a witness filed the incident report against Love on Thursday, July 1st. He was taken into custody several hours later.
Love reportedly admitted to police that he raped the infant back in March – while fully aware that he was HIV positive.
He has been charged with two counts of rape, one count of felonious assault and one count of possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $600,000.

Florence, AZ – A man convicted of sexually abusing and bludgeoning a 9 year-old girl to death in 1988 was killed by lethal injection at 11:11am this morning at a state prison in Florence.
On June 5, 1988, Rich Wilson and his family arrived at a rented vacation home in Flagstaff. The next morning, his 9 year-old daughter went missing. That evening, Richard Lynn Bible was arrested on charges unrelated to the case. A friend of the Wilson family, Yuma County Sheriff John Phipps, pulled out the big guns in the search for Jennifer Wilson.

GOLDSBORO, NC – On Sunday, police responded to a call at the Busco Beach ATV Park and Campground after someone called and reported the rape of a 19-year-old girl.
They ended up charging 40-year-old Anthony Mancenty Pfaff with second-degree rape but before they took him to jail, they took him to the hospital.
Seems that before they arrived a relative of the victim doled out a bit of North Carolina justice on Pfaff’s face, his injuries captured in his booking photo for everyone to laugh at.

Oklahoma City, OK — Leana Lauck, the skank to the left, and Jennifer Chapman, aka Jennifer Ragland, are both facing charges in connection to the abuse and rape of Lauck’s 3-year-old son.

Lauck was charged with child neglect last week after her son was seen at Children’s Hospital with bruises on his body, an injury to his skull and possible brain injury.
“The scalp was removed, part of it,” said Stacy Felkins, Lauck’s distant cousin.
Felkins further stated that the boy had lye burns on his throat, face and eyes, had been sexually abused, forced to drink bleach and hanged from a ceiling with a dog collar.
“His big sister said, ‘I saw people trying to make him drink stuff, then he went to sleep and I think he’s dead,’” said Felkins.
Lauck may not be responsible for the actual injuries to the child, but according to police, she knew he was “hurt bad” and did jack shit about it.…

Exeter, CA – Earlier this month, Christopher Cheary was arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of three-year-old Sophia Acosta. On Thursday morning he was being taken from the Tulare County Jail to the Visalia Courthouse via an underground tunnel when three other inmates attacked him.
Deputies did not reveal if Cheary was injured or how the fight started, but I’m going to take a wild guess that the other inmates did not particularly like Cheary. Not just because he was accused of killing a child, but because he was also accused of raping and killing a child.
In May, the girl was found unconcious in her room and taken to the hospital where she would die a few days later from head injuries. Cheary claimed he and the girl’s mother were using heroin when 
they heard a noise from the girl’s room. When they went to investigate they found her laying naked on the floor and unresponsive. Cheary told investiagtors he believed the girl had fallen out of bed and hit her head.…
Bells, TN – Not much info on this one, but authorities have reason to believe 24-year-old Molly Jane Roe is responsible for the rape and murder of her boyfriend’s 17-month-old daughter, Maleeya.
According to court documents, Roe is accused of throwing the child, causing her to land head-first on a blunt object. In addition to the severe brain injury the baby toss caused, police say an examination of Maleeya after she was hospitalized revealed bruising to her vaginal area, right hip and left side of her stomach, as well as a bite mark on her back.
Maleeya was flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville on Tuesday and was pronounced dead Saturday night.
Initially charged with aggravated child abuse, Roe is now facing charges of first-degree murder and aggravated rape of a child. She is being held without bond.
Police say neither of the child’s parents were involved in the alleged abuse.…

REFUGIO, TX — Investigators are reporting that a convicted sex offender has died while in the middle of raping a 77-year-old woman in her home.
Isabel Chavelo Gutierrez is a registered sex offender on parole after serving time on charges of aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a 7-year-old child. Sgt. Gary Wright says on June 2, this garbage rode two miles on a bicycle from his home to the home of an elderly woman.
After sneaking into the her home, he began raping her at knifepoint. Sometime during the rape, Gutierrez stopped suddenly and told his victim he wasn’t feeling well before rolling over unconscious. She took this time to leave and call for help.
When authorities arrived at her home, they found Gutierrez dead from an apparent heart attack. The woman did not know Gutierrez personally, but says she remembered seeing him at the post office the day before.
You know what would have been nice? If the God some people are currently crediting with killing this man could have done that woman a solid and killed his ass sometime before he completed his two mile bicycle ride to her home.…

Bremerton, WA - Allen Wallace, 19, was arrested by Bremerton Police for having sexual contact with a 13-year-old autistic boy he admitted to meeting on Facebook.
The 13-year-old told family members that the two had sexual contact in the girl’s bathroom at local park, prompting the boy’s parent to call police.
According to court documents, Wallace reportedly told investigators that the two met over Facebook through a mutual friend, that the 13-year-old had called him and that the two decided to meet. They reportedly met at a local high school and walked to Evergreen-Rotary Park where the incident occurred.
Wallace told officers that he knew what happened was wrong ‘because of the age difference.’ Wallace was charged in Kitsap County District Court with second-degree rape of a child. He was held on $250,000 bail.…

McKeesport, PA – Jacquay Hall, 31, has been on trial for crimes stemming from the alleged rape of a teenage girl that was recorded on a 911 call the girl had placed. The outcome of the trial was mixed, at best.
The jury deliberating on the charges found Hall not guilty of kidnapping, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful restraint and resisting arrest. The jury found Hall guilty of terroristic threats and possessing a firearm while not being authorized to possess one and without a license.
The biggest issue, though, is that the jury was deadlocked on charges of indecent assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and rape. A mistrial was declared.
“Obviously, my client and I are very pleased. We have the utmost respect for that jury,” defense attorney Kevin Abramovitz said.
“Utmost respect” is lawyer-speak for “We are glad that they bought what we are selling.”
Hall was accused of raping a teenager in an abandoned parking garage after following and dragging her into the building. Before Hall got a hold of her, though, she called 911 on her cellphone and put it in her pocket.…
